hallo my new XTS users, I have a little problem with my device, I help to
how to send reset flashing xperia s SGPT131A tablets, along with links to download the original fimware for the XTS
Your posts both here and q&a do not make sense
what is the problem with the tablet if you want flash a fresh firmware
you need to root with the a.i.o tool in dev. Section
Root the device then apply the rescue backdoor mod then you can apply the sony offical Update
What you seem to have highlighted is nothing really in my opinion it regularly shows up on sd maid as a tomestone ive deleted it several Times no issues
The links you need can easily be found with a google search

I am desperate: yesterday, while attempting to prepare a custom rom using the tools of Condi (my fault), i locked the tablet (just after the Sony logo boot off) combining a mess.
Now I'm not even able to restore it using the original version that I downloaded probably because it is already installed .....
For this reason I am looking for someone that when out ICS share an update
complete official for this device:
Last update installed (I think): signed-nbx03_009-ota-0042.002.zip
Tablet S
16G
WiFi not 3G
ITA
There is someone?
Thank in advance.
I'm in the same boat as you and was hoping someone would post the 16GB Wifi version for the UK when available.

Thank again!
you can save me too!
I'll simply need some firmware or custom firmware to fix my sony tablet brick. It still boots, but due to some careless systems-.apk uninstalling, I have lost the ability to install apps from google play (a.k.a. android market). My unit is the sony tablet s 32 GB (sgpt112us/s or sgpt112uss) If anyone knows where I could get some honeycomb or ICS firmware to flash with I'd be ever greatful. Thx XDA!
Dear NaKiSm,
Search in this forum under "OTA-encrypted]official firmwares" and maybe that You
can find something for restore or search in reply in previous thread of 'neosys'.
or maybe that Condi or other expert can save You..

That's pretty strange. Ics was the one giving problems with calls. Did you made a factory reset (you will loose all your data). Factory reset is recommended when you change os.
Anyway, if you want to downgrade to ics, download the ftf file from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37050276
Download flashtool (Google it) and follow the instructions. There is also a tutorial on YouTube on how to use flashtool.
Notice that downgrading you will loose all your data mate.
So I recommend you personally since you will loose your data anyway, to make a factory reset and see if everything is working. Just my opinion bro

Hi all
I came to this forum, to find help for my problem.
Believe me, this problem has me really break my head.
I bought a tablet zync Z930-plus with android 4.0
I began to discover it, connecting and installing applications via Google Play store.
And suddenly, in five days of use, it failed, stilling blocked at the logon android.
The last thing I remember is that I installed an application that upgrad android to 4.2 , I can't exactly remember the name of the application, but I remember that I tried to go to android 4.2. Do not blame me, because I'm not an expert, but I'm curious, and I think that all the things go well.
Now the tablet is still stucking on android logo when I turn it on.
I tried to repair it and reinstall with several method, I did the factory reset ... still nothing, one of this method is that I navigate to the official website of zync, and I downloaded the pack of updating and reinstalling the OS with the PDF tutorial, but the tablet does not connect with the computer (Windows XP), it is still stuck at android logo.
I download and install firmware with the sd card, I got a little, but the toutche screen not work, and I came across a Chinese android:crying: !!!!!!....
I do not know what to do now.
Can you give me a hand please
some friendes in forums advised me to go and ask in xda-developers.com, they tell me that i need a firmware that work fine with the CPU of the tablet...for this, i am here, and i bring with me a picture of the "motherboard" of the tablet, in joint
Thank you
Note: If you want more information, I will pass it

it is a fairly clean rom only has an asda widget which is uninstallable,
cant tell you too much about it as he smashed it about 2 weeks after getting it and it hasnt worked since
i think it was the lollipop update, the pad was pretty decent for £50

Hello,
Thank you very much for sharing the file. The links seem to be dead, as in they're no longer uploaded/accessible from the URL you have provided. Do you think you could share the file again? I apologise for any inconvenience.
Or could anyone share the stock ROM from the P791 tablet from ASDA?
Thank you and kind regards.

i havent got the file anymore - i originally got it from the settings in the tablet,
settings - about tablets - system updates
it just downloaded the file via browser to downloads folder as i recall, and you copy it out before it detects the update file is there.
it downloads from ftp://mypolaroidtablet.com but i cant access that from my laptop without a username and password
i dont recall it asking when accessing from the tablet, which i cant do as its been dropped a couple of times and now the screen is cracked and the wifi doesnt work
regards
k
http://southerntelecom.com/polaroidsupport/updates.html - some update files but doesnt seem to list this one, unless you find one that is compatible

Hey there, I just got one of these p791 Polaroid tablets for Christmas this year.
When I try to do the usual update method (Settings > About tablet > System update) it locks up and I have to force it to stop. So no auto-updates for me.
Currently stuck on KK 4.4.2
Is there anyone or anyway to get this ROM so I can manually install it, or anyone who's had this problem and fixed it so I can just update my tablet.

Hopefully you already got it sorted.. However, if not then you may want to know the tools usually used to fix this device are:
RKBatchTool,
AndroidTool,
Or PhoenixSuit (although I've not managed to get this one to work)
You can do a quick Google search on any of the tools mentioned above as well as find information on the installation process including the flashing of the P791 device.
I wasn't able to get mine turned on again but you may be able to. (Years ago I used these tools and got it working again, but can't seem to do it this time, maybe mines just had it. I think these are the only options for us though and I remember the annoying task of trying to figure it out as the specific device you're talking about, the one from Asda isn't hardly mentioned nor is it even supported by manufactures anymore so now I have an account on here I thought I'd just post this reply ?

**Update**
Since writing my reply to your OP I decided to give it another go and was successful.
I used AndroidTools to complete the process of flashing the stock update.img via the "Firmware" tab. If you need any help doing it feel free to reply to this post!
