How come Samsung Galaxy mini 2 gets the update and Smasung Galaxy Ace won't?

Because Galaxy Ace is old armv6 piece of junk(old cpu, low RAM and internal memory), Mini2 is much better, just check specifcation.
If you want official JB buy new phone and stop whining

Well, according with the specifications in this site, "gsmarena", the only major improvment I see in Galaxy Mini 2, is the Internal Memory (512 MB RAM vs 278 MB RAM)...the Chipset, CPU and GPU features are the same...

New Mini 2 is ARMv7
Our old ace is ARMv6 as simple as that.

Rooted Samsung Galaxy Rush user here. I was wondering if it's possible to have a dev port Android 4.3 stock to the Galaxy Rush?
One guy did it for Android 4.0. Although he used other files from a different Samsung device to use it on the Rush (Prevail 2).

Minecraft is not available properly for armv6 yet. However, I do know of a great game that does work on amrv6, that is cheaper as well. You can find it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.br4mmie.minebuilder
Please bear in mind that due to the fact that are devices are very old, you will have to use low/lowest settings.
