ive already made a zip file u can flash using ur current cwm. which is what i linked........and its odd that digix would show u a thread of something ive went ahead and did for u. maybe he should check out my response before repeating wut ive already said.
just download my zip. boot to clockwork mod. flash the zip. reboot and u should be able to flash the current cm11 -whatevers. if u want to revert back to cm 10.2 or earlier then flash ur previous cwm reboot and ur fine. wish people would just make a flipping file for people to flash instead of giving them a run around ALL THE TIME (aka long drawn out and most times incomprehensible instructions).

if you just want root (without CF kernel)
just use the usual updt.zip via recovery
it work
if you need the file (root and unroot zip available)
http://www.mediafire.com/?44ehnfx3ecoqeb3
*for some reason only work with stock recovery and not CWM (might need to mount system??)

I already tried this one but no success. I encountered error message upon flashing. I think its not compatible with CWM 4.0.0.9. I got the file here => http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1034145
Anyway, if you have the root file compatible with this, kindly send the link. Thanks fella

I think if you format all the partitions correctly in rfs manually (either using CWM or other tools) it should be fine
kinda risky..because dont know how to..
maybe ill just flashed asian xxjlc which is on full package 2.2.1..
then one package dxkc1 asian also then the kpd one package..
is that safe?
hope so..
this is the link to downgrade..is this safe also for us using cm7.1?

done updating to kpd..
hope there will be root for kpd T_T
You will need stock recovery for the upd_1 method. Flashing apboot of the firmware using Odin should revert the recovery I think?
didnt get your last sentence..hehehe..
upd_1 works..i had experiment..tried it last night..hihihi..thanks..
works on stock on cf-root. thanks
Root with the same procedure as you did before.......

Root phone - install CWM - backup your present rom with CWM - download required rom - wipe/factory reset phone - flash rom. If previous tut was vague there are others search.
Phone is already rooted and I know how to install ROMS thats easy i'm talking about installing a recovery like clockworkmod recovery 5.0.2.6 I think is the latest

Ah.........I'm s-off never used it, have you tried installing a zip then selecting the boot.IMG saved in the 4ect folder
I think flashing the rom kernel will bring back the original firmware.. Don't worry... Flashing the stock rom will work...

Before trying any new Rom u should take "Backup" of your old Rom using Custom Recovery. If u have taken the Backup of ur Rom then only U can Restore frm Backup/Restore optn of the custom recovery.
And in case u have not taken the backup and u got stuck then NO need to Worry. U can flash Stock Rom of Canvas HD anytime using FlashTool.

this is stock rom of Canvas 4, M using it frm so many days. Flash this Rom using Custom Recovery. Read instruction carefully before flashing.

Hello, I flash my Cubot with CWM recovery and then installed MIUI 3.12.13 (JB 4.2.1) from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2412068.
Now what I need is to restore the stock rom with the most smooth room that I had read is V0.4.
I don't know if I can install stock rom from CWM recovery or I need to get the stock recovery. I don't really know the steps to do that so I would appreciate a lot if someone can guide me or post a Tutorial.
Thanks
