Well it booted but no signal or wifi. Even after flashing the modem and modules. I'm new to this phone so I'm sure someone could get it working. If it booted it's safe to say it can be ran on our unlocked phones, right?
Did you flash via safestrap.? I didn't see where modules needed to be flashed for mdk. I am curious as I am on NC5

No, that's why I think the WiFi isn't working I just tried it and it booted and ran fine. WiFi isn't working so I assume that it may be a kernel module problem. So I wonder if anyone could modify the kernel to make the WiFi work.

You have no idea how happy I would be. I'm coming from phones such as the S3, Note 2 DNA, etc. Which all had unlocked bootloaders. I'm actually considering trading to a G2 to be able to have my AOSP roms back. Lol

Seems pretty stable to me, only bug I've found so far is that BBC iPlayer wont install (unknown error -24) and bluetooth connection to my car stereo is not great, (lots of pops and breakups) but useable (Edit - I believe that's the same for all aosp based 4.3 roms).

Oh no - just what we need...a butthawks fan! :silly:
I don't know any particulars, but I do know my trial and error indicates that certain AOSP ROMs give me the "Status 7" error when installing. To fix, I normally update CWM to the latest version, but when that fails, I have to flash TWRP. It is very strange and screws me up big time often!
Regardless, I am now on this AOKP and it feels like home! WOOT! It is awfully quiet on this thread though. What gives?!

there are two versions of CWM ul and ATT/US.. if you are flashing a ul international rom you need the correct recovery unless you edit some files in the rom. it is pretty easy to switch CWM from ATT to ul on the fly with rom manager if you get a status 7

No. All AOSP roms require an unlocked bootloader and loki. There are no exceptions to this.

They require unlocked bootloader OR loki? Or did you mean and? I ask because my bootloader is unlocked (dev phone). I shouldn't need LOKI right?
Wonder if this would work on USC? Doubt it. Still. Curious.
I have started building AOSP Eclipse once again! The initial builds will be very very vanilla. This first build that I am releasing is vanilla AOSP.
Big thanks to CM and dhacker as I am using their Motorola device trees and tweaks to get the build going!

I have added a few performance tweaks and App Ops to the build. Other than that it is currently just a plain vanilla build. For root access flash a SuperSU zip as I have not integrated Superuser into the build yet.

There is no download. Mine did the same thing after I restored a backup of the old ROM. I thought it was 4.4.2 so I flashed the stock recovery and took the OTA. But all it did was restart the phone and boot back up. No update what so ever.

Is there an option to remove the wolf picture from notification area. Pretty big eyesore when I use a different cm12 theme.

I am pretty sure that is baked right in, sorry about that
EDIT: some themes do get rid of that, such as the mono theme
Awesome job on this, runs very smooth!
Had this installed less than 30 minutes, and I am loving it already. Great job!

double check your apn settings in settings-->mobile network-->access point names. If that all looks good, then try the textra app from the play store. good luck

I use jamiethemorris kernel. Works fine, but any cm based kernel works. No sense/gpe kernels. Could brick your device.

So far, its the most stable rom I have found for my DNA. I have not had very good luck lately with other roms. Whether sense or cm based, stock kernel or not, nothing has been without issues. Only Validus seems to run good. No issues to speak of. Hell, even my power button seems to work now. :victory:

Funny you mention the Power Button. That's the only issue I am having with this ROM, my power button stops working unless I reboot. Other than that it's been great.
Strike that.
Had a couple issues with Google crashing, so I did a dirty flash of the ROM, and flashed a new version of GAPPS. Everything is working great!
