Hi,
My O2 XDA IIs have two small problems :
- The part including the screen isn't very well attached to the part which contains the battery,
- I don't know how to explain it but a kind of fine film present on the plastic layer covering the screen has gone. The screen and the touch screen are working perfectly and there is no cracks anywhere.

Maybe you use lousy screen protector and take out will be like this .
Yes, you're right ... I used really expensive screen protector but when I retired it this fine layer goes out with the screen protector ...
Is there a way to buy this part (the protective plastic layer) somewhere or to take this thing off ?
You could try rubbing alcohol or something like that....
...just dont blame me if it goes wrong!

It looks great and seems like a decent screen protector. Since you have it, could you verify if the screen quality is still the same or is there any difference?
I use "Invisible Defender - Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Screen Protector Premium HD Crystal Clear Film" and its amazing. It's hard to put on since the screen is massive but it has no affect on the screen quality. It also comes with Lifetime Replacement Warranty.

Well...I don`t like bumpers or any other cases for my phone because they are all ugly and big. But yesterday I found this for Galaxy Alpha. You can also see a video description of it here. It`s only 0.3 mm thick and a protector film is included in the package. The case feels just right in the hand and doesn`t make the phone bigger at all. It fits perfectly on the phone. I recommend this case for any user that doesn`t like big or thick cases.

Advertisement says .3mm but its .5mm, rarely does the thickness match the advertisements.
.5mm has no impact on touch sensitivity.

Edge bubble seem to be fading.
Its pretty much a standard screen protector for like $3 and under $5 with epacket shipping took little less than 2 weeks to ship usa east coast), I got two and would buy again.

Fit 100%, easy assembly without bubbles. My old stylus pen works bad.
I am generally horrible at applying screen protectors, I have been known to go through 4 or 5 before I apply one that is both aligned and without bubbles. This guided system was extremely easy to use, quick and produced the best results Ive ever done. Took me about 5 mins to apply with rigorous cleaning. Pro tip use the little bottles of fluid to remove the air pockets on the edges. instructions are a bit vague but pretty much squeeze the bottle applying the liquid along the edge between the glass protector and the screen. Wait a second then wipe away using a small amount of force. You also can send a free trial reuqest to [email protected] try to get new one as free .
