NO. you need illumination reciever and illumination bar notification app .

thanks @Kobalto07 for logcat but currently it's not needed as i'm currently downloading the .zip from server without any kind of modifies from cm and i'll let you know guys
EDIT :- Bad news guys, ReVolt control fc is caused by there's not a kitkat branch for ReVolt Control app on github (atleast,yes there is,but it's the same of android 4.3) I will try using for example a 4.3 ReVoltcontrol.apk but this is very improbable .
