Looks like there is a protective software layer on your Ace.
Guess you have to buy one yourself if you want to play with it.

Just use odin. Find cool firmware and upload it on your phone. Now your phone is fully reinstalled. Worked for my dads phone. Was also blocked

How can I flash it? After boot is only screen for login to job app.
You don't need to completely reboot your device, you just need to go to recovery and flash it from there,I dont have much knowledge about flashing kernels but somebody else here will be able to surely help u out....

I think you can install any app on a protected device using adb from an normal pc. But I don't know how to run it, but i think when you install an other launcher and press home you should able to run the launcher (I think the protect app works as a launcher).
I was just trying to explain to him how he could flash a kernel though, not a fix..

Ok. Now I know everything. I will stay with original app. I do not need to change kernel, I do not need to change rom. I want to use this phone in normal way(not only with my job app). But what I can read, this is difficult or impossible to do.
Thanks everyone for replays!

[Q] Rooting a no name android?

Hi all, not sure if this the completely right section but,
Back story: I had a HTC Legend and after an unfortunate weekend, the screen was shattered and thus I had no phone. I scoured ebay and found a no name android (as I wanted dual sim for ease of use) running 2.3.6. Now I had issues rooting my Legend, and so I wasn't keen on it with this phone, but I couldn't resist myself and I tried again with almost next to zero information about my phone.
All I can tell you basically is that it's running 2.3.6, a model number e1101_v73_jbl1ctp_a515 (although scouring of google provided me with chinese websites, and as such I assume that what it's running is similar to that of the Motorola XT91x series? If that helps). I've tried super one click (it hangs at step 7) and I've also tried '2.3.6 root'.
I'm not quite sure what I can do now, any further ideas or help would be appreciated!
If it's similar to motorola, maybe you could follow some of the phone's rooting methods?
I've considered that, but I'm worried it could brick the phone itself, which is something I don't want.
If you can't find out what make it is you will brick it by using a root tool designed for a different device

This is an absurd suggestion. You do realize that in order to nandroid you must be rooted? The OP is trying to root their device. They cannot even install a custom recovery if said custom recovery isn't made for their specific device. If the OP doesn't have any information about the device, how would they be able to find and install a recovery image made for the device?
i have some problem....... china phone, zoho A1103....and android 2.3.6
If u really want to root ur device at any cost then u must be ready to lose something if ur luck isn't wit u .. just remember one of our xda members quote "no risk no reward " so just trial and error method.. keep trying wit some other methods and don't know if it works but someone confirm this; if you r stuck in some step remove the battery go to stock recovery and wipe data and cache (factory reset) and reboot .. this way can save ur phone if its stuck while rooting.. try at ur own risk

@OP - I'd better not see you bump a post after 9 minutes on here ever again :-/
I'm not interested in how important you think your issue is, this is not your personal tech support forum. When you make a thread, you wait patiently for an answer. Bumping your thread after not getting an answer within 9 minutes is a good way to have people ignore you (which the person who did answer you should have done to make the point).

hey buddy, u r new to all this rooting and flashing thats Ok.
and also ur interested in knowing more about the same thats also fine.
but ur handicapped with just ur phone to do everything, which is not good.
since u need a computer and internet connection, so that in case if something goes wrong while doing things on ur phone, at least u can get help via PC from XDA or google to resolve ur issue.
hence my advice to u is, do please get hold of a pc with net, may be a friend of u might help with the same.
also u have to do some probing on XDA regarding
1) how to root my phone?
2) what is downld mode and recovery mode? etc
hope u understand for now

[Q] How to trick the phone manufacturers?

Hey guys,I hope to solve my problem.I read threads regarding this but couldnt understand.
So here it is,I got a micromax A87 phone a month ago, then I rooted it.I removed the manufucturers RAM hungry apps.Everything was fine, but from yesterday on call(both incoming and outgoing) I cant here the voice, but they can hear mine.Though I can hear them on speaker and headphone.
So now I want to give to company service center so what should I do?
1.Flash the phone with custom rom or
2.Unroot and install all those preinstalled manufacturer apps
I would like to do the second method. So my question is in which method I can fake that device was not rooted so I can reclaim my warranty? suggest if there is another method and how does the manufacturer come to know if i rooted the phone?
Try a factory custom rom. Then remove root. Most manfacturers dont care though.

Unroot your phone and give it to service center.
Sent from my GT-I9003 using xda premium
There are two solutions
1.you could find another member with your phone and get the apps that you deleted and unroot and give it to service!
Or
2. You could flash stone random rom and brick you device completely and give it back to service saying that it won't start up and hope they don't find out!
Personally I'd suggest you go for 1

Just a hint, if you want to get help, you need to give us something to go on.
What have you tried to fix it already? What is the current status of the phone? Ie, does it boot, or can you only access recovery or download mode? 'failed on Odin' could mean anything.

Don't have to call me 'sir', I'm just an ordinary bloke like you LP7 is not specific to any country. So it will work with philippines too. To find the firmware you should flash, search on Samfirmware.com for the correct phone model, country, and carrier you're on. Then, flash it in Odin. If it fails again, click the link in my signature and then follow those for troubleshooting steps. There's no "magic fix", it'll take some effort on your part.
