When I first got it, it was looping throught the HTC logo screen, turning on, off and on again continously.
Since then I have been able to flash a new boot image and a recovery image but am now stuck in the hboot screen.
I have tried a number of udate files but it seems the re is currently no system rom
If anyone knows where I can get an original ruu for this phone I would most appreciate it.
I have tried recovery using recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.0.2-bravo.img and got no file boot.img not found
recovery.mg not found
no system backup found
no data backup found
no cache backup found
As I say any help from the gurus would really be appreciated.

I got the same problem days ago, might you want to try this.... First try RUU OTA update... if it dosen't works, go ahead with this.
I will not tell you step by step, its a big, but easy process,so you might need to Google some stuff.
Asuming you have ADB tools, and fastboot drivers on your PC.
1.- Get into Fastboot
2.- Unlock your Bootloader as mentioned in www.htc.com
3.- Install TWRP recovery.
4.- Make a Backup of your system with TWRP
5.- Download this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=46695324&postcount=50
6.- With your PC extract your backup, it will be in a folder called TWRP on your device.
7.- Replace the files with the ones you downloaded at step 5
8.- Restore User data with TWRP.
9.- Wipe Data at TWRP.
10.- Reboot your system anda cross your thingers.
Good luck!
Hi there,
I have a small problem re-flashing android stock rom on my Desire 825 device.
I have found the stock rom. It is called 2PUKIMG_A56_UHL_M60_SENSE80GP_HTC_Europe_1.00.401.4_Radio_3.0.U205561.60412G_release_476327_signed_2_4.zip.
Everytime i try to flash it via fastboot with microSD card or with RUU it gives all kinds of strange zip header errors. I followed a tutorial from a site called (hardreset). I have S-ON it seems, but this shouldn't be a problem.
Device info from fastboot is:
Code:

How could i get over these problems and eventually install the official rom ?
Thank you
