This is a faulty busybox installation. Just search for fix, it's just moving some files.
Can you please send me your /vendor/modules/gslx680.ko? Thanks!
I already fixed it, had to do hours of intense research and I found the firmware and the flash utility. Successfully fixed it, then it bricked. Then I successfully fixed the brick.
So these are fun to work with because I know how to fix them so easily now!
$85 tablet on ebay if u pick one up it's 9" 800x480 dual core 512 ram with a keyboard and case. Very neat little device! We hooked up a 1TB usb hard drive directly to it and it detected it and easily played back full 1080p movies which file sizes in the 20GB range... INSANE!
I know how to root these two and the Kernel is unlocked by stock on the AllWinner A20 to 1.488Ghz from the stock of 990Mhz! 1.1Ghz is the most stable but is very nice and fast!

I need firmware for this tablet and I can't found it

It's tough to find but I found the info on this chinese website but all the files are on my friends computer since it was his tablet.. He totally could care less about the thing since it's nearly a nightmare to use...
Too little internal store available and not enough system memory so it lags out and freezes continuously... haha I'd factory reset or whatever if you can and sell it.

Greetings!
Would you please elaborate? My own extensive research has uncovered absolutely nothing about fixing a blown busybox installation.

Can you provide more information, perhaps even a link or two, to help the rest of us who have a similar problem?
Thanks!

i have the same tablet , my wifi connect put no internet , try to flash another frimware and now just white screen
I have this friends tablet for a week or two.
I found, i think, right firmware, and that's one problem solved, i hope.
The other problem is, i got this tablet along with the flashing problem. I think SP flashing tool was used, but with a wrong firmware, and now is preloader messed up... (sry for my bad english)
Name of the tablet: Xwave Xpad 3G-701
Now, my problem is that i can't access anything, tablet just won't strat, computer can't recognize it, and so on, dead in other words.
specs:
OS: Android 4.2 Jelly Bean
GPU: Mali 400 MP, 3D OpenGL (ES 2.0)
Screen: 7 inch, 1024x600
Processor: 1.3Ghz Dual-Core ARM Cortex-A7 (MediaTek MT8312)
Ram: 512MB DDR2
Memory: 4GB
Motherboard is: ELINK_MR706_D3_V6 20140114
To avoid any forum rules problem, i added only dropbox link paths off the images... so i could explain my USB issue.
dropbox.com/s/4yhbbmbdc9z8gds/DSC_0115.JPG?dl=0 -- phone
dropbox.com/s/qefe24v4l6o96pj/DSC_0117.JPG?dl=0 -- motherboard
Computer can't recognize it, i tried many variants, it's just not working.
In motherboard picture, whole surface is covered with protection, only some ponits are accesible.
My question is, what is the procedure to unbrick this tablet particularly... to force the right preloader in it, and become recognisable by computer? The rest might be familiar to me.
Is it required to detach battery, as some procedures suggest...?
My apology if this is somewhere else asked, i just couldn't find ant explanation for this model.
If my question is unclear, i'll add any info or change needed....
Hi there,
So I am experienced in rooting and flashing / rooting phones (originally did this with the Samsung fascinate and B&N NookHD). The company I work for recently bought several Getac T800 tablets. These tablets come with Win10 preloaded. For the work I want our field staff to do, there are several apps that are way better, but run on Android. I am hoping that I will be able to load Android onto these machines (I do not want to do a dual boot situation - The staff using them are not tech savvy).
Specs for the machine can be found here: http://us.getac.com/tablets/t800/specs.html
Intel® Atom Processor x7-Z8750 1.6GHz (up to 2.56GHz); 2MB Cache
8GB LPDDR3
128 GB EMMC
This company makes a similar machine that runs android
Specs for ZX70: http://us.getac.com/tablets/zx70/specs.html
Intel® Atom™ x5-Z8350 Processor 1.44GHz, burst up to 1.92 GHz 2MB Cache
2GB LPDDR3 expandable to 4GB
32GB eMMc
I can download the BIOS and the android 6.0 ISO (for the ZX70) from the company here: http://us.getac.com/support/drivers.html (type in ZX70 and submit)
My question is could I use this image on our T800s and what would be the steps to load the image onto the machine? Are there any pitfalls / drawbacks?
Hi, I know this post is years old, but I'm trying to do the same thing. Did anyone reply to you, or did you figure it out? I want to try to install their Getac android image on one of their windows tablets.
I have successfully installed a different android OS on it, but I can't install the Getac OEMConfig app on the current android OS. I believe it is because it isn't showing up as a Getac device or the android OS version is too new. I would love to find this app, but I can't find an APK for it anywhere, either.
Hi guys,
The story goes like this: i have an old chinese navigation unit that has an allwinner cpu T3 with external Ram of 1Gb. I found an 4Gb ic on a PX5 Rockchip board and decided to do the swap. All went well, the device boots up normally but only sees 1Gb of Ram. Question is where is the ammont of Ram written in the OS or how do I make the OS see the newly installed Ram? The device is running Android 6 or so i think( api 23) but it reports android 7.1 in about screen. I managed to get it rooted. I know it is weird to waste my time on such an old device but since i'm in quarantine there's nothing better to do.
sounds like a kernel issue to me
