[Q] Galaxy s3 4.3 camera apk - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I tried to instal a modded camera app to my phone now it keeps crashing.
Could someone point in the direction of the stock 4.3 camera.apk for Galaxy S3 or even a modded one that doesnt disable flash after 15% remaining battery.
thanks

You can disable it by using WanamXposed, unrelated to the camera app you're using.
Anyway, this one works great: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2512148

If you try this, be sure to back your current camera.apk (and odex if it exists) up before you do.

UtI tried it went to install but it wouldent install probably because its direct from the nexus I had to go back to the slow shutter stock cam but we still have 8mp lol
I was under the impression (correct me if I'm wrong) that the no shutter lag was hardware related as well as software. My S2 has 4.0.3 and still delays when I take a picture.

[REQ] Porting stock camera.apk to AOSP based ROMs

Hello there,
Firstly i would like to thank developers for porting the stock Samsung Task Manager and the Memo app to make it works on AOSP based roms.
Here's another small request: Can anyone port the stock camera.apk and music player by samsung? I can provide the stock samsung camera and music player apk.
Thanks a million.

well, if you want FFC as well, you'll need a touchwiz based rom, So, if you want HC, I recommend Galaxy Task 14. If you want ICS, you need either official ICS or task650s ICS "The Beginning". Any CM or AOSP based ROM won't have a working front facing camera.
I using Toldo's JellyBeanRom ICS v5. I think it's the best rom I have ever used on my tab. Everything works quite well.
If you do install it and run into problems, read through the rom's forum as there area couple of fixes to implement in order to prevent freezing screen and extending the battery. After the simple fixes I am happy to stick with this rom permanently.

[Q] 4.2 Google Camera with Samsung camera?

Hello, i was just wondering.
Is there anyway to get Google 4.2 camera and Samsung note 2 camera at the same time?
I like the panorama and Photosphere from Google camera (and the circular autofocus ring looks cool )
but i like the best shoot, smiley face and many other features from the samsung stock camera. ( really do)
So is there anyway yet to install two of these cameras at the same time?
or add those features together?
I read some forum posts and do a little research, everybody says flash it/replace it.
( I run a custom rom with touchwiz and other samsung stuff on it)
Which ROM are you on? Yes you can have both of you don't want to delete the tw camera take your 4.2 camera and manually put the apps and libs where they go and reboot.

Jelly Bean's Rom will allow you to do this.
