There is no stable CyanogenMod ROM yet for our phone, devs are working hard to get it. Xpirt ROM is discontinued, so don't expect support for it. Just be patient and wait for CM to be stable.

If you go to this link they have an almost fully working 4.2.2 stock rom the only thing that isnt working is camera. Go to page 114 to 116 to find the link.

If you indeed want to have 4.1, go to first post of the thread waza97 mentioned and you'll get an almost fully working (besides some bugs, look into thread for details) 4.1.2 port of CM.
If CyannogenMod is not to your taste, I have made AOKP and Paranoid Android Roms (Both Based off AOSP 4.1.2) available at these links  :

Just on the note of that, if anyone is still interested, I offer a SlimBean rom. Its AOSP (NOT CM!) based, with a lot of the crap removed

Look at my post at developers unite in the general section. It gives a fix for the camera.
Hit thanks if I helped.
This is an unofficial build of Omni for the Moto X. Later today I can get the device tree up on GitHub with the changes I've had to make to get this working.
I've tested on a Sprint Moto X and have not noticed any glaring issues. As a unified build, this should work on all variants listed below. Flash at your own risk, this is a work in progress.
Supported Variants (from CM device tree):
This device tree supports:
ghost_retail (xt1053 - Moto X - GSM-US)
ghost_usc (xt1055 - Moto X - US Cellular)
ghost_sprint (xt1056 - Moto X - Sprint)
ghost (xt1058 - Moto X - GSM-rogers, non-US)
ghost_verizon (xt1060 - Moto X - Verizon)
obake_maxx (xt1080 - Droid Maxx-Dev Edition - Verizon)

Omni still doesn't have a Theme chooser?!? Why lord way?!?!
I noticed a few issues on my maxx. First the navigation buttons don't light up. Second I can't root no matter what I try. Another issue is the double tap screen to make the phone sleep doesn't work. I hope at least the first two issues can be fixed this ROM is awesome.
Any bug here. Thanks Kladd, im tried with this porting but not have time u.u The most perfect and "clean" AOSP rom

I tried this briefly yesterday and was thinking 6MP was the max it was showing for the camera. I'm going to have to re-install and take another look. (I may have been using the Google Camera app or other, etc.)
So... what's good with this ROM? I looked at the Omni ROM website and under About Omni ROM there's two paragraphs just for saying:
-it's AOSP but different (how is it different???)
-we can report bugs (that's not exactly new and exciting)
-nightlies are kinda stable
That is the most terrible description for a ROM that I have ever seen in my entire life and OP don't take this personal as it's not directed towards you but rather Omni ROM devs.
On a Uscellular Moto X XT1055. Everything works fine but gps or location dont work.
-Edit: GPS and Location is locking on and works perfectly. I had to change the Mobile Network settings.

After using it for about a week now, I would say in my opinion this rom is way better than AOKP, CM, or PAC (All which I tested too). When using it its not really different, atleast not to me. Think of it as Pure Android with basic customization that should've been in Pure Android.
Any new update of this rom?
How unfortunate that this is dead. Omni is quite nice, loved it on my Nexus 4.
Hello sir,
I need stable lollipop rom for my sgs3
Thank you in advance
Install newest version of Dokdo... For me the best rom for now. With builded in kernel, no boeffla or archi.

To the best of my knowledge there's no stable Lollipop ROM. All ROMs have their own bugs. Why not try the few Popular ROMs yourself?

Nah, in my device i tried multiple lollipops but they are were laggy. So i got back on the latest cm 11 and things are smooth as silk.
I'm staying off lollipop for now.
I don't care about the super latest features, I rather have a stable and secure system.

Both Temasek and ArchiDroid are very fast and stable. I haven't try out the new versions of RR and Blisspop yet
bhai archidroid karle latest wala set hai !
Hi,
Haxynox is actually pretty fast and thin. Discovered a bug, but cannot post it there. So i'm thinking of kinda spamming this place till i get my count up to 10
But in general, KitKat seems better choice for i9300 era systems. Would be nice, if someone compiled as close to aosp kitkat as possible. CM was close, but now really gets bloated with its additional software. It even has CM account system. Maybe i will test out Omni.
Omni is ok, but no theme support, same like slim kk
If you know the most stable andoid lollipop based ROMs of those 2

Faster and more stable, and kernel 3.10. CM has some problems such as bluetooth connection or suddenly get soft reboot, or some crazy issues when your device works for a long time without reboot. And I think have no reason for trying a unlocked bootloader ROM with kernel 3.4.

That is not pure AOSP. I am telling about AOSP 5.1.1 by FXP team..
Fxp team aosp 5.1.1 is alright but its camera is really bad and the rom has several performance issues
I'd love to switch from stock to cyanogenmod but i keep getting random soft reboots
Aosp is harder to port but provides a faster and smoother aswell as a more pure experience
Cm is easier to port but same as aosp, if not done properly then its not worth

It's not right. AOSP is more easier to port but it's not popular as well as CM so there're less developers do that.

Although I prefer the dd method from inside the phone. (terminal use also is beginning to be quite annoying with selinux and noexec-mounts, by the way...)
