PS I've tried downloading the ALL IN ONE TOOLKIT and sideloading a rom it asks if the device is in recovery, it is TWRP recovery, but then says error device not found.
Please any help would be much appreciated.

can you adb into the phone from your PC ?
you can try to push a rom to /data/media
boot to recovery wait about 10 seconds and the open cmd on you pc and run adb
adb push Rom.zip /data/media
wait for it to copy (it takes a while)
reboot phone back to recovery
your rom.zip should be on the phone now
Flash
your home free
Does twrp run? You should still be able to install the Rom as long as your recovery program still works.

twrp is messed up he most likely formatted the system and the /sdcard (rom) it happens all the time
Yea I did the same thing the first time I rooted my one X lol I was scared my phone was ruined! To the OP relax your phone will be alright just follow instructions better in the future.

Here is the instructions i posted that got another guy up and running hope it helps you out
This worked in CWM anyway
Boot into recovery
from the pc (c:\fastboot) do the adb push filename.zip /data/media
wait for it to copy
then on the phone reboot recovery your rom should be in the root of the sdcard waiting for you to flash
I just tested it and it worked perfect ( of coarse I didn't format my sdcard so ymmv )

Ok first, thank you for taking the time to help me with this.
I am a little bit of a noob when it comes to this stuff. I know just enough to get into trouble apparently. lol
I have my phone plugged in and have adb up, and am in fastboot. It doesn't seem to recognize my phone. I type adb devices, it just says list of devices and doesn't list any.
It won't let me push anything to my phone. I'm probably doing something wrong.

I've tried all of this with no luck at all. Main version is 1.26.502.10...tried installing Nandroid backups that other posted and keep getting an error when extracting the zip. I've adb pushed ROMs to the sdcard multiple times. They load for installation, everthing seems to work, but once I reboot, it hangs on the HTC screen.
I too deleted the system files so I can't get back in the phone. Tried CWM and TWRP and tried over and over to get it to work with no luck.
Tried installing CleanROM, Stock, and one other...no dice.
Any ideas? I've been at this for two days now.

Tried that but my version is 1.26.502.10 and that one is .12

yes it would.
it works just fine
you have to lock your bootloader first is all.
the RUU is an unreleased leak, but yes it will install as long as your CID is CWS_001. An AT&T device.

I was trying out different roms on my new HTCOne coming from CyanogenMod 10.1 i decided to load InsertCoin 1.1.1. I loaded into CWM Recovery choose wipe cache, davlik cache and factory data reset loaded up the rom selected the options wanted installation completed without issue rebooted the phone, Now when phone loads it boots to the htc logo then reboots again to the htc logo and says entering recovery at the top then i get a very quick flash showing clockwork recovery mod then it reboots again and continues in a loop i can press the volume down button and enter the bootloader but i'm unable to do anything cannot reload Clockclock mod tried using HTC One AIO kit but unable to find device any help please. thank you
Your best bet is to start over fresh trust me you aren't bricked at all, just botched ... A brick you'll know it I'll have a dead screen no lights nothing . .Download the stock Rom 1.29 ota zip Rom on your pc plug in phone boot into hboot volume down and power .Choose factory reset from hboot menu let it do that then reboot into hboot
Choose recovery, select sideload Rom baicslly you'll be loading the rom from pc onto your phone via Cwm choose the rom zip location on your pc. Then install it
It'll work .
If not use the tmobile toolkit by hasoon2000
Extras at bottom show the links to the stock ruu
You have to relock the bootloader first to unroot and stock ,this tool kit is a script it does it auto for you ,after your stock and spared your phone from death you can reroot all over again .
Point being is your phone is still alive

Ok well for future reference I and others I know had trouble with windows 8 the toolkit works but some reason it's hit and miss on win8
Cm10 is a headache, future reference avoid it if ya can .. in my opinion, cause going back to 4.1.2rom from 4.2 messes with a lot of peoples phones ,sometimes.

Windows 8 works for the boatloader unlock for some reason on the tool kit but I had to switch over to win 7 to flash cwm via fastboot.I believe it's just a driver issue
Just use the tool kit extras at bottom to flash stock ruu with the script
Use win7 fir sure .
Or download the 1.29 ota rom zip that has the new update built In that we havent officially got on OTA yet. It also greatly fixes cam battery and the home key sensitivity
Sideload it from pc to cwm and flash
1.29 ota rom that was made is the way to go and where u wana be on your Htc one it's way better than 1.27 software

hasoon2000's toolkit has a function to install HTC drivers, you should try that. also he wrote a tutorial about everything you should know about flashing on this phone. you can find it in the HTC One X+ General forum.

Hey people.
I rooted my ANDROID HTC ONE from T mobile, using a guide I found on here and the all in one toolkit.
I am using TWRP newest 2.5.0.0, I can access the bootloader and recovery, and have been sat here now looking for answers for about 5 hours.
It freezes on the HTC quietly brilliant screen.
Also says that there is no OS installed.
I am looking for help via TEAMVIEWER, or someway to get my phone working.
If you need more information please let me now ASAP so I can give it you.
UPDATE: Okay people I successfully installed the XenonHD ROM and it is now stuck in bootloop i have tried clearing the cache and it doesn't do anything, this is the only ROM that is currently working.
I have searched the net searched the post and still nothing.
I am almost got my phone back guys and am willing to DONATE or repay the favour via modding something through XBOX or whatever I can.
Please contact me soon as possible.
I am still on TEAMVIEWER.
Changed my recovery to ClockWorkMod Touch.
Still need help?

There have been a lot of posts on similar issues. You can "sideload" a ROM via ADB commands from your computer. If you can get into recovery, your phone can be fixed. I haven't done this myself (still stock), but do a search on google or xda on sideloading a ROM from ADB.

Did you clear the cache? Also, I've seen some people have to format the partitions.
EDIT: But formatting does not seem to be needed if you sideloaded successfully.

You have to be careful with No o.s installed .
Normally if u reboot when u see that you'll brick.
Without a o.s you have no bootloader..
I bricked my s3 and had to jtag it when it said no o.s I rebooted and black blank screen nothing.
I've had this happen also when choosing format system and format data /media some reason it botches the boot up .
My only fix was to sideload a rom or wipe factory and restore a nandroid .

my recomendation is that you get s -off and supercid asap so next time you run into a similar problem you can just install any ruu(note only do this if your phone has no official ruu) and work it out from there.

What you need to do is this exactly .
Dload a rom on pc reboot recovery on phone first .IMORTANT FIRST FORMAT SYSTEM.
Then when that's done choose factory reset.
Rename the rom to Rom.zip or anything you want but make sure it says.zip
Sometimes sideload won't work if roms not renamed , that's mentioned in another thread about sideloading.
Then sideload the rom
Let it load and install .
When it reboots itl take a while .
I just did this to my HTC one the other day after I got stuck after formating data media .

Yeah my phone is currently working now, but I have no play store nor do I now if my phone is rooted.
I have a custom ROM on it XenonHD. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2290785
That one.
Just currently trying to get to grips on how to work it and that.
I can't download the playstore because it says it is currently installed but it is nowhere to be seen.
Hello guys I have a serious problem
First of all my smartphone:
HTC One M7
I'm not that good at rooting an stuff so I try out alot of things. So I rooted my phone and put cyanogenmod on it with the special software from the main-site (thats the software for dummies where it does everything by itself)
so then it was rooted and unlocked and had cyanogenmod on it. The main reason for me to do this was to be able to delete those annoying preinstalled apps like the google app itself (seriously if I wanna google something I aniway open the browser...) aniway I also deleted a few other apps and it worked just fine for like a half year.
Then I decided to check if I could delete something else and decided to delete (I'm not a 100% sure if it was this but I'm pretty sure) a part of the google settings app with a root app deleting app.
afterwards everything was still working fine except that I cant open Play store, when I do try to open it it pops up and imediately closes again without a error message or anithying (its also still opened in the "taskmanager" but if i try to open it from there the same thing happens) also I cant create any more google accounts or can install any kind of app nothing of that seems working. So afterwards I decided to try many things out to get the probelm away myself, first attempt was to newly install the cyanogenmod, with didn't work because I couldn't install the neccessery app on the phone.
then I tried flashing new roms by downloading various snapshots and nightly versions of CM (I coudln't find a stable version of CM for my HTC One M7) onto my phone an flashing them using recovery.
this actually worked and In the end I had those versions on my phone but the problem with the playstore and installing apps was still there. also in the setup of CM it asks to create a google account and when i press the button I get habtic feedback that I pressed it but nothing at all happens and if i then try to create a new google account in the settings it also just doesn't open anithyng.
I think the only way would be to flash a rom from the PC by using something like Odin but I havent found any way to make it work so I'm asking you if any of you has an idea what to do...
o and another piece of information wich might be useful: the google settings app is still there but with alot less options.
thanks already for every answer I get
Sounds like you uninstalled something from the gapps package. Try reaching gapps and see if that fixes it.

Well... after wiping all data in the recovery I wanted to start up the phone again to put the roms on it again but now it gets stuck in the HTC startupscreen (the one where you see a fullbright white screen with the green HTC logo)...

Why would you boot to install the rom? You would flash in recovery.

You could adb push the files while in recovery.

I know I know its my fault but isn't there an easier way to do this by just flashing FROM the pc with something like Odin or is this just not possible with my smartphone?
because it doesnt matter which rom I have on it later.
The reason I ask for this is, is because I never got an answer if its even possible because even setting up a connecting over adb seems like a lot of work after googling it

No system like Odin. You could run an ruu zip via fastboot and it would flash the stock image.

This sounds exactly like a good solution I googled around alot and found out many ways but sadly till now I havent figured out a way to make it work right now I tried out this two ways:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2251800
and
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40712553#post40712553
I always succesfully got the phone into the RUU mode (where there is a silver HTC logo ond black ground) and then I tried flashing the stock RUU Rom but it somehow did not work I think its because my phone isnt the sprint one as suggested the problem is I have no Idea what kind of phone I have there are so freakin many when searching for the right rom I only know that I have a normal phone from Switzerland (in europa) without T-mobile sprint ATAT or whatever those things are called but there are like hundrets of versions there...
but like I said I'm going to try it out right now with another version which might be the right one gona write the feedback right after doing so.

That is the ruu for vzw. Use the zip to flash in ruu mode. Warning this will wipe your phone clean.
To know your phone model just type the below command and remove your info and serial from the string that prints in cmd and paste the info here. I can let you know the model through that command.
Fastboot getvar all.

I tried out the getvar all command and it spit out this stuff:
http://snag.gy/weN0Z.jpg
then I went over here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2428276
And downloaded the first one with 6.09.401.11
But just as with the other ones it always got out the error message:
FAILED (remote: 12 signature verify fail)

Like written before I was sticking to this plan here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2251800
And this is the whole outcome:

the sending sparse zip and stuff never showed up before but it still gave out error messages and I dont know why...
Unfortunately if an ruu won't work, the next thing you can do it adb. It isn't that scary or difficult. Below is a very detailed guide that simplifies it. It helps you install ADB to your PC and gives the basic commands you can do. The one you want is: adb push filename /directoryonandroid while in recovery and it will send your rom zip to your phone then it is just a simple install.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=879701
EG: in this example the rom I want to install is in the directory c:/adb
Code:
CD C:/adb/
Adb devices
(Verbose showing the computer recognizes your phone)
Adb shell
su
Adb push rom.zip /sdcard/
(Verbose of the command working or failing)
Then you go to the root of your sdcard and install the rom like normal in recovery. Be sure you are in recovery when doing adb commands. The reason I did adb shell and su command is because I was sending a file to the root of SD and sometimes that would need root. You could try pushing the file without root.
