Where can I find the latest ICS firmwares ?? I'm looking for Canada

I went on the samfirmware.com website but it says the latest firmwares are from Jan 2012 ???? how is that even possible ?
I am looking for the latest firmware for Canada. I know it was released recently, because my friends are updating, but I'm on a custom ROM and I just want to find the latest ICS firmware and flash it.
Please help!
Depends on the model of the phone..... Look in that specific model and region and you will get latest for that.
It's don't have to be Canada, you can flash latest from any region if it's for your phone.

Non-hotfile link for any 4.1.2 rom

I'm on cm10.2 and I want to go back to stock 4.1.2. However, no matter where I look, all I find are download links to Hotfile, which has been shut down. So, does anyone know where I can download a stock Samsung 4.1.2 rom?
Here is Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean link for your device: http://rapidgator.net/file/58f5cdbd39e8aaa7c73e35f583fac245 Filename: TML-I9300XXEMH4-20131010152056.zip

Just an alternative link for you this is UK / Europe BTU MG4
UK (BTU) download
If you install this version it changes the format of the EFS directory so you can't use older versions of stock roms, they must be July 2013 onwards, read the link in my signature regarding IMIE / EFS issues before flashing
romhut.com has a collection. Free and fast.

Use this one. I tried CM 10.2 recently and decided to go back to the standard Samsung firmware and used the one above which is android 4.3. After you install the one above you can then get the newer 4.3 fix ota or through kies. Saves all the worry about EFS partitions.
Thanks for the replies. I'm downloading the MG4 rom now from mediafire.

That will have to do until sammobile and the other firmware sites get it uploaded again.

[Q] Restoring stock firmware

Hi, I am new to this and I want to ask is there a specific version of stock firmware for specific model or it won't work, I already forgot my stock firmware version after flashing custom firmware? I am using WanamLite.XWLP7.10.9 now.
Thanks in advance.:victory:
The stock firmwares are region specific for your particular model. You can download them from sammobile.com or samfirmware.com

Is sammobile and samsung-updates have legit original firmware? How does they work?

How does sammobile and samsung-updates add those firmware to their site? Is it legit, original, un-touched firmware?
Anyone please?
The biggest question I have is if samsung does not provide the official firmware on their website. How does these guys get it?
