no, the vibrant does not have a functioning fm module, and before you ask (or anyone else assumes) it cannot be made to work as critical parts of the fm module hardware have been removed.
Though I like to tease and leave the FM radio app in my GB rom. LOL
Scan for days if you're really bored.

No to the Video Editor.
No to the FM Radio. As a norm the chip does have the functionality but the kernal does not support.

What you mean is FM radio. Unless you are using stock ROM it won't work. (Might in some stock based custom ROMs)

Is it possible or there any way to be able to change presets with headset remote controls in stock FM Radio app. I'm using stock 4.3 as rooted. I also use spiritUL, in which I'm able to change preset only forward by single click. However it sometimes crashes. Thanks.
