How did you unlock?
Official way - locked.
Test point method - Don't know.
Test point method doesn't change it.
That's what I thought first too. But then I read on some topic that the test screen was supposed to say "unlocked: yes". But I guess he was talking about the official unlock?
I used test point method. So I guess I'm still unlocked then.
Need to search for another reason I can't flash a custom kernel with fastboot then... I get the message "can't load boot.img". Any ideas straight of the bat?
Thanks

If you unlocked bootloader by official method, it says:
Bootloader Unlocked: Yes
If you unlocked by test point method, it still says:
Bootloader Unlock Allowed: Yes
To find out if your bootloader is unlocked or not after unlocking by TestPoint method, just try to flash a custom kernel using flashtool
Thanks,
Rick

Place the boot.img file in the same folder as fastboot, that you are using.

[Q] How to check my phone is Unlock Bootloader or NOT YET UNLOCK BOOTLOADER

I have a rooted Xperia Ray GB!
And i want to know whether my phone is Unlocked Bootloader, or NOT YET UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER!?
Use Flashtool to check it. When U see something like this [with small r]
04/012/2013 01:12:17 - INFO - Loader : S1_Loader_Root_773f,S1_Loader_test_Root_xxxx - Version : r4A069 / Bootloader status : ROOTED

Your bootloader is unlocked. If it's R instead of "r" - it is locked.
If You bought used device and U want to know if BL was unlocked and then re-locked - use track ID. If it works - then DRM keys are not lost, so BL wasn't unlocked OR someone used test point-method.
Also You can check service menu, since U'r using stock GB. *#*#service#*#* (*#*#7378423#*#*) and check if bootloader unlocked status is YES or NO. If it's NO - then BL is locked and You can't unlocked it.
Actually its
Bootloader unlocked : yes. - unlocked
Bootloader unlock allowed : yes - not unlocked

[Q] Bought Used Z2 is there any way to check that TA partiton is intact ?

is there any way to check that the TA partition is OK?
because we bought a rooted used Z2 and the previous owner says he downgraded it and we are afraid that he could've wiped the TA in the process
how can we check that its unlocked?
If I'm not wrong, you can check the Service Menu on whether your bootloader is unlocked or not.
Go to your dialer and enter *#*#7378423#*#*, then go to Service Info -> Configuration. Under "Rooting status":
- If "Bootloader unlock allowed: Yes", then this means your bootloader is still locked
- If "Bootloader unlock allowed: No", then this means your bootloader cannot even be unlocked in the first place.
- If "Bootloader Unlocked: Yes", then this means that your bootloader is unlocked.
When did you buy the phone? The abilities to (1) backup TA partition before unlocking the bootloader and (2) root a Z2 with locked bootloader were only discovered a couple of days ago. If you've had the phone for some time and it's rooted, then it's most likely the previous owner had to unlock the bootloader to root the phone and he did not make a TA partition backup during the process.

check if your bootloader is locked or unlocked by opening the dialer and insert *#*#7378423#*#*, go to "Service Info" and then "Configuration". If your bootloader is unlocked, it should say "Rooting status: Bootloader unlocked: Yes".

Use xperia code *#*#7378423#*#* and use the menus to see if bootloader has been unlocked..if the drm keys are missing or not (which mine are still intact even after unlocking bootloader?)

No this means your bootloader is locked and you can unlock it.. If it was unlocked it would have shown
Bootloader unlocked: yes
For recovery power on your phone and when you feel the first vibrate or see the Sony logo keep pressing the volume up or down button continuously.. Then you will enter recovery..

I need to know more about these things. Can u help me pls? I enter recovery mode, its philps touch recovery.
What it the use of unlocking bootloader?
he could relocked bootloader.
Get into service menu (*#*#7378423#*#*) and navigate to Service Tests -> Security and check keys:
MARLIN [Key OK][Active]
CKB [Key OK][Active]
WIDEVINE [Key OK][Active]
If it looks like above, everything is fine with DRM keys and bootloader. This phone has XZ Dual Recovery and it doesn't require unlocked bootloader
I had checked service test
MARLIN[unknown Error][active ]
CKB[unknown Error][active ]
WIDEWINE[unknown Error][active ]
