Works great! Only issue I see is HDR Camera doesn't work (I know...)
Sorry guys, I was working on my website and wiped the whole things. I am rebuilding for vzw atm, so no need to worry.
Edit: VZW build is back up, building for tmobile now, enjoy!
*snip*
Nevermind...not booting reliably at all for me. Hangs far too much. :/ I'll keep an eye on this thread, though!

No. All AOSP roms require an unlocked bootloader and loki. There are no exceptions to this.
Where can the latest superuser zip be found? Thanks

Just Loki...our bootloader is not unlocked...Loki is just a workaround...got a lot of people working hard to change that though
Is this stable enough to be a daily driver? Only comments were about unreliable booting..

They require unlocked bootloader OR loki? Or did you mean and? I ask because my bootloader is unlocked (dev phone). I shouldn't need LOKI right?
Wonder if this would work on USC? Doubt it. Still. Curious.

No dofference they will have the same features as the would on the orginal carrier I use saber kernel 9.6 on my note 2 vzw

Please follow up and let us know which kernel you use OP.
I just switched from Beans 6 to PA 2.99, and so far the only thing making me want to switch back is the fact that I can't use STweaks to mess with the audio on PA.

So is there anything earth shattering about an actual aosp rom as opposed to Beans - aka - just aosp themed on this phone? Thanks!

I would say no. Infact, I really miss the multi window feature, but the hybrid tablet interface PA offers is simply worth more to me.
My device has never had a hiccup with either, so performance is kind of a moot point. I just like PA better.
Did fint one this stweaks does not work but there are plenty of other programs that do the same thing so not really a big deal

So any updates?
Sorry for the delay guys. I have been downgrading phones (JTAG) and working on the new HELLS-KITCHEN in addition to this ROM (and three other devices I support).
I have been looking for someone to help me out and join the team with me, but everyone else seems to be super-swamped as well.
I also have a custom kernel I am working on for this device that we will hopefully see soon. With the same setup as the NOTE2. For amazing battery life.

No, that's why I think the WiFi isn't working I just tried it and it booted and ran fine. WiFi isn't working so I assume that it may be a kernel module problem. So I wonder if anyone could modify the kernel to make the WiFi work.

Stock Deodexed Debloated 5.0.1 LRX22C
This is the first publicly released Deodexed stock rom for the Shamu. This rom may be used by anyone as a base for their own rom (proper credit given) and allows the ability to make many mods and themes. This rom is unrooted so you will need to flash SuperSU afterwards. The boot image does not enforce encryption so no worries about flashing this. It should also work if you're encrypted.

Do you gain any performance advantages by running deodexed on top of being decrypted? I'm on stock 5.0.1 decrypted running franco Kernel r6 and it seems to be running good so I'm wondering if there would be any reason for me to switch other than future mods etc.
It will run a lot snappier. Antutu numbers reflect the difference.
everything was perfect, however after 3/4 days the phone begin FC with apps.
And the point is I didn't installed any apps. (except whatsapp/chase bank)
any one have a same problems?
Forgive me if this is a stupid question, I'm encrypted at the mlment if I flash this ROM will I be unencrypted or to gain unencrypted status would I need to modified files first.
