Now ım downloading so can ı flash like custom rom on 4ext this ics ?I have already s-on,rooted and using android rev hd 1.2.0....Or ı need to get stock and update it?
Ok so if I understand correctly, all ya gotta do is rename it to PH58IMG.zip and place it on the root of your SD and flash through hboot just like my G2?? Does that pretty much cover it?

No need to relock Bootloader.
Follow these steps.
1. Unlock Bootloader.
2. Flash Stock Recovery : Tutorial - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=36138826&postcount=2
Use the stock recovery.img attached here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=39658620&postcount=1
3. Recheck for Software Update and Download the update.
It should work for you. Everything should be stock and bootloader status doesn't matter.
