Like the pop up says, use the twrp/cwm option

Then it goes in recovery and I don't know in which folder is installation file.

Mostly in the root of the sd card, or else download it from here: http://download.chainfire.eu/381/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.91.zip

It works. Thanks

you can update it the normal way when using a kernel with disabled system write protection.

Right. It's working when using custom kernel.
But I personnally prefer install it by flashing zip file.

How to disable it?

If you give us more informations we can think for a solution.

Ask me what you think its important because I only can tell that I am on JB HBOOT and when I try to install any other ROM that is not made by ckpv5 it says Installation aborted! (PA, Non sense revolution, Sense revolution, Unofficial AOKP) Every time I flash boot.img as it says in the OP, changing updater script and etc. I use fixed recovery for JB HBOOT by atis112

All ROMs come with NO root and NO busybox, it's purely stock are written on post #2 referring to 1.18.401.1 ROMs.
Do I write that on post #1 from where that you have link to that backup ??
Read this thread from page 100 onwards, many things have been said on how to update : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2209143&page=100
I'm not going to start all over again to advise how to do it. You can ask question there, someone will assist you

What's the procedure I need to follow for getting the update? Stock recovery, stock kernel and stock Rom. Anything else? And where can I get the stock Kernel from?

In my case, when I updated from ICS, JB was rooted too (I think). I don't know exactly because when I updated and made nandroid backup, I flashed the Deodexed JellyBean that ckpv5 uploaded. Did you try to install superuser/supersu like in ICS?

I meant, that I didn't flash superuser zip directly via recovery, but opened a preinstalled SuperSu in prerooted ROM, it asked me to update su binary and gave me the option to flash via TWRP / CWM, so I used that.

[Q] Required Nandroid Backup of Htc Desire X (with Official Jelly bean for India)

I have rooted my htc desire x device and Unlocked Bootloader one month ago. Yesterday i received JB update but i am unable to install it. I also tried to install Stock recovery but again unable to install update.
After installation of Stock recovery image ,i downloaded the update then after downloading the phone reboots itself and after 40% installation of update the red Traingle appers with exclamation mark (!) .
