With this program You can:
Put many different standard today plug-ins into different Manila pages,
Easily increase space between plug-ins,

Know issues:
No scrolling.
No line between plug-ins.
No landscape support.
Manual restart TodayPage needed after: changing TodayPage setting or Manila restart.
When You press/move bottom Manila slider - then You will see the original Manila page.
Standard plugins (“Owner”, “Task”, “Calendar”) not supported.
Plugins "Titanium" and "Htc home" do not work (because this plugins just launchers).
Plugin “Spb Pocket Plus“ work incorrectly.
Plugin “Spb Wireless Monitor“ do no have the icon (in SpbPocketPlus SpbWirelessMonitor do not have the icon too).
Auto switch to Home page timeout – not work on some Manilas.
Settings:
All settings are stored in registry "HKCU\Software\Manila2D_TodayPage\":
"BgImage" (sz) – Full path to background picture. By default "\Windows\hh_fw_background.png".
"Path" (sz) – Full path to install directory. Do not touch it.
"Loglevel" (dword):
0 – Log disabled
1 – Log only errors
2 – Log errors and warnings
3 – Log all messages include debugging
"AutoHomeTimeout" (dword) – Auto switch to Home page timeout. Defined in seconds. “0” - disable it, by default - disabled. This option not work on some Manila versions.
"HideLocationEdit" (dword) - "1" – hide edit field on "Location" page, "0" – do not hide.
"AutoStart" (dword) - "1" - Auto-start enabled, "0" - disabled.
"AutoStartDelay" (dword) - Auto-start delay (in seconds), "0" - without delay.
"AutoRestart" (dword) - "1" - Auto-restart enabled, "0" - disabled.
Settings of TodayPage widows are stored in "HKCU\Software\Manila2D_TodayPage\Window_XX", there “ХХ” - anything. You can define many such windows:
"TabNum" (dword) – Number of Manila page. Start from 1.
"XX_Item" (sz) – Today plug-in name. There XX – number from 00 to 99. This number define the order of plug-ins placements in this window.
"XX_Space" (dword) – Empty space between plug-ins. There XX – same as above. Value=hieght. Must be more then 0.
"x" (dword) – X coordinate of window. By default = 0.
"y" (dword) – Y coordinate of window. By default = 0.
"w" (dword) – Width of window. By default = auto.
"h" (dword) – Height of window. By default = auto.
On problem:
Check Your Manila version in “requirements”.
Check Your problem in “know issues”.
Change "Loglevel" to 3 and try again.
Attach log file (\Program Files\M2D_TodayPage\Log.txt) and text of error message.
Attach screenshot.
Attach registry from "HKCU\Software\Manila2D_TodayPage\".

Seems to be a great new use for our M2D, especially if I can use it with a today flash plugin...
Unfortunately cant get it running on my Manila 2D v2.0 build 19191432.

Twolf try this make some icons for the tv tab in manila then run M2Dtp config
M2D Widget select TV , then in the red at bottom press and hold select add plugin, choose your plugin select apply, then menu exit .
Now go back to programs and run M2DTP_loader and it will work

Look like some values are missed in your registry. Take a look at "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Today\Items\Device Lock\" and check presense of value "Type" (DWORD). It must be = 4.
Then - create only one window and try different plugins one by one.

The operator tab was one of the problems, then some plugins cant run for some reason, the first configuration isnt easy, but its worth it...
As you can see here I was able to enable the TEMPUS plugin:
A few more changes and maybe we can even have W3D (animated weather) working...
I added a zip with my files, its just the original background from the latest M2D, the xml already with tv tab enabled and the home icons a little changed to look like a secondary home.
The plugins that worked so far: softick card export and tempus (throttle html by APBilbo)
The ones that didnt: Titanium, htc home, messaging, screen lock.

Well, to be quite honest I only wanted a flash plugin embbeded on M2D, with it I can try to make a hole new m2d tab.
I was able to stretch the throttlehtml plugin to accept 240x200 flash files and thats almost all the space available (240x230 being the full space)...
A couple of bugs, sometimes after a reset, the TV tab would freeze my machine, for some reason.
And theres no "M2DTP loader" shortcut on the start menu, I had to make my own.
This app is great!

Btw, I think its even possible to recreate some Titanium plugins or even the Flash gadgets from Throttle:
It would be a mixture of flash and mortscript though, because saddly theres no existing flash plugin that can read registry or run files...
Flash can read simple txt files with variables inside, and mortcript can write those files with on-the-fly registry values, and with the color codes work-around I can even make flash run some pre-selected apps.
But the fact that the device is running M2D, flash and mortscript (to keep updating the variables) all at the same time, would definitely be a battery-hog...
Did a small test with the calendar:
If you press or swipe the sides of the calendar the month changes with a animation.
To use it, simply install and configure M2DTP to use the zipped altered version of the throttlehtml plugin with a black background (also in the zip).
Its already ready to run english (by default) or portuguese, any other language can be changed simply by translating the attached txt file and replacing it on the \Windows\ThrottleHTML folder.

Made a few changes to make a skin for the latest M2D:
Just replace the files on the attached m2d_2.0_skin.zip onto the \Windows\ThrottleHTML folder and reload the plugin.
Been hoping someone would develop an app for this - great work thank you. Starting to mess now! I think we can see from Twolfs efforts already we're going to have some smart M2D tabs very shortly!

Using the existing weather tab.
In Weather Panel the Layout must be set to Manila.wpl to fit the screen.
It looks fantastic – looking forward to messing more with it. Would be great if we can suss out how to edit the individual tab softkeys…..
Question:
1) When the weather icon is ‘pushed’ it still shows the previous manila weather screen in the background – does your app just overlay the existing functions?

ive done all the installing and putting the images in place but when i go to setup the plugin in the settings to select my city i cant get out of the options theres no ok or save or exit button. even the red button dont work. all i can do is reboot and no settings save.

I don't know if this is an issue initially setting Weather Panel up in M2D - I originally went through the set up using the Second Today plug-in.... You could try setting it up in there and then see if it appears in Manila ok after....? Maybe the layout settings I posted initially cover up the 'ok' option...? I'm guessing though..

thanks but it did not help. i also tried setting it up as a plugin on today by itself and i cannot for the life of me get back out of any option screen after going into it. im thinking it might be 6.5.1 bottom taskbar bug? mabye i didnt install it right. mabye i can setup my city and theme through registry?
i installed the program to the device memory and over right the dll. then i put the fonts in the windows font foldr. then i put the weather panel folder on the storagecard root. is that right

Hello,
Your program is very interesting, but I can not use just one problem you encounter, and it is important: only lets you open documents in the folder "my documents" in the main memory device. You should modify the program to allow open and save files in any folder on the device memory and the external memory card.
I have not tested whether extensions can also be associated with your program to automatically open when clicking those files from the file explorer program.
If I could use it widely, as I need, I would donate a sum of money for it, in that there is a problem.

True, I had not noticed having to click twice (or press "enter") to run this option to access all folders on the device.
What if I notice that you can not open large files, not size, but more than 100 KB can not be with them.
Nor could I see if you can associate text files "txt" to open this program directly from file explorer.

I've been testing the program further NotepadWS, which I consider a good application, but there are two problems with it:
I have seen two important issues that prevent me from replacing AgileNotesTouch, which is what I use now, for NotepadWS:
1 .- NotepadWS not allow it to associate with files by extension, to boot automatically with this application. For example, if you associate files "txt" with NotepadWS ... file does not start with "txt" open.
2 .- I do not know NotepadWS maximum size allowed, but a file of 100 KB or more does not open properly. AgileNotesTouch allows very large files sizes, without problems.
It is important that NotepadWS could solve these two problems.

Now he has been magnificent NotepadWS v2.5 program. Only one small detail I see in my device (VGA) and is the icon of your program in the file explorer leaves very large, so you see only a quarter of the icon ... only that detail.

@xdaid, appreciate the effort you've put in to this app so far. It has a lot of promise.
I've been playing with it off and on since the 2.0 release. It has not replaced me using AgileNotes (which has its own set of issues for me) on a regular basis, but I look forward to the possibility.
Here are my suggestions and please note I understand you have a life and your own set of requirements when you code, so I know maybe none of these comments might be used...
1. if you can support PWI files
2. if you can handle files with carriage return + linefeed end of line terminator (eg, DOS, windows based text files). Right now, files with CR+LF show up as unprintable characters
3. if you can allow for a default file folder on startup. Use the file shortcut UI you just implemented and apply it to select default, and/or favorite folders. I see you've just implemented it to memorize the last used folder, that is a good start and should be retained unless a default folder is specified.
4. allow for a default file type (eg, TEXT, LOG, etc). Currently always defaults to TEXT when you restart the app.
5. suggest adding or putting an EXIT APP type selection/option in your "cmd" CLOSE action list. Right now it has "X" to only close the active tab, but you have to go to the MAIN MENU to exit the app. Just does not seem intuitive in my opinion.
6. allow the user to select a default background color, font size, and font color if possible (to override system defaults). I realize this suggestion may be difficult or out of scope.
Future wish list, knowing it would likely require extra effort as you may not have the development environment to test on:
a. support the newer WM 6.5.x layout with the STARTMENU and "X" button on the bottom of the screen, or at least detect you are running on the newer versions and keep that bottom bar accessible.
b. use a better file selection UI. Right now, at least on my device, you have to tap on the actual scroll bar to scroll. It should be smooth and fluid like some of the default file selection interfaces in AgileNotes or even Resco File Explorer.
c. allow similar option like Resco or Total Commander for double or single tap to open a directory or file in your selection UI.
Again, thank you for the time and effort you have invested in to this application thus far.

@xdaid. Sweet! Did a quick test run, and seems you incorporated many of my suggestions. Nice work so far.
Only major concern right now is:
- allowing up/down scroll gestures in the file selection UI without actually having to tap directly on the scroll bars. Trying to do a scroll gesture typically selects the item your finger first lands on - basically seems the filename/directory listing of that UI reacts to single tap picking only.
Other than that, my left overs from my prior wish list post are still items:
(1) pwi support and (a) winmo 6.5.x UI support
Again those are not critical, just something for down the road - if even possible.
It's pretty close to being my daily editor and that's saying a lot. Keep up the great work.

@xdaid - appreciate your continued work on the app! Looking forward to seeing that file selection UI more usable and closer to how others UIs act.
As for pwi support, I would put that priority at the very bottom and address any other items you feel are more important.
I do have one additional request after using your app a bit more now:
- add the ability to recognize a scroll up/down gesture versus highlighting text when editing. Right now, when you try to do that the editor strictly acts as if you want to mark text for an action (eg, copy, looking, etc). To scroll through a long document, you have to literally tap on the scroll bar versus the natural inclination of using a gesture.
Other than that, I'm almost sold on trying to the app as my regular editor. Thank you for being so receptive to user comments and suggestions!
For those who like to use the tab character to get fixed spaces / column alignment:
I added a 2.56 version, it's the same as 2.55 but tab character is enabled.

I've been looking for a nice notepad app for a while now, this looks pretty nice . Thanks for sharing!
I have a bit of a request: would you consider adding file 'scheme' functionality. Say you are looking a reg file, the 'scheme' would highlight certain predefined key words or phrases making it more readable. The same could then be true for .xml, .mscr or any other file that can be read by notepad. You think that would be doable?

The first step: selecting apps
Various apps will greatly enrich your cell phone, so firstly let’s select the apps to your taste. Use the Android Market and download what you would like. If you are using a backup app and restoring apps from a previous ROM, only restore the apps and not the data. Otherwise that will create a lot of force close issues.
Tip: How to copy files from the computer to the phone? First connect your phone to your computer via data cable, pull down the notification panel from the top of the phone, click “USB connected”, and then click "Turn on USB storage”.
After copying, do not forget to select the option of “Turn off USB storage”, otherwise "File Manager” in the phone will not be able to find the sd card, as it is being occupied by the computer.
Now I have a lot of apps, how to put them in order?
All apps successfully installed are listed on the desktop, however, they may not be in the order you want, how to put them in order?
Long press an app icon and then you may move it freely. When it is moved to the screen border, the screen will automatically switch to the next screen.
How to add a screen? Use two fingers to pinch on the desktop to enter screen thumbnail mode. Then you may add or delete screens.
How to delete an app? Long press the app icon you want to delete, drag it on top of the trash box and click OK to delete it.
The second step: let's make your phone different.
A phone without style is nothing remarkable, so let’s make your phone different!
Changing wallpaper: Click Menu button on the desktop, select “Change Wallpaper” to replace the wallpaper. In addition to the existing wallpaper in the phone, thousands of pieces of wallpaper are also available online.
Changing theme: Themes make great changes to your interface style. Click “Theme Manager” on the desktop to select the theme you like. Also, more online themes are available online.
Selecting ringtones and more: click “Settings” on the desktop to set call and notification ringtones. In “Personalization” under “Personal” tab, you may find more options.
The third step: it’s time for some advanced techniques!
Well, you are no longer a beginner now, so let’s learn some advanced techniques.
Adding widgets on the desktop: press the Menu button on the desktop, select "Edit Mode", and then click the icon on the upper right corner to access the interface of “Add Widgets”. Choose your favorite widget on the top, and then drag it to the screen below.
Using folders to manage desktop apps: in the interface of “Add Widgets”, drag [Folder] to the desktop. You may drag multiple apps into folders to classify them. After opening the folder, you may click the edit icon in the upper left corner to rename the folder.
Using toggles panel to improve efficiency: drag the notification panel down from the top, click "Toggles" to go to the toggles panel (It goes to the toggles panel in default of notice.) On the panel are listed the most commonly used toggles, you may click to quickly enable or disable a toggle. Long press on the icon will launch the settings for that icon.
Guest mode: enable the “Guest Mode” toggle in the panel, and your calls and text messages logs will be hidden, and all installed applications cannot be removed. You may have a try when you need to show your phone to guests or children.
Importing contacts or binding accounts: you may use some apps to import a batch of contacts, or bind Google account directly in "Settings"> "Personal"> "Accounts & Sync Settings" to sync contacts at any time.
How to print screens? Press "Menu" key and "Volume Down" key at the same time to print a screen. The printed image is saved in the directory of MIUI in the SD card.
How to copy files from the computer without using the data cable? In case of a Wi-Fi connection, enter “File Manager” on the desktop, select the tab of "Remote Administration" to start the service, and then you will get an address. Enter the given address on the computer, then you may copy files without using a data cable!

Note: System processes will not be cleared so as to ensure the normal running of the system.
IP Calling : . How to set IP dialing?
MIUI ROM can add an IP prefix for the called number in a strange land. You may set it in Settings>Common>Calls.
You may also long press the contact item before dialing, and choose “Make IP calls” in the pop-up menu.
Reject Call : When you are not available to answer the phone, you may slide up the panel to reject the call and to send a message to the caller at the same time.
Custom Ringtones : . How to set custom ringtones?
Put media files into the Media/Audio/ringtones directory in the SD card, (If there is none of this directory, please create one manually) and then select in Sounds in Settings.
Note: there are three directories under Audio, corresponding to the following tones:
notifications--notification ringtones
ringtones--incoming call ringtones
alarms--alarming ringtones
Supported formats: MP3, WMA, WAV, Midi, etc.
Important SMS : As for those important messages you want to add to your favorites, you may long press the message in the pop-up menu and select "Favorites". You may switch to "Favorites" tab in the main SMS interface to view collected messages.
Quick Delete SMS : How to quickly delete items?
You may slide from left to right on the item and click on the red "Delete" button when it appears.
Tether : How can I share my network to the PC or other terminals?

Of course I would love to have all those great tablet tweaks CM7 has, but MIUI is closed source and even though they base off CM7 merging in the those changes at a smali level is probably going to be a nightmare. So I don't know if I'll get around to that. Same with Landscape in the launcher.
I love cm7 but alternatives are great too. downloading and titaniuming now!
some of the things that makes miui a pain on a phone font apply on the nook so I'm excited to get some eye candy!
Installing MIUI on SDcard
I also love CM7 and the developers. Just seeing what this is about. I liked to Credit Verygreen for his installer, Dal for his OC kernel, and everyone that help with the boot menu for this SDcard install. Without them none of the things that we do would be possible for the rest of us?
Used verygreen's 1.3 img to create an image. Appended prefix update-cm- with the rest being the MIUI downloaded zip. Unmounted and remounted SDcard. Copied file to the Boot partition. Start Nook with SDcard and VG Penguin recovery did the rest.
Took out SDcard and replace in pc. Loaded Dal's OC 06/30/11 sd version. When starting up with SDcard in nook, held down "n" to enter boot menu, selected sdcard, recovery, and booted in Penguin recovery with Dal's kernel being installed.
Could not get USB cable to mount on pc or mac. Went to the File Explorer and turned on ftp. From an ftp client on my mac (pc would be okay also) I created and Android Apks folder and drug the TitaniumBackup.apk to it. I next mounted 16 GB Sandisk SDcard containing my TitaniumBackup folder. I used the File explorer to install the TitaniumBackup.apk. I slide the home screen to find the app, click problems to install the latest busybox, and then install SetCPU to overclock to 1200 and change the governor to ondemand.
Next install Button Savior. From here it will be apps we want from TitaniumBackup folder.

No, it does not have the CM buttons. You will need to install Button Savior or Softkeys for that functionality.

When I did the SDcard install all went well except this. Used ftp to work around it. Drives would not mount when I plugged the usb cable in. Any suggestions?

yes you can run it off a sd card and use the size agnostic image file and rename the file to a cm7 stock name and it will install it for you.
on my "bad" sd card, 16gb non sandisk, I didn't get any fc's but a lot of lagging, but no crashes or sod.
Is there anyway for someone to upload the the Xbox Homescreen mod for us to download? I tried making it but it was I just couldn't keep up with it. Maybe I'm just really lazy or a noob, I don't care what you call me, I just wanted to know if its possible. Or put it on the market. IDC Ill pay for it on the market.

Lol, I totally feel yall. I actually setup mine in a night, did custom graphics and all. It's actually really easy once you get the graphics, but until you get the graphics its really tedious. Basically, in a nutshell, you need a graphic for all your different "buttons". Then, install ADW and set it to have like 8 rows and 6 columns (that may not be the right configuration). Then, go install Desktop Visualizer. Then, create a widget for each of your different buttons, then set each widget with the proper graphic and to open the right file. Then, I added a long thing widget on the bottom for the shadow and had it do nothing, its just there for looks. And do that for each page of buttons... See its easy? lol...
I was thinking about putting together a tutorial and uploading all my icons and psd files for people... I might still do it. It's really not hard, and if I supplied the graphics then really you guys could get it setup and working in a matter of an hour or two. I tell ya what, if you beg and and beg and tell me im the best ill seriously consider it... lol. Im kidden... Kinda...

As far as I know there is only one real way to do this as tedious as it may seem, it's not all that bad once your really dive in and do it. If you guys need anything done on Photoshop let me know and i'll get them done for you. Consider this a "How To Xbox Theme your TFP For Dummies" haha as i've tried my very hardest to create an easy guide for even the most novice users. If I missed a step please let me know. Enjoy and let me know if anyone still needs help.

a. Under Labels click any of the five options you have on the farthest right column (I’ll use games for example)
1. Click Layout
. Choose List With Text
b. Click Applications under the Labels column on the left hand side and scroll down and click an app that pertains to the “Label” you originally clicked (i.e. pick a game for a Games Label)
1. Click Rename on application you choose and add two extra spacings in front of the original name (“Angry Birds” is renamed to “ Angry Birds”)
2. Once you’ve done that go to the farthest column on the right and check the box right next to the word Game and follow up with the “<” symbol that’s highlighted (this puts the app that you selected into the Label that you box checked)
3. Repeat step b. for all game apps
c. Repeat Steps a. and b. for another folder (in my case I made a music app folder)
d. Once the folders have been made to your liking, click on one of the newly made custom folders (I’ll use Games for example)
1. Click Edit on the lower right hand corner
. Label name – name your folder with a small punctuation like “.” Or “,” minus the quotes (It’ll make sense later) (I used “.” for games and “,” for music apps)
. Fixed sort (unchecked)
2. Repeat step d. for all the folders you’ve made
C. Simple Text
a. Click “simple” of the four options given
1. X-Coordinate – 0
2. Y-Coordinate – 75
3. Text Size – 40
4. Rotate – 0
5. Auto scale, Gradient, and Shadow (unchecked)
6. Click the Color Box in the upper right hand
. Place white circle in the middle left hand corner to give you a gray color
. Slide vertical bar in the Alpha bar all the way to the left
7. Rename “simple” with any of the screenshot titles you want (i.e. home, social, video, etc.)
8. Click the transformers menu button on the bottom next to the back and home button (I’m not sure what its called) and select Save Style
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 until you’ve created a simple text for all 10 of your screens/wallpapers (for my apps I made a “ooo” simple text in a white color)

3 - Creating Layout:
First think about organizing your different screens, which apps should be launched directly, which widgets you like to use, which screens have folder, etc.
I have a screen for Search, Home, Social, Video, Music, Games, Image, Global, System, ooo (apps). Your setup doesn’t have to look like this as I encourage each person to have a sense of uniqeness to their layout. Figure out the names to all your screens and make each label in Simple Text. This step is important, because there are a lot of things to do and it saves you so much time! Trust me when I say that the simple text is the most tedious part of the whole setup and I found this out the hard way.
I did each layout in Photoshop and exported each screen to my transformer. Feel free to customize the template however you would like to (if you aren’t Photoshop savvy, P.M. me and I can help by making new tiles or teaching you how to do them). For those that have Photoshop experience, move the tiles around to your liking but keep a 7px space difference between each tile (to the left, right, above, and below). Once you’ve finished your layout on Photoshop, transfer each screen/wallpaper via AirDroid into a specific folder and name it “Xbox Theme” or whatever you prefer. Now the fun begins:
A. Multi-Live Wallpaper:
a. Common Settings
1. Background Color – Black
2. Crop/Resize Ratio – Fit to Fullscreen
3. Decrease Saturation – 100%
4. Decrease Opacity – 100%
b. Add individual settings
1. Add each screen under Picture source in an order you’ve designated (but remember the order)
2. Note that you are only allowed 9 screens/wallpapers and the 10th “screen” will be your app drawer
c. Lock screen settings (personal choice)
d. Transition type – Slide
e. Maximum memory usage – Auto
f. Color depth – True Color (24-bit)
B. Simple Text: (I can’t stress how tedious this is)
a. On each screen long press till you get Add to Home Screen and click Launcher Actions
b. Add Screen 1, Screen 2, Screen 3, etc.
c. Add Open/Close App Drawer
d. My setup:
1. Screen 1 – Search
2. Screen 2 – Home
3. Screen 3 – Social
4. Screen 4 – Video
5. Screen 5 – Music
6. Screen 6 – Games
7. Screen 7 – Image
8. Screen 8 – Global
9. Screen 9 – System
10. ooo
e. Long press Screen 1 and Edit
1. Delete Screen 1 and leave name blank
2. Click the original icon box and select ADWTheme IconPacks
3. There you will find the pre-made simple text icons that you created as instructed to before
4. Select the text according to what “Screen 1” was (in my case is was “Search”)
5. Press the transformer menu button right next to the back and home button and select Save Icon and continue by pressing OK
f. Repeat step e. for all 10 screens/wallpapers including “ooo” for Open/Close App Drawer
g. Repeat steps a. through e. for all 9 screens/wallpapers (see told you it was tedious)
h. If you’re on Screen 1 (in my case its “Search”) long press on the corresponding launcher action (“Screen 1” launcher action icon)
1. Delete Screen 1 and leave name blank
2. Click the original icon box and select ADWTheme IconPacks
3. There you will find the pre-made simple text icons that you created as instructed to before
4. Select the text according to what “Screen 1” was (in my case is was “Search”)
5. Color Box – White (personal choice)
6. Text Size – 50
7. Press the transformer menu button right next to the back and home button and select Save Icon and continue by pressing OK
8. This helps specify which screen/wallpaper you’re on at the moment
i. Repeat step h. for all corresponding screens/wallpapers (i.e. Screen 2 icon for “Home”)
C. Desktop Visualizer: (On my “Social” screen/wallpaper notice the Facebook tile as I’ll be using that for an example)
a. Long press and click Widgets and scroll down till you find Desktop Visualizer(2x2)
b. Click the newly obtained widget
1. Select Icon
. Image File – Find the “blank.png” I included
2. Select Action
. Launch Application – Find the corresponding application (in this case its Facebook)
3. Emphasis (unchecked)
4. Touch Effect – None
c. Repeat steps a. and b. for all tiles on every screen/wallpaper
d. All other tiles that are empty and green you’ll notice I have icons on my screenshots but not on the template. That’s because these icons scroll with the wallpaper and you’d select these icons in step b.1. instead of “blank.png” (Try and find unique icons online such as on http://www.deviantart.com/)
D. Folder Organizer Widget:
a. Long press and click Widgets and scroll down till you find FO Folder link – Folder Organizer
1. Select which folder you’d like to place upon your screen/wallpaper (remember that I replaced the name “Games” with “.” So that’ll come up as an option)
2. Refer to my Games screen/wallpaper and notice the xbox controller icon
3. Place the newly acquired “.” right above the controller and notice how it remains incognito blending in with the white controller
b. Repeat step a. for all other folders created
E. Xbox Live Avatar Widget: (Optional)

Hey, awesome walkthrough !! I'm trying to get everything working right now and I have a question - on your screen which box is how big ? (I'm talking grid size) I'm guessing (I'll use the last screen as an example), that Transformers is 2x2, The Office is 4x4, Flixster is 2x1. Am I correct ?

The easiest I've tried was with SSlauncher. I've been dying to try out this layout but it's as complicated as HUBS. Thankfully someone uploaded their Galaxy Note theme and all I had to do was load it up on SSlauncher and behold..everything was in place...well most of them anyway. I forgot which user it was but you can find his post on the official thread along with his zip file. It took me about half hour re-sizing the icons for a larger screen but it saved me a lot of time. HUBS users can also share their layout through the same method. I'll upload my .zip layout if anyone is interested

Yup! it goes width x height so you're right on all accounts!
After working on and off for 4 hours this is all I really have to show.
Definitely will need more help on widgets and icon pics.

so can someone explain how i can 'move' my polaris install off my 3d and onto the lte? i'm not seeing how with the backup apps. must i root both phones just to do this?? that seems excessive
It's definitely in there. If you attempt to open a word or excel document, there is definitely an option for "Open using Polaris Office" so they've hidden the icon or integrated it into Sense.
strange.... you are right. but, no menu button. how do i get to settings, edit or create a document, and mainly create a new document or edit a document?

this trick to access the power save menu, do the exact same thing, only after you check "start another activity" --> the select "select an activity or shortcut" --> stay on the activity list and scroll down to Polaris Office, and select it. Bam, now you have an icon app link to polaris office front page, allowing you to create new documents or edit documents.
This minimalistic text app is AWESOME.
found it in the one X forums.
By the way, any replacement launcher will let you see the Polaris Office App like normal.
Here's another solution for Polaris Office:
Install ES file Explorer.
Open the Application Manager.
Scroll and find Polaris Office.
Long press and choose create short cut.
You now have a proper shortcut complete with the right Icon.
