Should I be worried or not? Is it a wifi hardware problem or just needs a favtory reset? The photo shows a different wifi signal with same connection. PLEASE HELP thanks!!

It's a bug in tapatalk. If it is still loading, it probably hasn't got the headers and doesn't have permissions for that thread.
Tapatalk should really be disabling that menu until it has loaded.
