Problem solved by using http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2251800 and finding a random RUU for the m7tmo.

I recently tried updating from CyanogenMod 10.2 to CyanogenMod 11 using the CMUpdater. This update failed using TWRP and would not boot into the OS. I have access to the bootloader and recovery still. I later came to find out that I need s-off for CM11/4.4.1. When entering TWRP (Version 2.6.3.3) I'm prompted to enter a password, if I cancel it, seems to just take me right back to the actual recovery.

I'm with Virgin Mobile Canada by the way.
Do I need thr RRU, original firmware? Where do I find them if so.
Please any tips would help.
I've downloaded every single OS firmware link & they all fail when I try to install from the recovery menu....
Hi Folks,
since the microphon of my T-Mobile Germany HTC One broke, i went back to stock via Nandroid Backup flashed the matching firmware, locked the Bootloader and put S-On. Everything went fine. My Bootloader looked like this:
*** LOCKED ***
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RH
CID-T-MOB101
HBOOT-1.44.0000
Afterwards i booted normally and tried to install the T-Mobile OTA Updates. I was able to download them correctly but after clicking install the phone booted into bootloader and showed the following:
*** TAMPERED ***
*** LOCKED ***
*** SECURITY WARNING ***
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RH
CID-T-MOB101
HBOOT-1.44.0000
This happens every time I try to update via OTA. When i reboot normally the security warning doesn't appear but the Tampered flag still does. The phones boots normally and everything is working fine except updates!
I gained S-OFF originally with revone but right now i am not able to unlock and s-off through revone anymore. The proccess always stops with error code = -6. So I am not able to repeat what i did to gain stock.
Something strange I recognized is, that when i type "getvar version-main" with fastboot it shows 1.20.401.1 which is not the version number of the firmware i flashed (this was 1.29.161.11).
Any suggestions what to do now to remove the tampered flag, to unlock the bootloader and get back s-off to repeat all the steps, or a completely different way to solve the problem are welcome!
I have to return my One to T-Mobile with 100% Stock and the newest available version released and approved from the carrier in order to get a new one!
Thanks in advance!
Hello there, I am using an AT&T HTC One and have somehow screwed it up completely. I have ClockworkMod 6.0.3.1 installed and was trying to update my ROM to a 4.4 one, but it was a bad flash with some error, thus leading me to just restart it. However, I found that I cannot get past the HTC white screen, and it just reboots right into ClockworkMod without even being detected by my computer. I can access the bootloader, and recovery, but cannot get my computer or the adb services to recognize my phone. Is there anything I can do?
here is my bootloader screen btw:

Let me know if there is anymore information that you need.
I think i've broke my phone today, i tried to root my HTC Desire 601 and did the following:
- Unlock the bootloader
- Install TWRP
- And tried to install the supersu zip, but got some errors, so the last thing I did was use the wipe option from TWRP (I think that was what i did, but not actually sure). And rebooted.
After that, the only think that it shows is the HTC screen. I can still boot in HBoot. I really appreciate any help.

Which TWRP did you use? Your hboot and TWRP versions match the KitKat OTA so you need to make sure you are using the OTA compatible version which can be found here, the version on TWRP's site is for devices untouched by the OTA.

I've used the TWRP 2.7.1.0 version. And yes, I had KitKat OTA.
Hi everyone, I recently rooted and installed TWRP recovery and then flashed CM11 Nightly on my HTC One. But then I decided to return to stock ROM and in the middle of the process, my OS was deleted, and I don't have a working Recovery anymore, so I am just stuck on the bootloader, and have been trying to solve this mess for hours.
I can't flash any recovery.img's, as I keep getting FAILED/Errors.
Can't boot into Recovery (no recovery installed)
Can't boot up (No OS installed)

I've tried flashing RUU, but I kept getting the ERROR 155 message. Thus realizing that I need an RUU of the same version of Android. And I can't find a 4.4.4 RUU anywhere.
Any help, please?

Did you run this [RUU] T-Mobile USA | 4.4.2 | Sense 6 | 5.14.531.11 because it is the latest version that T-Mobile has released. If that doesn't work then try this method.

I was able to fix this issue yesterday, it took me a bit to finally find the file from HTC's website. I forgot to update this post, but thanks for replying man
