Greetings!
Using the newest Themer on my Galaxy S4 with the "Hills"-Theme (Zooper Pro also installed). But the widgets are not updated in time. Sometimes the clock reads 20:40 when it's already 23:50 (example). Rebooting helps. But this sucks, of course. The cover in the music player is also way behind the played songs. What can I do? :/

I'm having to do this every 10 min though so I'm looking for a more permanent fix.
This started happening to me suddenly yesterday as well. Refreshing the theme in some way fixes it for a moment, but then it just freezes again.

Appreciate it. I'm on a Verizon Galaxy Note 2 (SCH-I605), I was on a custom Jelly Beans ROM when it started, I've since upgraded to the LiquidSmooth KitKat ROM and the issue persists. Both ROMs are rooted. It just occurred to me, and I'm not sure if it's related, but the issue started around the time that I began using the "HUD" theme. I'll test it with another theme to make sure it's not just this one, and update here if that helps.
Thanks again!

Hi, I downloaded Themer for the first time yesterday, and was really impressed with it. But today, I have noticed the clock doesn't update unless I refresh the launcher by changing any of the settings, and the same goes with the text and email counters.
I am using a Nexus 4, that is stock and not rooted at all.
I have gone back to the stock Android launcher for the time being, but will use themer again to see if its fixed.

Hi,
We are aware of this issue. The developers are currently trying to find ways of fixing this bug. For now, try this:
1. Uninstall Themer.
2. Delete the /sdcard/MyColorScreen/ folder (removing the Exported folder within it if you saved any themes).
3. Reinstall Themer.
Hope this helps for now

Just curious - I noticed this morning that the Yahoo Lockscreen weather hadn't updated in 5 hours so I rebooted the phone and now it won't refresh at all. Currently running the CyanogenMod 10 - GANGNAM STYLE rom. Wife's phone is running the same rom and having the same issue. Tried flashing another rom that uses the same Yahoo lockscreen weather and it exhibited the same result, no data.
Is there a fix for this or is Yahoo having troubles? I wouldn't have posted this but this issue has been ongoing since early this morning and its 10:39pm local time now with still no resolution.
Thanks!!
I believe yahoo's weather servers are down since Chronus has also been having issues updating weather.

Thanks for the reply.
How would one find out for sure?
For some reason there seems to be an error in Yahoo's XML stream. Logcat shows:
E/WeatherXmlParser( 1229): org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Unexpected <! (position:START_DOCUMENT [email protected]:1 in [email protected])
Probably only heaven knows why.....
(On Nexus S with CM10 here)
Good. That means I'm not crazy. Wasn't showing up for me either. Was thinking I'd have to reflash my rom. Saves me doing that.

Got the same problem here in London, thought I was going mad!
I thought something was wrong with my device (Desire) or rom.
Same problem in Athens, Greece.
just sent a message to Yahoo. Let's see what comes out....
Thanks to all of you for confirming that I've not gone mad.
It seems like such a minor thing but it really bugs me that it's not working.

I hope so, but some people say that yahoo shut down the old API, so we CM10 users may need to wait for a patch.
Another yahoo failure...? Sorry, venting some. My fiancé uses yahoo mail on a stock Bionic and since their new ui release, it was crap. Never worked right and the app reviews reflect that. Seeing issues with their weather too makes me lose confidence in the company. Not that I use it anymore anyway.

So I have Themer set to automatically update from the play store. After the most recent update (I believe version 1.21) Themer crashes every time I load it. I tried the obvious things such as restarting my phone with no luck. Running a Galaxy S3 on Android 4.3. Anyone else having issues?

wouldn't think it's your firmware version as I have the latest version running on a galaxy s3
Maybe this will help...
I recently had the same problem on my N5.
This is what worked for me - go into Themer Settings, click App Preferences and make sure that under both "Messaging" and "SMS" that you have selected your preferred messaging app.

I'm still experiencing the same problem. It misses counting messages when they come from another Hangouts user. If they come in through a different source, for example Google Voice, it counts them. In my case a reinstall did not help.

Hello, loving themer on my phone but I have only one gripe with it. When touching any of the homescreens you bring up the Themer launcher within what feels like less than a second. One theme I am using has a dialer built in to the homescreen and its just about impossible to complete a phone number without the popup launching. is there anyway to delay this response or disable it?

These bugs will be sorted out once Themer is more stable and we have more resources. We apologize for the inconvenience. For now it might be easier to delete the Dialer Widget until the issue is resolved.

May try it again over weekend, will let you know how I get on if I do

That's odd, one of the employees also had the ghosting issue but it disappeared after a while.
Have you tried deleting the /sdcard/MyColorScreen folder (remove the Exported folder if you've saved any themes)?

Themer lags when I hit home after I'm in an app. I've tried the suggestion above, but it doesn't help. Often, all the zooper widgets are redrawn when I hit home. Sometimes, "loading" comes up and I have to hit back or menu for it to go away.
If I import the widgets into Apex Launcher using Zooper Pro, then I don't have any issues.
It seems that the launcher in Themer is constantly redrawing and/or not staying in memory. Is there anything that can be done? Otherwise, this is a great app!

None of my zooper widgets show current temperature. I tried changing the weather provider, tried to re-enter my location and force update, tried different zooper widgets and even reinstall zooper and still it shows "??" in temperature. I've attached screenshot for reference. Please help! Thanks.

Same !
Same problem here ( Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Android 6.0 ). Happen three days ago and still going on. No one knows if it's a Zooper Pro issue or if it comes from the weather providers side ?
Update : I'm now able to get the weather infos from *Yr.no* provider, but *Open Weather Map (Default)* and *Yahoo!* still dead.

I thought I was alone on this...
I can't get open weather or Yahoo to provide weather.
yr.no is working but it's the less accurate provider.. It's just annoying.
I'm worried now since further development for Zooper has been gobe for a while and it's my favorite widget app.
I'm still not liking Kwgt at all.
Ok, so I tried Zopper Pro on another phone running Marshmallow.
and Open weather seems to be working just fine.
I started having the issue on Nougat when I updated my V20 to the July security patch.
I believe something with that update is causing the issue.
I was hoping to see more posts about this matter but I guess not many are affected by this.
My OnePlus 5 is also on Nougat with the same weather issue. Need to get it fixed.

Me too. It happened after I got a new update on my phone which had July security patch.
The yr.no app works for me and yes it is a bit inaccurate (but no two weather apps tell the same temp). I Seeing that the pro and free version haven't been updated since 2015, I don't see an update coming any time soon. Time to start searching for a new app like Zooper.
I live in rainy Portland and yr.no shows my weather as "tornado" at least once a day when it is misting outside. Drives me crazy but the other two weather options don't work.
Here is the solution how to fix the "Tornado" Issue!

Weather seems to be not working. I have updated the location. It just says "UNKNOWN ??".
