I have xperia neo v, whenever i switch it on, it just reboots again. Nothing else happens...Before i started facing this problem, gmail app asked me to update and i updated it and then pressed to sync e mails, i started having this problem immediately after that
I have stock ICS and have rooted my phone. BL is still locked. What do I do? HELPPP

I have a Neo V that was stock and worked fine till a couple of days ago when I noticed that after I lock it, the screen doesn't turn on again,even though the phone is still on. I installed several stock versions of ICS and GB without much luck. Yesterday I unlocked the bootloader and I flashed a Lupus kernel with moProject rom (JB 4.1). After that the phone seemed to work ok. I left it locked overnight and in the morning same problem occurs again. Any ideas on what to try to solve this?

I have an annoying problem with my Xperia Mini: the touchscreen sometimes won't react after waking from screen or with an incoming call. The power button still works, but as the screen isn't reacting, the only way to reboot the phone is to pull the battery.
The problem appeared with the stock ICS rom and kernel.
Yesterday, I installed CarbonROM (CARBON-KK-NIGHTLY-20140930-0009-smultron.zip) and the kernel included in the zip, but that didn't fix the problem - the phone froze once again.
Could the problem be caused by the fact that the phone is rooted and running an unlocked bootloader?
While searching on the forum, I found similar topics but couldn't find a solution.
Any help would be appreciated.
