Bricked - Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II

Was rooted and unlocked. Flashed mj9 with oden and was using 4.3 firmware. In never took vzw ota 4.3. I was reflashing n3bula ROM I wiped every thing including system. ROM started to boot up then phone just shut off. I went to recovery and tried to nandroid. Phone was booting and again just shut off. Battery is fully charged. I tried to restore with Odin pit file and stock firmware 4.1. Odin went fine says successful phone goes to boot and shuts off again. Tried several times same thing happens. I go to recovery and that tells me firmware upgrade encountered an issue, please use software repair assist

I have the same problem, but I cannot find the pit file by Beans. Does anyone have it or where I can find it?

This may be your last resort to get your phone to work. You will lose root and lock your bootloader. You can get root back though.

Just use mobile odin to flash the stock rom, it gives you an option to keep root
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
Lol you can do that if your not rooted already.

Will it wipe my phone if i flash it via mobile odin, for some reason it wont let me do the OTA update or update it via Kies.
I am rooted but i am still on stock ROM (LF2)

[Q] Odin updated radios on rooted m7?

I am on stock vraum7 and wondered if it were ok/possible to update to the latest radios?
I'm thinking it would be good to stay on vraum7 incase someone figures out a way to unlock bootloader on this build...and it would be nice to upgrade radios.
Thx

Yes, you can. I am in the same boat.... on stock ME7, locked bootloader, praying nightly someone will find an exploit to unlock it, but I did upgrade to the MJ7 radios using ODIN.
check out this thread:

You flashed the .zip for me7 (the top link, not non-hlos) in download mode using oden, selecting the phone option (default settings)?
Just making sure
Thank you

Anyone? Having dropped calls in this area and would like to update radios. Thanks

Just flash the non-hlos zip in either side of safestrap. I'm on me7 and mj7 radio. Works perfect for me.
Didn't have to touch Odin.

I do not use safestrap. So do I odin regular or non-hlios?
Thank you

Still only use the non-hlios.

I don't use Safestrap either. (I have debloated my phone with Titanium Backup removing all Verizon and Samsung bloat).
Download the MJ7 "Modem Only" zip file in the OP of the thread I posted earlier. Unzip the file and extract the "modem.bin" file.
then follow post #5 in this thread.

really very simple. I'm on ME7 stock with MJ7 modems
Which modems do I flash (ME7 Build)?
And how does Odin work?

TWRP manager no longer works after update

The title says it all. Anyone else experiencing this?

I just flashed it this morning and did a restore. Was at stock and up to date before flashing. Using 2.7.0.0
I've been trying this method since TWRP went official on the S5 and it keeps telling me it's not supported. Same with GooManager and Flashify. I don't want to go the whole Odin route if these methods should work. I'm on Philz recovery but want to go to TWRP since I had that on my S3.

Are you using a custom recovery? Did you try going back to TW after trying CM11?

If you can't go back I will recommend to Odin back to stock. Here is more information on it:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2761412
Yeah I would also recommend using Odin to restore stock and try again.

Use Odin to flash TWRP, unchecked reboot. Pull the battery. Then boot your phone into recovery.
