I must post here, because i can´t post into the Android dev.
So I´ve a problem with my S III, a fritzbox and VPN.
I have conf. everything allright and my S3 gets connected with my home network. When i look (from PC) into my router: I see my device connected, too.
But that is all. My device send datas but nothing works. I can´t connect to the Internet or an device in my network. I´ve read many pages and test everything but nothing work.
With a Nexus tablet (same provider,stock) or an Stock S3 (other provider) it works very well. Only CM 10,2 don´t works.
I´ve tried to config another Account, Install another version of cm10.2 but it don´t works.( Now i have the Milestone version of 10.2)

tried with VPNCilla and intern VPN function.

A couple of hours forum trawling and i came up with nothing besides phone to computer. There is a way to manually do it via a proxy but as far as i know android doesnt support .jar. Has the rom disabled wifi?
PS. I only spent so long because i hate not solving problems .

I want to know if i can access PC internet on my sk17i via USB.
I searched google alot but couldnt find solution fr it. everyone out there is telling about laptop or using wifi.

i came through an "internet pass through" option which probabily is solution of my problem.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 GT5110 running an Jellybean 4.11 and I try to connet a 3g dongle HUAWEI E1750 to it. The PPPwidget tells me sometimes that I does not have root access and sometimes that It can't find driver. Can anyone suggest a solution, like installing kernel drivers directly on android and not use PPPwidget. I knao that once thsi si done I will need an app to create and APN and connect to my ISP via the 3g dongle. THX

Yesterday i installed firmware I9300XXUGNA8, i think it's the latest firmware for SGSIII. And after that:
1. I can't turn on Wi-Fi on my SGS III.
2. It seems that there is a problem with mobile internet. There is an H+/H/E icon, but there's no internet. I can't download anything, neither open any webpage. But may be the problem is in my operator.
3. When i'm connecting my phone to notebook via USB, it charges, but there's no access to the phone.
4. Android gallery (com.sec.android.gallery3d) stopped working after the new firmware had been installed.
I've made hard reset, but there is no any changes. So now I even can't use my google accoumt on my phone. Any ideas how i can solve this problem?

Hello.
I flashed custom rom on my Desire S - newest CodeFireX. After that I tried to enable usb tethering function, but it gave me no internet connection on PC (network icon was showing that everything is ok, just pages couldn't load.) and also my HTC didn't have internet connection. I tried another rom, IceColdSandwich, and everything was like before. I installed drivers for my HTC one more time, that didn't help, then I was flashing few other roms like CoolDroidEvolution, MIUIzero v9, Revolution - saga, and something I can't remember, and the result was still the same. One time, PC network was fine but phone still wasn't. Meanwhile i tried with tethering apps for both smartphone and PC. Tether app was showing that transfer is ok, upload and download was rising.. And in other app, download value stopped on 97 kb/s. I was searching solution for that problem, but i couldn't find anything like that. What should I do in this case? Any ideas?
