How about adding uksm and zram option? And mali pre allocated max memory and tcp congestion option too. And maybe add options to tweak cpu governor in cpu tuning section. Nice UI btw :good:

Good Luck and thanks again.

Iam not rude, but GPU has governors example : general
GPU governors aren't still explained. There's no stuff or document about this afaik.
If there are governors for GPU, cocafe should code these new governors too.
Is color calibration available??
If it's not, can you add it on next update...

If this is simple to implement yes of course
Plz make one for cm kernels too
Thanx for app :good:
plz marge tweeks of your rom manager tool (I.e sd card n all) in this one also so we don't need to use both and also to avoid contradiction of both script.
And I think in "Rom manger tool" there Is mistake in script of "deepsleep"
AC voltage 400 & usb is 600 but cocafe recommend both reverse manner ie AC 600 USB400
Btw what is laptop mod ??
And add min_free tweeks (or any other) if it's helpful ( all custom rom comes with this tweek but idk which are optimum value for min free )

I have thought about making also for cm roms and my answer is that it s a useless app. Almost all custom roms have an integrate "performance settings" or else similar..so no kernel app for cm roms

Yeah don t worry i will merge some of the rom control (discontinued)tweaks in this app and add minfree tweaks.
Laptop mode saves battery if it is disabled. For the voltages i always used 400... Just wait and stay tuned!
EDIT if you have noticed the performance tab is a little laggy, i have found the solution and now all works smoothly
Inviato dal mio GT-I9070 utilizzando Tapatalk
Yah I feel performance tab lag... good to hear u solved it
Is there any disadvantage in using "ony gpu rendering" ?
But I think you guys ( you ; harsh n cocafe) deserve credit on "home page" insted of "help"
Help page should have info. About each function it'll be very helpful for tuning bcz many ppl don't knw about ALL of them. [ for eg. I just came to knw (after reading op) that page culster is related to multitasking )

Xtreme Performance:
This configuration will give you a full DUAL-CORE system, both cores will be enabled and both with scalable frequencies.
Scenarios:
1) with free cpu both cores are enabled but at the min. frequency (es: 192/384/etc. MHZ)
2) when there is something to do, the cpu will spin up frequency up to the max. if required.
*In this configuration (and in others) there are also RAM settings done for 768mb of RAM.
*The memory settings will be very, very (really) good on Sense 4 build that are created for 1GB of RAM

Xtreme BatterySave (same performance as balanced, stock roms configuration):
This configuration will give you a systrem configured as MONO-CORE. The cpu1 is totally disabled, and you have the same performance of stock configuration because you have a MONO-Core at 1.5ghz (or your setting) with the full support from the Adreno 220 GPU. So, pratically, same stock performance but a lot of battery-saving and the same Memory settings of Performance Configuration (up).

Balanced (stock CPU configuration but with RAM enhancements):
This configuration will give you a stock CPU configuration, like in every rom up now, but with the memory configuration of Xtreme Performance Settings. So if you want to stay on stock CPU values, you can have the Memory enhancements on SENSE 4 or other roms. (you will earn performance)

Will this mod work with system tuner or setcpu installed?
Oh yeah, thanks!
Will this work with GSM also?
I have both cores turned on all the time with system tuner -- is that essentially the same thing or should I use this instead?
I was thinking turning on both cores all the time would make battery life suffer but for the performance its worth it.

This is a single script called "init.qcom.post_boot.sh", that takes care of the cores of your device based on your needs (Performance, balanced or battery). So my guess, the script should work for both the CDMA or GSM
If you decide to use it I will highly recommend removing SetCPU because it might interfere with the setting in this script. There will be also no need for it since the script is editable and you can play with frequencies if you want to.

That would be System Panel. There is a free version, but it was one of the first apps I purchased on Android.
The purchased version allows you to track history to see incremental historical data related to app usage and battery drain.

HIRO-kernel
Fast and Smooth Jellybean Kernel for the HTC Rezound.
What is a Kernel? The Kernel is the Foundation in which everything else builds upon in any software system.
[Car Analogy]: Kernel is like the Engine, Electrical system and the Transmission to a car. The Library, Framework and the Apps [AKA ROM] are the body frame and the rest of the Car.

I work a 28-day turn around, alternating (days-nights) 12hr shifts, as well (Hexcel Corp.).
Not a bad job, but the schedule sure sucks for family life.
Good to see some options popping up for JB Kernels! Thanks for this.

You can always flash another kernel if you have issues with an install. Flashing the kernel that you know works with your recovery should fix the bootloop. Nandroid should not be necessary.

So far no JB kernels have worked with my device when flashing through TWRP. I would have done that, just that I had nothing to flash. Besides, my nandroid was only like 2 days old.
Those using the initial build please update. Adaptive governor was causing reboots.

Awesome job bro. Can't wait for jb to stable out a little. Also.. you make cm9? You make cm9 nao! Lol jk jk keep it up
Just added this governor, time to test her out. If testing goes well I'll update later today
'abyssplug' - this driver mimics the frequency scaling behavior in 'ondemand', but with several key differences. First is
that frequency transitions use the CPUFreq table directly, instead of incrementing in a percentage of the maximum
available frequency. Second 'abyssplug' will offline auxillary CPUs when the system is idle, and online those CPUs once the
system becomes busy again. This last feature is needed for architectures which transition to low power states when only
the "master" CPU is online, or for thermally constrained devices.

Here I present you my first rom in xda. It's Gingerbread based. Maybe you think I'm.crazy because we have jb 4.2. But we won't get the.speed of GB in any other android.
So what's wrong with GB? Definitely that horrible.UI, and that's.what this rom solves.
Features:
-GB. 184 based, the last one.
-Prerooted and with Cwm.
-Debloated.
-Compatible with both Unlocked and Locked Bootloaders
-Framework with holo UI, Z1 animations and some Sony ics/jb appearance.
-Z1 style launcher.
-Jb Sony systemui.
-Swipe to delete.notifications.
-Settings divided like ics/jb with Z1 icons and Cpu control, ota and quickpanel.imtegrated.
-Walkman and Walkman widget with ics style.
-Ics/jb music controls in lockscreen.
-Jb style of notifications.
-Jb google widget, like google now one.
-Z1 clock widget.
-Reboot in power off menu.

I found your ROM in HTC Mania. It was nice but it's not fully English. For example there is an option in setting named 'Mas'. I dont know what it measn but it does not change even if I change the language.
Good work bro! I'll try this
By the way, mention it is for locked or unlocked Bootloader in the OP

possible. I could download except no 3g tethering failure. the connection got lost again and again.
this is the trouble to me you know.
PS: I warned you about download link of 4shared. I don't want this thread to be closed. If moderator sees you with 4shared downlad link, this thread will be closed.
And another PS: Good rom and good job brother. It would be nice if you port the real Xperia Z launcher.
Good luck bro.

Understand that I'm not a experienced dev, it's not my first rom but I'm not a god hahhah
now what about a kick-ass kernel with an even better ram management + governors like wheatley?

Hey all, this my modified port of AOKP 4 from LG-P700 (which was made by CRX Team) for LG-E610/LG-E612
Enjoy!
What is AOKP?
AOKP stands for Android Open Kang Project. It is a custom ROM distribution for several high-end Android devices. The name is a play on the word kang and AOSP (Android Open Source Project). The name was sort of a joke, but it just stuck, just like our infatuation with unicorns.
We fork the source code of Android that Google puts out in the open with every major version release, and we then add the magical unicorn bytes (read: we add some of the coolest features that are both useful and make your ROM awesome).
With AOKP, you can generally do a lot more with your device than what you could do with the original firmware that came installed on it.
Code:
#include
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
*/
Why AOKP ?
We were waiting for when you’d ask this.
There are a variety of reasons why a hilly billy Android user, on a bright sunny day, would suddenly start using AOKP and loving it.
For one, AOKP is lightweight. Most OEMs provide a heavy UI layer over Android and have loads of bloatware (i.e. apps that not everyone use every day, but you cannot remove because they’re “baked in” by default). Since AOKP is built upon vanilla Android source, it has neither of the above.
Also AOKP has features that you will not find on your stock firmware. You can have a multitude of toggles to quickly flip a lot of your phone’s settings right at your fingertips, or you can launch apps quickly from any screen using our Ribbons.
You can change almost each and every aspect of the OS, from its looks to the way it functions, with total freedom. And did we tell you, AOKP helps you make tacos?

I think its not needed because the deep sleep kernel attached in OP is over clocked at 1.1Ghz (the one you shared to carbon at the beginning)

If I swipe from the bottom, it activates the navigation ring target(Google now), so it take space from the screen, when I'm writing, its a little difficult to press space
