I tried also put battery off and put in and it's the same.
Is this hardware or software, any solution?
Thanks for help

Replace USB board/port. Quick/cheap/easy to do yourself. Has been discussed a lot here this year. Search for threads about this issue, which will have the info you need (which part to order, etc).

@MistahBungle is spot on......
Take a look at this thread.....

for all the info you need.
The symptoms you describe are exactly the same as those that prompted me to replace the board on my wife's S2.......

thanks a lot for your help
i'll do this on Samsung service

[Q] [Help} Galaxy S2 Charging Problem

Hello,
I have a problem in my galaxy s2. the phone doesn't instantly detect when the charger gets connected or disconnected as usual.
the fully charged notification won't get cleared when I unplug the charger. it seems like it's still think the cable is connected. if I power off the phone, I get the battery charging animation screen and beside it the yellow triangle and a thermometer (the cable is not plugged).
Also when I plug in the charger it takes a lot of time to start charging and doesn't make a sound. as if the cable was already connected and it's just resuming.
In conclusion, for the past three days, the phone always think that the charger is plugged
Please help
Same thin here.... it sometimes thinks that it is on MTP mode and I can't put it in debbug mode.
nobody can help yet??
same thing goes to me too..
hope someone will help us~~~
If you searched the first answer would be clean USB ports and the second one factory reset .
That fails = service centre .

Was it plugged in? Also, this should have been posted in the Q&A section.

I always get that notification when i am charing my phone in my car and i turn the ignition off. I think the line gets a spike, because all the other equipement shuts down. Never had on USB charging or regular charger. So probably your power source isn't stable.
This has happened to me a few times. I purchased a longer usb cable from ebay but for some reason, I got this message also. Once I switched to a belkin cable or the cable included with the phone itself, all was fine. So it could be a faulty cable - or you may just need to reset to stock and go from there.
its not a charging problem its when the phone is disconnected

Then likely its the fault of the USB port, or the battery. I'm no expert on hardware issues however, I do know that moisture buildup under the battery cover or in the port has the potential to cause this issue. Try leaving the phone in a bag of rice for a few hours. If that doesn't work, you may have to think about sending it to Samsung for repair.
Seriously this question have been asked for zillion times, try to use search it help!
All you have to do is to clean ur usb port, i used a needle scratched it abit and moved the center piece back to the middle, this should help, if it didn't you need to change ur USB board
Already discussed here, Google search would have retrieved it:

phone only charge visually

I think it started when I spring cleaned the inside of my desktop system unit and accidentally plugged the front usb 2.0 connector (my pc is very old) to the motherboard in reverse. I didn't recognize it until I tried charging my phone through the front usb but my phone didn't charged at all and it suddenly got very hot instead.
After that, my phone won't charge through wall or usb anymore. It only displays that the phone is charging but the battery percentage is not really increasing. I already tried replacing the battery and also tried using a different wall charger and it's still the same. For now, I've been using an external battery charger since it's my only choice and I can't afford to buy a new phone.
Can somebody help me identify what parts were damaged and I need to replace in order to fix the problem? Do I need to buy an entire board replacement just to fix this?
BTW, I'm using i9100 Intl.
Thanks in advance.
Replace USB board/port; quick/easy/cheap (<US$15) to do yourself. KeithRoss39 has a guide in General which will enable you to get it done; there's a link to it in Hopper8's Odin Troubleshooting guide stickied in General if you can't find it with a search.

Thanks for the response.
Are you sure it's only the USB board/port that I need to replace? btw, file transfer is perfectly working, charging is the only problem.
USB board malfunction has become a common fault with this phone (and to be honest, all Samsung phones). The board rarely dies completely all of a sudden, almost always shows a couple of faults but works OK in other ways.
Fairly sure this will fix your problem, and given how cheap it is, you might as well try it before you start spending serious money taking it to a service centre or local mobile repair shop. If that's not the problem, it's likely something else on the motherboard but as to exactly what, that's impossible to say without the phone in front of us.
Replace the USB board & see, given you've tried different batteries & charges, it points to the board/port.
The fact that your phone is functioning normally when you insert an externally (fully) charged battery would indicate that the problem isn't with the motherboard.
The USB charger/port board is connected to the motherboard and is pretty much the only part of the phone that separates the motherboard from the charger. As @MistahBungle says, everything points to that board being faulty, and replacing it really does cost pocket change and is something that is relatively easy to do.......
BTW....here is a link to the guide that mb mentioned....

i9100 turn off on disconnecting charger

hi
my samsung galaxy s2 i9100 turn off when i disconnect charger howerver it is 97% charged
it boots to recovery without turning off, i can restore or install roms without the charger connected
but when i boot to android it turn off, i needs to be charger connected to boot to android
any help?!
Probably the USB board, this is probably the most common fault with this phone these days (apart from bozos bricking their phones). Given how cheap & easy it is to replace, I'd be doing that. KeithRoss39 has a guide in General (search for 'replacing USB charger board') which has all the info you need to get it done.

[Q] Charging issue hardware related

Just to be clear, what I am asking for here is advice on which part I need to replace on my phone in order to fix this.
Here is what happened:
I was trying to make a bench power supply out of an old computer power supply I had laying around. Well when I went to connect the "charge only USB Cable" to the Molex connector I accidentally swapped the wire colors, I meant to use the red (5volt) but instead connected the yellow (12volt) to the USB cable. Stupid and careless mistake I know, trust me... Nothing strange happened other than the phone gave me the "incompatible charger" error. The phone will turn on and function 100% normally so long as the battery is charged via another device. For example I take my wife's fully charged battery out of her S4 and put it in mine, the phone works fine until the battery dies; the battery I swap to her phone charges perfectly fine in her phone so it is NOT a battery issue.
The phone will not charge a battery anymore, with the original charger or the other 3 white Samsung brand chargers I have, nor my car charger. After doing some research online I discovered that it was likely to be a fried USB board, which I replaced today. So the USB board and USB connector are brand new and I am still having the same problem. I also read about restoring to factory settings which I have done and also reinstalled my custom ROM. I reinstalled AFTER the error message began occurring so it was NOT cause by a the ROM update. I read that I may be able to use a wireless charger which would solve my problem, but I don't actually own a wireless charging base and I have no plans of buying one unless it is my ONLY option to fix this.
Here is an exact description of the problem:
When I connect a USB charger of any kind to the phone while it is powered off, I get a black screen and the phone vibrates once every 4 seconds or so and the battery never appears on the screen nor does the screen light up in any way.
When I connect a USB charger or connect it to a PC while the phone is on I get "The connected charger is incompatible with this phone. To prevent damage to your phone, charging has been stopped. To continue charging, use the original charger and cable that were provided with this phone." error message and a battery icon with a red "X." If connected to a PC the PC says "unrecognized USB device."
Here is my phone info:
Verizon Galaxy S4
Model SCH-I545
Android Version: 4.4.2
Baseband: I545VRUAMDK
Hardware Version: I545.06
Rooted
Rom: Hyperdrive RLS20
Recovery: PhilZ Touch v6.54.9
ClockworkMod v6.0.5.0
If there is a tread that has already covered this I apologize, I did do a search and didn't see one.
Any help or information is greatly appreciated.

there is no fixing this you fried the motherboard its toast done, over with gl finding another MDK motherboard those are few and far between the charge controller is part of the motherboard you need to replace the whole thing(logicboard) you are better off buying a new phone a wireless charger is worth a shot but if the charging controller is shot its not gonna do you any good the only other option would be to hotwire the battery to a external charger (you can't simply feed 5v into the battery it will melt/explode it needs to be a regulated current of 3.4 to 3.8v at about 150Mah it will take 4 hours to charge and you will need to be there to unplug it before it overcharges and explodes
