Ok,so i installed Windows 8.1 and i have some problems with the drivers in the Bootlader and Fastboot. I am getting Unknown Device (Device is not enumerated) in the device manager. But the phone is normaly detected and runing in recovery and when it's on. Any ideas ?
my phone is Xperia Mini and recently i update to windows 8.1 .
but when i want conect it in flash mod or fast boot ,
the windows say "usb devise not recognized"
i install the drivers correctly such as windows 8 but ...
what have to do?

Problem comes from drivers...
If you have only USB 2.0 (and not USB 3.0) on your computer, FlashTool no longer works with Windows 8.1 and no solftware solution yet :crying:
Otherwise, return to Seven or Win8 or purchase USB 3.0 card...

Fastboot doesn't work anymore on Windows 8.1, I solved this problem installing Ubuntu on a partition and flashing kernels with this Os.

i have a USB 3.0 port at my laptop.

No need to spam. There is no known working solution at the moment for Windows 8.1. Use another PC with older Windows or use Linux OS.
And don't make multiple topics. One is enough.
is your USB ports are 3.0? if yes, so its a bug from Windows 8/8.1, caused by bad USB kernel. ofcourse by Microsoft, i'd figured this problem too some time ago

I've got fastboot and flash to work on Win 8.1 and using usb 3.0 by following directions from this site

so I'm trying to flash CWM again on my p760 after i had to factory reset with the LG tool (since.... i'm dumb and had my cwm backup removed from my card before....... i hate myself), but since Windows 8.1 is a *** i'm just not able to install the omap drivers for fastboot. When i try to search the directory windows just tells me that no drivers where found, when i install them manually i get the USB Connected sound like every second and can't do anything.
I have searched up and down for solutions...but none of them worked.
I'd also tried the Nocturnal drivers (which obviously didn't work but i'm desperate)
I even tried a VM with Windows XP setup, but i can't get the USB to pass trough my 8.1 without having the nonstop USB Connected sound....
Is there any solution? Maybe a linux flash? I've been bashing my head against this problem for hours now and just want my recovery back
ps.: i also installed the Windows Hotfix for fastboot, but to no avail.
I gave up on it. Install windows 7 instead. With windows 8 you can disable signature enforcement and install driver correctly, but not in windows 8.1.

but cant because say to me enable USB debugging mode
bau i removed orginal Launcher from device. and when power on after going to OS shutdown Automaticly and i cant access to OS
can i turn on USB debugging from windows or ubuntu?
or can i access to this folder in android from windows or ubuntu ? ( />system>app)
or can i falsh my device by other methods?

Hi. I got a phone to recover. My friend told me that his update failed and went bootloader mode. Its visible on PC. However the OEM is locked and i cant push twrp. I cant also use Lenovo tool for unbrick because it cant recognize phone. I cant also do anything else event with RSD tool.
