You have to root
Install a recovery
dowload your rom (zip file and umts one...CDMA is for usa)
reboot in recovery
install (it's called Flash) the file .zip
flash gapps if necessary
reboot and done

There is no fastboot files for Asian RAZR,so go ahead and flash the EU jellybean on your Asian RAZR.

The instruction to isntall the second update are in the first post
I forgot, if you install from rds lite maybe you need to wipe data/cache to make it work. So if you don't want to do it (but i suggest you to do it and make a backup with titanium, so the system will be clean) you have to update from the ota files

You have to unzip it, then with rds lite you have to select the xml file that is inside the sbf files
Managed it- upgraded to rsd 5.7 and it picked it straight up

I have a motorola xt910 verizon that a friend of mine gave it to me, and its stuck in the fastboot mode it was running a 651.167.22.XT910.Retail.en.fr, when I tried to flash another rom via rsd it failed, and I also tried vi flashme.bat but it failed again.
So, I was trying to flash a ics rom, I was told that first I had to flash the 651.167.26.XT910.Retail.en.fr version.
Does anyone can help me find that 651.167.26.XT910.Retail.en.fr version to flash it via rsd?

Do you UNLOCK the bootloader, ROOT your Phone and flash new CWM? If yes, you must flash original recovery and RE-LOCK bootloader
I tried searching for original recovery but failed. Do you have a copy on hand?

I have extracted my Recovery from an RUU File which is from HTC ASIA
RUU_PRIMO_DS_ICS_40A_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.60.707.5_Radio_1.05.34D.29_20.21.30.23U_release_264526_signed.exe
and this Stock Recovery.img has worked with my INDIA Stock Rom 1.60.720.7, too
I restored the original recovery and relocked the phone but still, can't update the software after downloading the file. It updates but stopped at around 25%, flashed the "X" mark on the screen and hung. I badly want my phone to be up to date. Hope someone could upload a latest .zip file that I can install by CWM.
Anyway, thanks everyone for your help especially AKA_noodle.

if u flash the deodexed ROM u must restore u previos ODEX ROM state and flash original boot.img
Woah! That's a lot of files... original boot.img and ODEX ROM. Need to search them around this forum and internet. Gotta find a "Asian WWE" ROM.

Of course you have all ready installed the drivers on the PC> adb drivers LeEco_X820_LeMAX2 if not..
minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.4_setup
1.) Download the recovery (LeEco_X820_LEMAX2_STOCK_RECOVERY.rar) from here: https://mega.nz/#!NVUx1TIZ!sX-up2b6uohWLPVPYBLovcGjFPi8XceE_LAqQKYZ9pU
2.) Then unzip it and find inside the (LeEco_X820_LEMAX2_STOCK_RECOVERY) file, the (X820_FASTBOOT_v4.exe)
3.) Connect the mobile to PC and hold down the keys Vol (-) & Power on / off to get into fastboot mode.
3.) Press right click and Run as administrator the X820_FASTBOOT_v4.exe, press ONE time backspace to install stock recovery on your phone and second (as it says the program) untill write the LeEco Recovery and remove phone.
4.) Enter to recovery and you have back the Letv LeEco stock recovery on English Language for Official rom upgrades.

In my phone is only in English. Maybe your bootloader is China netcom and reading this location. My X822 bootloader is India common and the recovery show up on English language.
I don't know. I'm on India 19s stock rom, getting ready to pass the phone further so I decided to put stock rom with gapps on it. I rooted it and flashed twrp for my use, but I want to return it to stock when I erase data..
Nevermind I will just flash the rom again and get the stock recovery that way..

Very good solution. If you have a backup from your stock recovery just flashed through TWRP.

Yes. Press the lower left button img and make the installation. After that you have the stock recovery back.

You can flash all official rom but you can't take OTA updates with TWRP.
I can't go to TWRP back!
I flashed twrp again
It's showing blue screen for a while after booting into twrp and then again booting the system

I followed all the instructions...but i didnt see that...unlocking a bootloader in build370(indian version) creates bootloop. :crying:
later with a backup i managed to restore the backup....
but now im stuck since i can't update any official release neither install any custom rom
Whatever new os i try to install i get a bootloop its a build problem i just want to reverse my build to old one:crying::crying::crying:

You need to flash stock recovery ..flash rollback pkg and the have to flash desired firmware which ever number you want to flash....
For custom ROM you have to be on 350 or under firmware number..
You have Indian variant??

i have a doubt...since i have unlocked my bootloader i can't officially update on my phone....i still get update notification but if i click update it will go into bootloop, so my question is will this work if it is in this condition?

if you have twrp installed then OTA update will give bootloop.
if you have stock recovery it it will install without any error..
doesnt matter if your bootloader is lock or unlock

or you can ask someone who have stock recovery.img for your model..

okay i have downloaded the whole firmware of b350....but in that post it say do not install it when you have twrp,if installed i will get bricked anyway after this what i have to do?

make a all partitions twrp backup of your stock rom first..all partitions
the then extract b350 which you have downloaded with huawei update extractor(its an app you can download from google)
then flash stock recovery which you have extracted from b350 and flash it via adb fastboot..
then downgrade to b350 by following the guide which i send you..
do some research when you feel its ok to do so then do it.

I have seen a rom you have made with safestrap but can't find it right now can you explain how to use and were it is located for download , I understand we should have capabilities of using features like twrp recovery with locked bootloaders

Everything you need is in post 1 you flash BRD1 firmware in odin put the update zip on your sd card and flash in stock recovery

I know how to do that I'm on bra1 but don't want to reflash firmware again to update just and update zip from bra1 to brd1 it's not updating there was a file on afh but I can't find it

Need to extract files and extract again till u get a .tar file each file will be labeled to what needs to be flash ap,bl ,cp,csc

Also must use latest Odin or will get device mismatch

How long should this update method take? Been stuck on "Patching system files..." for about an hour. Trying to determine if this is normal or not.
Edit: Nevermind. 15 Minutes later it booted. Guess I just needed to be more patient.
I'm hoping that we get this for Cricket Soon. Any way to get it to work for that carrier?
