You know moTweets right?
The super cheap Twitter client (only US$3.99) that Panoramic Software developed.
It has a very nice GUI like iPhone, got complete and perfectly-working feature as well.
And this morning I asked Panoramic to develop Facebook application as well, since there is no single good/decent Facebook application for WinMo yet.
Even the M$' Facebook app is suck and not working right. It even can't fetch the stream by itself, need manual refresh.
The other simply used the cropped version (mobile version) of NewsFeed, not the complete one like BlackBerry's.
I asked them to make Facebook application for WinMo with nice GUI like moTweets and the functionality like Facebook for BlackBerry.
And here's their answer to my idea (we had conversation via Twitter) @PanoramicSoft: "We will definitely consider creating a Facebook app for WinMo. Thanks."
So, just tweet them and give them a vote.
They're surveying whether they need to develop this app or not.
Don't vote here, just send a tweet to @PanoramicSoft or email them at [email protected].
I'm not Panoramic's affiliate. I'm just the satisfied customer that use their moTweets application. And I want to share the idea here so if you all want a good/decent Facebook app, this is the solution.
Or, as I put in the other thread where you mentioned this, use the Microsoft developed Facebook client.

Yup, but that program is a dead program, no further development (stuck in 1.0.0.7p for long time), very slow, can't even do simple basic task (live news feed like the Blackberry's), can't fetch notification, and so many more bugs that rendering it useless...
Up you go! Be the first post in Dev&Hack...
yeah. MS has a crappy client for facebook. half the time I dont get my messages or even look at my profile.
What is it with microsoft. I thought thay paid a **** load for facebook and thay can't make a good app. Saw the new one on my mates I-phone the other day and it was cool.So I'm up for this.
Yeah, that's why, I suggest Panoramic Soft to make one with great interface like moTweets.
They're taking votes now, so just drop an email to [email protected] or tweet them via twitter: @PanoramicSoft
Coz I'm not Panoramic's people. I'm just their satisfied customer. ^^
If the vote is sufficient, They'll start developing the app for Facebook.
Up! Up! Up! Make this post to the first page. Let peoples know about this..
bump/.......
sent an email..
Yupz... Just need a vote to make them start developing the Facebook apps.
And I think peoples in XDA-Devs not really interested in Facebook.
No response from XDA-Devs peoples.. Only one or two peoples interested...

Yup, please help me forwarding this. I'm currently sending an email to all my Facebook friends, Twitter followers, and all of the forum I'm currently in.
Thanks for the support.. Hope that we can get a decent Facebook apps.
Im in the same boat as you all guys. WM needs a good Facebook apps. The one from MS sucks!
Not only sucks, the one from MS isn't counted as an app at all for me.. I even uninstall it after first use.. It even lack basic auto-refresh feature, not to mention about live-feed... I think that MS' programmers can't even make live-feed feature for Facebook app... Or maybe they don't know how to utilize Facebook's API..
you know ever since I started using Mini5 i kinda fell off the boat as far as using facebook goes. My facebook is sync'd to my yahoo account which I'm using push for. My favorites(which opera mini has that looks like google chrome) has iphone facebook account page saved which has a very slick and usable UI. So its really just one push of the button from the internet. I dunno...if I were to want anything it would be more like the X1's facebook panel which is really nice http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAtiCEE3hDQ and I actually liked it back when i was running the panels on my HD.
No need to copy innovation when you can port it.
you could go to x.facebook.com in opera mobile, works perfectly on my touch pro, but i agree, an app would be nice, especially if its like the xperia one, i sent a request to them.

Can anybody help me to port the apps from the Norton Ink Adam Tablet to work on our device? I really like the apps such as the Calendar, the Sniffer, and especially the Email app. The reason i would like to have the NI email app is because i heard it is based on the K-9 Mail app. Im pretty sure it will be a great replacement for our dumb and dull native email app that wont save my pop 3 email to the device.
This apps actually have been ported to the Viewsonic G Tablet by gojimi, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=928832 ,so im sure it is possible to have these beautiful apps on our device too
Thank you all
Alright, I know asking for app suggestions isn't looked highly upon, but I've spent literally hours over several days trying to find apps that will do what I'm wanting. I got two Xooms for my grandparents for Christmas so my family can keep up a little better. I want to give them an easy way to see pictures that members of my family upload. My sister largely uses Facebook, I use both Facebook and Google+, and my parents use Google+. Most apps only show your own albums (especially when it comes to G+/Picasa). My grandparents obviously don't have their own albums - they'll want to see our pictures. I need an app that meets the following:
Tablet compatible
Ability to integrate Facebook and Google+ albums in one place
Ability to browse friends' albums on both services, not just your own albums
Bonus points for notifications
Bonus points for free/ad-free
I'm also looking for a good weather app. I swear, I've tried them all. I'm looking for:
Tablet compatible
Temperature in notification bar
Some sort of widget
Show detailed 7- or 10-day forecast
Show radar (they live in Florida . . . )
Bonus points for free/ad-free
So . . . suggestions?
I recently made the switch from windows phone 8 to the HTC One and I am really missing the people hub or groups feature of windows phone. It allowed me to put some of my contacts into groups. For example, I had 2 groups, 1 for family and 1 for friends. In these groups, it collected all the facebook, twitter, and other social feeds of those people and put them all together.
I really liked this feature because I could easily look at filtered social feeds for certain people without having to flip through each app separately. I often saw posts/tweets that I would have otherwise missed.
Is there a similar app or feature on Android that would give me this functionality? I have yet to find it.
Thank you!
take a look at Scope or Taptu in the play store, these are some social apps.

I looked at both of those apps and they were both good at combining different social networks into a single feed, however lacked the ability to do exactly what I need.
I want to be able to make a group of my best friends and when I click on that group, I want to see their social updates across Twitter, facebook, etc all together.
If anyone knows of an app that does this...please let me know! Hard to believe windows phone has done this for years and no one has copied it for android

So did you found something?
I was using Sunrise. Really enjoyed the look / feel of it, and liked the fluid feel between the web UI and the Android App.
Well, Microsoft owns Sunrise, and plans to meld it into Outlook, and discontinue support for Sunrise.
Presently I am sitting on the default Google Calendar. Its good, but wanted to see what others use and why.
So, what do you use for your calendar and why?
Thanks for your input.
