Hi!
I'm trying to create my Google Play developer account.
I'm entering my VISA virtual credit details and Google says that payment will be processed within a 48 hours.
But within a hour I'm getting email from Google wallet, saying that they locked my account and I need to verify my details.
Does anybody know what wrong with my card. It looks like google wallet do not accept virtual cards.
However, yesterday I were able to pay for another account using virtual card.

Every time I go to buy something from the market it gives me a payment option box. The only selection is "add a card" because I havn't done that yet. But when I click it, it loads something for about 2 secs and then gives me a error message. So how to do i add a card.
I tried adding it from the computer but it says I haven't activated google checkout. So I click activate adn it tells me to enter in my google checkout password which I don't have since I haven't activated it yet. Please Help..
First, you have to have a Google account. You then should log into your Google account and go to Google Checkout.

There you need to add a credit card to your account, in the "Edit Payment Methods" link on the left. This is the card that will be used to purchase apps.
Hello community, I am facing big issues with my main account that I use to buy my applications on Google Play. Recently I had to open a second account because Google wasn't able to process my credit card using my first account.
I've been sending emails to the creators of the applications that I bought with my main account to see if we can make a transfer of the applications to my second account, the answer was that I could get a refund within my first account so I could buy again the application from my second account.
The issue I'm facing right now is that whenever I place a purchase from my second account and I reinstall the application my smartphone will try to get the license from my first account instead of getting the license for the application from my second account on Google Play.
how can I fix this?
I've erased all trace of the applications from my first account, and yet, despite the fact that I have been getting refunds from the creators, I can't get the new license from Google play within my second account.
Help me please!

Im sorry if i write a lil to wrong thread, but anyway,
i wanna cancel my google play developer account in reason because i can't get payments from them. theres no way to set up merchant account properly with my country bank.
I asked google to close my account and refund, however... i have uploaded one TEST app. witch is nothing. but google wont allow me to delete that app. and thats why they wont refund.
they respond:
"We would like to offer a solution, however. If you are able to find another Android developer to buy or otherwise receive your apps, we will be happy to transfer the apps to the another Developer Console account. Once your Developer Console account no longer has any apps associated with it, we can close the account and issue you a refund"
so, is there someone here who would gladly help and allow google to transfer one test app from my account to his acc? so my acc would have ZERO apps instead of this one test app now. and then i could get my refund :fingers-crossed:

I recently bought a new nexus 7, it came with a $25 Google play gift card. I have two Google accounts (a main account and a secondary one). As soon as I accidentally put those 25 bucks on my secondary account, I realized i used the wrong account.
Is there any way I can get my purchases on my main account ? (transfer credits, gift apps ? anything ?)

I have a kid with an Android Tablet and I need to set up parental control. Google Family Link doesn't cost (more) and it seems good. (I'm open to other suggestions.) When we first gave my kid the tablet we set it up as UserName1.
As a part of Family Link I created [email protected] as a child-under-my-care. Now in order to use Family Link on the child's Android device I have to remove the previous Google account (UserName1), or add an additional user. So far I'm only able to find Settings / Cloud and Acccounts. In there I see Google / Accounts but that is only the Sync settings, i.e. do sync or don't sync. So I don't see how to remove that Google account. I've been going in circles on this issue.
While trying to add Family Link I filled in a form that UserName1 is a person under 13, that resulted in that account being suspended, to be deleted in 30 days unless I enter a credit card.
Is there a way for me to put all the apps etc. that are in UserName1 into UserName2. Would I need root access etc. for that?
This is a Android SM-T350 running Android 7.1.1.
