My phone dont power on(it powers on and off alone) - HTC EVO 3D

Something happened to my phone.
I have moved some apps to SD and then i found some strange files in SD, some android folders... i deleted them.
My camera stopped working - showing black screen.
Then i removed the battery and putted it back... but now the phone try to start alone(without me pushing POWER button) but only go to HTC logo and power off, and try to start again after a few seconds.
I was able to enter in bootloader with power + volume down... but what can i do?
I have many numbers stored in phone memory... i dont want to lose them. Please help meee

also can you please suggest me good ROM without bugs for this phone, if it is with good camera and wifi and good battery will be great.

first boot into bootloader
,select fastboot usb,
connect your phone to our pc with usb(I think you have to installed the drivers before)
and after you got fastboot usb downoad and run this http://www.androidruu.com/getdownlo...00U_11.25.3504.06_M_release_262714_signed.exe

if you want to install custom rom after this u have to unlock your bootloader ,flash a custom recovery and root your phone
with your hboot u can flash only ICS roms, try the YAS4 ROM,if you want to install jelly bean or higher u need to downgrade your hboot ,good luck

I am downloading that now. What i can do with that software i am downloading now?
i dont have FASTBOOT USB
i have only FASTBOOT menu
There i see:

USB device not recognized

Hi Guy's would appreciate some help if possible.
My computers suddenly won't recognize my phone I have tried installing drivers changing roms kernels and as a last resort returning to stock but nothing worked
So after all that found out it's the USB port on the phone that's loose.
My problem is that I've lost root and without USB is there anyway that I can re root my phone?

Can you try something for me?
Hold the volume down and press the power button.
If the hboot screen shows then you can get back to normal usage.
And when/if you get to this screen, tell us what you see.
For example (what mine is):

SHOOTER XC SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT-1.58.0000

If you typed that command while already s-off, then yes you are bricked. Windows recognizing your phone as qhs USB_download mode is another sign of Proof. Your only option is to use the ultimate recovery tool from: unknownforce or the other unbricking method that you've already tried. If your PC can't handle a Linux distro, you need to find another PC. I've used both methods and they work flawlessly.
Good luck
