Hello,
. i want to backup my recovery and firmware img file ,please help me and give me the one correct solution because i read various posts but nothing help to extract my firmware in place i got img of recovery, bootand system img files which are 32,32 and 340 mb respectively.i think it is not a correct recovery.img because it is 32mb where as custom recovery are only 9to 12 mb,
And if it is correct recovery (as i got after backup ,32mb) how can i restore this one after installing a twrp recovery.

Hello!
I recently purchased the Zopo Zp700 and when it arrives I would like to change the internal memory size. Up until now I've used the meteos app for my Thl w200 but, as I've read, I can't use it with this CPU.
I read on here that I need to change the EBR file using hex-editor and then I need to flash it via SpFlashtool but the problem is I can never get it to work.. I tried using Spflashtool before and I never was able to.
So my request would be if there would be another way for me to change the internal memory size?
As far as I know I could use a flashable zip from another Zopo Zp700 that already has this repartition done so if there's anyone here who could provide it I would be very grateful!
Any suggestions are welcomed!
Thanks!
hi i have dump of tablet china a13
read dump is recovery .boot .system. cache .bootloader
how this file reapak and convert to img
thanks
I have a Nextbook 8 QuadCore tablet -- chipset RK3188.
I was editing the /system/etc/vold.fstab file to get the external sd to show up as the primary storage and made a mistake in the code. Now the tab locks up on boot up.
The tab is rooted, but I can't get adb to work from recovery (currently stock). I could possibly sideload the file via an update.zip.
What are my options? I just need to update the one file.
Super grateful for any assistance!

There is an official ROM update on the Nextbook website for this tablet.
THE PROBLEM I FACED DURING DUMPING RECOVERY IS THAT
1. /dev/block/platform( platform folder missing )
2. " by-name" also not present under/dev/block or any place in the /
3. partition layout not showing the name recovery
So I am attaching the following:
a. my / folder structure
b my cat /proc/partitions, /dev/block, cache recovery last log, parted file please review them and comment
c. I am rooted succesfully
Please upload twrp/cwm backup to Google drive/Dropbox
Use temporary twrp/cwm for Intel devices thread..
Please..
Hi all.
I'm not able to create an image file for LiveSuit to flash an A10 Allwinner based tablet.
have been following tons of tutorials but Linux to me is something too hard
http://www.allmost.org/2012/11/how-to-allwinner-image-building-or.html
I already have dumped the firmware images with Uberizer software but I need to create this IMG file for LiveSuit, ,PhoenixSuit or PhoenixCard programs
it's very simple to flash Rockchip based tablets with RK Android Tool but this process doesn't work on Allwinner based tablets unfortunately.
the question is: could someone here make a LiveSuit image for me ?
I just have to upload the dumped files: boot, bootloader, data, recovery, system...
thanks :good:
