[BOOTANIMATION] HTC One Bootanimation - HTC Desire X

For those who interested only.
So I got the original zip from my friend's HTC One X (the bootanimation looks exactly similar to HTC One) and I refit it (not just resize) so it looks perfect on its little brother, our HTC Desire X. Here I share what have I did.
it should works on all rooted ROM (custom kernel with HTC Write protection disabled feature). just replace it in system/customize/resource and set permission to rw-r--r-- the reboot.

It is not working..!! I followed all the steps..copied to system-customize-resource & changed the permissions..Though the file is copied...but while restarting it shows previous bootanimation! As I have seen the previous stock bootanimation restores itself after a restart! Tried 2-3 times,but still the same result! I am on stock deodexed Rom !

It works for me so you are making something wrong

It's due the HTC stock kernel. try using custom kernel which have HTC Write protection disabled feature. maybe I should update the OP

It works with stock kernel too, but you need to use aromafm from recovery instead of replacing the file from within android. Also, you should replace download link with something else than dropbox (I could provide a google drive link when needed).

Their are tons of tutorials for this and if you so wished you could make BA's from video clips. Look in the " Desc.txt" (i think its called that) and look at the fps of a bootanimation already working fine (e.g. stock or from Xyz Rom)
Bring some clean new or not posted so much bootanimations :thumbup:

I tried everything....changed the resolution to 480:800...resized the images to fit for dx!! Tried changing frame rates many times....but the boot animation doesn't seem to work! It shows black screen!

Edit : I have currently created 2 boot animations & it works...but one of the boot animation's isn't resized correctly for dx ! (Coz my laptop is gone)Can anyone recommend me any android app which resizes the multiple batch images (as my laptop is gone for repairs for few days) & a file compressor with store mode that works! I have tried many apps but they don't seem to work.

I have bootanimation from HTC one (google play edition). Just tell me if anyone wants it.. actually it was for my rom but cancelled the idea.
