That will be in the APK for sense (dont know what it is, may also be launcher), and then in /res/values/styles.xml
Decompile the APK and edit the strings to your language.

Why not use Android Studio? It's so simple to use and you can start with basic coding skills
If you think that it's easy to make, then try to do it by yourself and it wii be a good practise for you. Maybe, you will like it and it can become your hobby or future profession :fingers-crossed:
