Hello, first of all I want to say that I searched in this xda forum and Google, but I don't really found good answer.
So I need to send my phone to warranty (because my phone have hissing problem). And I need to ask how to know which stock rom chose. Because my phone come from France- I think that because box is in France language (I was stupid and don't have original information.) Also sorry for bad English.

If you are sending back then the original rom is the norm .

I want send s3 international ( hissing problem). And warranty do -mttc. lt ( everything in lithuanina language).
And what you mean with ''original rom is the norm''?
Original is the norm means the firmware that came with the phone .
You buy a UK phone and it comes with UK firmware that is what goes back on for return to vendor under warranty in the UK .
In your case you have a phone supplied from another country possibly a grey import .
The supplier of the phone is the one to ask what firmware do they want on for a warranty repair .I would put back the firmware it came with .

Also i heard rumors that some people sends phones with custom roms and they fix phones, but they come back with stock rom, is it possible?
custom roms and they fix phones, but they come back with stock rom, is it possible?
If you are paying for a repair then custom rom should make no difference .
Warranty will be rejected with a custom rom see how to return to stock for warranty thread .

Hello,
last week I bought a GS2 from O2 Germany (O2 myHandy without SIM contract). I am not shure if it ist branded or not. Or if I have to use the O2 Firmware Update.
There is no special software installed, only the SAMSUNG Stuff.
If I root my GS2 is it possible to unroot and to bring it back to original state so that I can sent in for warranty?
O2, Germany
"HIDSWVER" = "I9100XWKE2/I9100OXXKE3/I9100XXKDJ/I9100XWKE2"
"ProductCode" = "GT-I9100LKAVIA"
Thank you for your time... und support...
Sascha
Flash O2 firmware will remove root or any stock firmware .
O2 UK original rom in Dev section dont know about German ..
O2 UK branding was only O2 boot screen and a few bookmarks .

Yes root
Unroot by flashing a stock/original firmware as per DEV thread and reset custom rom counter .

Hi there, Im finally sending my SGS2 back to samsung for a warranty repair, something seriously wrong with the insides, I have flashed a couple roms on there to lose the official BUKE1 rom it came with, but I need to flash it back to latest rom before sending it. Is BUKE1 still the current UK firmware with Voda?
BTW I have a jig, will be resetting the counter before sending!

Hi guys, unfortunately I got to bring my SGSII back to Samsung for warranty.
I bought it on e-bay and I don't know if it is generic EU or Italian.
Obviously being here means I changed the rom and now I don't know which official rom to flash to get warranty back.
Anyone knows if there's a way through kies or by IMEI?
Thanks,
Best Regards.
This will Help you To back original firmware
check your Country Download it and Flash

Your branded phone provider could in theory refuse warranty .
But you are still covered by Samsung warranty .

Hey, I have been trying to return to stock, I've downloaded ODIN, but when came the time to pick a stock rom, I saw that there were quite a few stock roms for my phone (GT-19300 international) . I live in France, there are 4 operators: Orange (where I bought my phone and where I have my contract), Bouygues, SFR and NRJ, on Sammobile I saw there was a stock rom for NRJ, and I also found stock roms for the other operators (not on sammobile though, on tha site there was only the NRJ one), then came the question, do I need an orange stock rom, or the regular international one, does it matter? If it's any help, there isn't the orange logo on my phone, and I don't recall having orange apps on my phone when I bought it, but have a vague memory of me downloading a couple, although maybe anyone with a contract there can download them, I qish I could provide more information but nothing comes to mind :/ I'll try to answer all questions as best I can, thanks for answering quickly.
P.S. I'm using this guide to unroot, if you can think of a better one or if there's a problem with this one, I'd appreciate all suggestions, thanks! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=27407556
AnyI9300 rom on any I9300 phone .
Stock is just Samsung firmware usually by country basis .
Vendor roms are usually branded and may have addons from the network . Vendor roms will have the correct modem and CSC .
