Connect in fastboot mode by pressing volume up key while connecting to PC. I don't think that you need the phone turn on for this. Then flash the kernel using flashtool and then flash a compatible ROM. You can also flak the stock.

When I select reboot in Recovery in ROM Manager, Titanium Backup or power manu (when testing Custom Roms) the phone don't go in recovery, just boot normally. I have Stock ICS .587 with Locked Bootloader.
I rooted my phone with Xperia.Root.rev4 but recovery didn't worked, tried installing recovery with SE_Tweak_Installer also don't work.
It's so annoying when I flash zip with ROM Manager and after turning off I need to keep pressing Vol Down to go in recovery to install zip (it's not automated)
try to install recovery via X-parts (search in playstore) it will work

I think you need to flash your stock kernel, with some custom rom with integrated CWM if X-Parts don't work.
you have to press VOL- when turning on phone, to get to recovery. did you ?

Of course you can. Its stock kernel.stock kernel has .ftf extension and can be flashed to locked/unlocked bootloader. custom kernel has .img extension which supports only unlocked bootloader.

I know that, but the this is that want to make it to not press anything, to magically enter in recovery. I installed GingerDX on my friend X8 and it's working without pressing anything, that why there is opinion to Reboot in Recovery. I can just reboot normaly and press a key to enter CWM

Thnx for the suggestion but no ROM can be flashed at this situation as usb debugging is not enabled by default in any of the ROM. Flashtool says Flash Aborted.
Try changing kernel which support otg for example Mesa ICS? Then connect the phone with a mouse and see if it work and flash stock rom again ?
Hi all!
I have sony xperia neo v. I'm trying to install super jelly bean v6.0 but I have no luck at all. Always stuck at some point. The device is unlocked and rooted. Furthermore, I don't know what to do. In reboot mode, it says device not conneted or not found, something like that. In flahtool it cannot find device. I've installed pc companion, and I've installed manually from flashtool drivers. None worked.
Thanks in advance.

Full wipe means : wiping system, data, cache and dalvik cachee..

Sir, when flashtool says the device is not rooted it means bootloader isn't unlocked... for now flash stock ftf using flashmode in flashtool and then make sure the bootloader is unlocked then only install jb with PROPER INSTRUCTIONS Best of luck
