i have an Neken N6 it is a MTK6589T phone. Its not a clone. So what happened: the software had a problem so i had the brillant idea to flash a rom that were explained as the official ROM for this device. After the flash the phone its like dead not turn on ecc...
If i take off the battery and get back it the pc see the phone, as MediaTek USB VCOM port in the hardware of win.
If i try to reinstall the previous rom with SP Flash Tool i get this error:
BROM ERROR: S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL 4032
EMI Enable DRAM Failed
i was trying to see this post that seems to have my same problem but didn't understand how he solved. Didn't understad the question about this preloader file

However I think that my phone is not a true Goophone, Before the fatal flash, I have test and make a backup with MTKDroidTools and It was stated that the processor was a MTK6589, but it was a fake and it was actually a MTK6572 …
I have the same problem when I use my original Backup…
For information, when I plug my phone on the computer, the device manager said "MediaTek USB Port(COM7)"

I've got bricked Mi2 fake on MTK6577. When up rom i fogot to readback rom
This phone was bricked because I flashed wrong firmware, but it still detects as "MTK USB Port" (Com5) when I plug it in and don't press any buttons on it.
I found & dowloaded many Rom file about mi2(fake) but when i flash phone with SP flash tool it always got this error: S_DA_DRAM_NOT_SUPPORT (3004) and when I use older Sp Flash Tool versions it ends with error: S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTINGS_FAIL (5054). Even if I flash only PRELOADER and DSP_BL blocks.
This is infomation about phone:
Chip Mediatek MTK6577 core duo 1.5Ghz
Ram: 2GB
Internal storage: 4GB
Model number: MyRom
Android version: ICS 4.0.4
If someone have one same still working. Please readback Rom and give it to me. Maybe i can save my phone.

A few days ago, I'm working with my phone when suddenly went out. When I try to turn it on, nothing happens (no recovery, no charge...). I think it's a hardbrick. The phone only has a month and I had tried some rom before, so I thought it might be some corrupted file. The only thing it's when I connect with the computer, it recognized as MTK USB Port, so I've tried to flash the stock rom with SP flash tools.
However, I have 4032 error: Enable dram fail with this rom. I've tried also with another roms (about 20 roms from W450 and another MTK6582) because I'd read that it could be an incorrect preloader, but nothing works . I think it could have some solutions:
- A correct preloader.bin, but I don't find anything
-¿Drivers problem? I think not, because shows MTK USB Port, but I'm not sure...
- I would like to try with a backup from a W450, but I only have nandroid backups, and I want a backup for MTKDroid.
Is there another solution? I'm desperate, I hope to fix my poor W450

I have a big trouble on my android chinese coolpad 8722-900 (cpu chip Mt6735p, os 5.1.1).
It was complete bricked because of me.
I wrote the wrong flash image on it.
So I think the phone bootloader was broken.
I used the flash tool.
When I flash bootloader by using flash tool, it comes the DRAM Enabled fail error.
I couldn't enable the DRAM finally.
So the phone was complete bricked.
My laptop recognize it but it just appears only with COM port way like COM port 10 on my laptop.
I need whoever help me.

I made an OTA update with a custom recovery and my phone got stuck on logo screen.
I tried to put stock rom with sp flash tool and my phone died. No open... no battery light.
Sp flash tool detect my phone but whatever i do i'm getting this msg:
brom error s_ft_enable_dram_fail (4032)
Enable DRAM failed!
I'm guessing that if sp tool still detects my phone maybe there is hope,
Any ideas?

hi guys so i bricked my device and tried flashing it but the manufacturer does not give out the stock firmware for download.
the phone is a mobicel switch, here are a few details about the device, https://www.hardreset.info/devices/mobic...tch/specs/
what i want to ask is that is it possible to flash just a few files like boot.img, lk.bin and a custom recovery just to get the device to boot into recovery and then flash a custom rom?
if possible can i use flash these files from a different device which is almost identical to the mobicel switch?
i know this is probably pushing it too far, but i really really need help reviving this phone
