Can anyone please help me with this error 491 of play store, I've tried factory reset, reflashed ftf but this error comes back daily. It can easily go away with a reboot but comes back again the next day while updating or downloading any app and it is very annoying. Any one else faced it?

Clean master
If you are using clean master, either try to unchecked Google play and its framework from the cache cleaning or use an other cache cleaner. Hope it helps

At first it seemed to work flawlessly, but later I found out, that after installing this mod, I'm unable to install anything from Google Play Store.
When I try to install something, it starts downloading the app, but at the point where installation starts, Google Play store stops working with the message "Unfortunatelly, Google Play Store has stopped".
Already tried to clear cache and Dalvik cache, but it didn't helped.
Any thoughts what can I do to fix that stupid error?
Thank!

try clearing the data and cache for play store
Hi,
I have a problem downloading certain apps from Google Play Store. When I tries to start download it will get stuck at 'Downloading'. This only happens when im doing downloads through WiFi but do not happen over data network, AND, doesn't happen to every single apps. It's like 60:40 chances - 60 the app download will NOT start.
So far i've tried every single method i've googled on XDA, Google Help, and everywhere else including:
______________________________________________________________
Wiping Download Manager, Play Store, Google Services Framwork
Wiping Dalvik cache after wiping the above
Wiping cache partition in Recovery after wiping all of the above
Removed my Google account and redo all of the above then readding it
Factory reset my phone
Re-flashed my ROM
Re-flashed my ROM AFTER doing factory reset
Factory reset after Re-flashing
Doing everything above again.

I have no idea what else I can do to fix this ****ty Play Store. I tried to create another google account too but still same problem.
I need help......
EDIT: i tried with other device using the same WiFi network with same result. Not my phone's problem. Google server probably.
I am using HTC Desire X (Unrooted with JB and sense Version 4+) and from the last 2-3 days I am having trouble updating/downloading Apps from the market(Play Store) the error shown is "App cannot be updated/downloaded due to an error." with the error code 927 or 403 or 923.
Please Help Me....
You tried to reboot? It helps often. Also make sure that you have enough space left on your phone and on your sdcard.

Error 927 and 903 means an error in network error mostly with your network hit a reboot or refresh your network
If you still experience worst case hit clear cache and data on your playstore app in settings>all apps
tried all such options
i have tried all these options like reboot, clear cache and even uninstall updates. Also i have tried to remove and reset my google account but the problem is still there.
Make a backup of all your apps and other stuffs with "supper backup" and do factory reset and restores all stuff again..

you wiped Play Store's data from App Info?
I had your problem once and it proved to be from Google Server...it repaired by itself...
I have Gionee S5.5 and everytime I try to open settings it shows: "Application error;Unfortunately, Settings has stopped" it happens everytime I would try to open Battery or Developers option section, every other section works just perfectly. Also I can't download any app from google play store, and if I try its shows that download is paused. I tried everything I could from deleting google play store cache, settings cache, dalvik cache, factory reset. But it won't help... Maybe any of You guys have any ideas how could I fix this?
Best regards
