I was thinking: why not a flashable OC Kernel zip? So, I did it myself.
The script will:
Install OC Kernel
or
Restore Kernel backup
If a kernel backup don't exists: it will backup the current kernel as boot.img.bak (in /storage/sdcard0) and flash the one with OC.
If a kernel backup exists (/storage/sdcard0/boot.img.bak): it will restore it.
I tested (both install and restore) and it worked fine.
Don't flash it if you're using LiquidSmooth. The kernels have different values. Instead use the LiquidSmooth version which is posted here.
