OK.. Firstly lets figure out what kind of tab you actually have, the A10 is a single Core SOC not quad core
so if it is truly a quad core it is most likely an A31 if it is Allwinner. Before Flashing Roms it would be best
to determine what SOC is in use first so once you have confirmed that we can work from there.
Thanks
Thanks for your kind reply. first when I connect to USB it says A10. but my reseller said a13. livesuit said invalid id for Roms made for a13. only this Rom (for A10) from modecom got flushed successfully. ww---w.modecom.eu/freetab_97011/tablety2/product/
then I used USB mouse, install cpv identifier, got a10. here is the uberizer snap for you too. again, as far I know, a10 doesn't have HDMI and Bluetooth, but in my device, there is HDMI port, though I didn't test. thanks again for your time..... I am so worried......

Display Size: 7 inch TFT Screen Resolution:800*480

this was pasted straight from ebay description.
although the description states it ships with 2.2, it is gingerbread.
If you need any other specs then just ask. thank you ;D
There isn't one available yet. May wanna search for a rom and try modifying it.
Please hit the thank you button if i helped!
try slatedroid.com or other android tablet related sites
help more!!
Techno developer, as i'm not a developer at all (yet!!) i was wondering how i would go about modifying a rom to work on it, like real basics
I would ask someone with more experience than me. May try someone like hashcode or koush.... they will be more helpful.
Please hit the thank you button if i helped!
ah ok
ok, thanks anyways
Sorry man, i know how to edit roms that have already been made and make apps, but making a rom work on another phone is past me.
Hi all,
I'm looking into how to root android tablets before I buy one. The tablet I'm interested in is the ACHO C906, I'll post a few specs:
Model: ACHO C906
CPU: Rockchip RK2918, Cortex A8
OS: Android 4.0 OS
Memory: DDRIII 1GB
Nandflash: 8GB
LCD Display: 9.7 Inch Capacitive Screen, IPS, 4:3, 1024×768
WIFI: Yes, 802.11 b/g/n
Multi-Touch: Yes, 10-points touch screen
It would be running Icecream Sandwich, so I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with rooting cheap chinese (basically unbranded) android tablets? Do any of the general rooting methods work like superoneclick etc?
Any help is greatly appriciated =)
Anyone got any ideas? I'm not new to rooting, I've done it a few times before, but I would just like a point in the right direction Or for someone to tell me it's not possible, if thats the case.
No one here has any input at all?

Hello friend ... I need to be root like you .. could do?
I have this tablet and SuperOneClick not work.
Not yet found a method to root.
I have the tablet with me, you can try to root?
I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem, hopefully someone who knows the answer will post a reply soon.
I haven't bought a tablet yet, I'm just seeing if it is possible to root before I buy it, but I guess I can rule superoneclick off the list
Have you tried any other methods? Maybe 'Doomlord's easy rooting toolkit'?
rooting use toolkit and does not work.
Although no program to root to run ICS ...
It seems that all of the rooting methods that may work are made for android 2.x and there is no ICS support.
Looks like we won't be rooting the tablet until someone creates a new exploit for it, which seems unlikely considering how unknown the tablet is.
Thanks for the help anyway!
ROOT Android 4.0.3
instruction:
1. Download RK29 drive standard
2. Copy the contents of the folder the driver ACHO program (found in PC / program files / acho / driver) to the driver folder SuperOneClick program.
3. Start SuperOneClick.
4. ROOT.

ZBS A1000 Android 4.0 7 inch
Hi, Does it apply for ZBS A1000 too ?
Here is a few specs:
CPU: Rockchip 2918 1.2GHz
OS: Google Android 4.0.3
Kernel version: 3.0.8+ [email protected] #239
Build number: RK2918_Android4.0.3-SDK_V2.10_20120205
RAM: 512MB DDR3
Flash Memory: 8GB
Support TF card extend 32GB max
Display: 7 inch TFT LCD capacitive multi-touch panel
Camera: 0.3 Mega Pixel Front
Battery: 3800mAh
Networking: Wifi 802.11 - 150 Mbps b/g/n
Support 1080P Video
Support Video Chat
GPS: Yes
G-sensor: Yes
I have tried SuperOneClick, but no responded, since when I chose USB Debugging and plug into my laptop, it was discovered as Linux USB Disk or something like a portable disk not a phone.
Perhaps, I couldn't find a driver for this tablet, and I believed most of tablets from China doesn't provide us those driver, so the question is where can I find driver and how to root it ?
Any help is greatly appriciated =)
zebyuz.... I have a similar tablet. It's a DOPO MD 740, has the same processor, build number, the kernel is a 3.0.8+ but has a different address... [email protected]#153. Mine has a bit more RAM but that really shouldn't be an issue with a root process.
Also, like you, I can not get adb to recognize the tablet as anything other than mass storage. I have a suspicion that many of these different chinatabs will be able to use one root program.
So much of that is the same as my dopo 702, I was wondering if I could simply download the firmware available for the 740 and have it work. From the build specs it looks like it's the same rk2918 just the 740 is overclocked to 1.2GHz where the 702 is at 1Gz. If that is the case the double root file for the 702 might work? Or would the different firmware close that door?
any rom for this tablet??
help from anybody with zbs A1000
Can you do me a favour relating to zbs A1000 tablet? I have experience with this tablet very much. And i know many things about it.

hi all,
im new to android and i successfully rooted the tablet (if anyone is having trouble rooting T10, im more then happy to help), and now id like to put a custom rom on it of course , but the problem is there arent any that are specifically for Alcatet T10. Id like to try cyanogen or AOKP, but they all focus on specific devices and since there arent any for T10 i dont know which one to chose. More specifically id like to know where does T10 fits in similarity or what not with the other models (tablet, phones) and if there are any that are similar can i use that ROM to install on T10. I just need to know if something bad can happen if I use ROM which is not specifically for T10, and if something goes wrong can I return to stock ROM?
any help is very appriciated, tnx in advance
tablet specs are:
Operating System : Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich

CPU : 1GHz Cortex A8
System Memory : 1 GB DDR3
Storage Capacity : 4 GB NAND Flash
Wi-Fi : 802.11 b/g/n
Audio & Video Play : Built-in audio chip, 1080P HD playback
External Interface : Micro USB, Micro SD
Battery : 3000 mAh, 3.7V Lithium
Camera : Front camera 0.3Mpixel

Samsung Galaxy Tab (CDMA) official cynogenmod ROM
what do you think about this one? its the most similar, has the same CPU, and T10 has 512Mb more RAM
a simple yes/no/maybe would suffice
Rooting T10
Hi,
I am at my wit's end. Trying to root the Alcatel T10. Each time I put it in debut mode and plug it in the USB, my pc just gives the "beep-beep-beep" of device not connected. On my device manager screen, the device shows as Other devices | one, and any attempt to install and/or update drivers just end in miserable failure.
In the past I have successfully rooted my Samsung Galaxy Gio, and Pocket, and unbricked my son's phone after he tried the same, so I'm not completely clueless in this regard. I just cannot get my T10 to connect to my PC in debug mode...
Any and all help will really be appreciated.
Since you say you have successfully rooted yours, maybe you can just point me in the right direction.
Thanks!
Hi, I recently bought the MAJESTIC / Audiola TAB-192 as a cheap alternative to a real tab  . I have trouble in finding a custom ROM for it or at least an official update to another android version (now it's 4.0.4) because it's an italian brand and there's no technical support (everything on their website is "under construction"). I really need to do something because it can get laggy and sometimes the screen flashes in a pink background ( i don't know how to explain this) and it gets annoying.
Here are the specs on the box:
4GBs of intern memory
9" Multi-touch screen
1,2 GHz Cortex A8 processor
512Mb DDR3 RAM
GPU : Mali 400 MHz
OS: Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich
Hope that someone could help me. Thanks in advance
LE: Is there any compatible ROM that could suit my device?
anybody?!

you can search for any " M901 " 4.0.4 ROM as " allwinner " or any other china product but....
you have to be sure that the ROM is made for 9 inches tablet
i will attach you a ROM that worked with me perfectly right on the same " majestic TAB192 "
stable ICS 4.0.4 ROM working perfectly fine
sorry to not respond before but i just saw the post

sorry i am new i cant post full link
you have to collect it
thanks brother but you didnt wrote the method to flash the firmware into majestic tab 192
Thank you very much for your help. The problem was solved thanks to you. @shakeelajmal : You need to flash it with LiveSuit. it's easy
My friend give me this tablet to install the Play store. I don't have much experience with tablets and android in general, but I like to experiment so I flashed the tablet with the firmware posted by Future-Gate. Everything went ok, except the wifi that cannot be turned on (the switch stay "on" for a few seconds and then return to "off").
I usually search for info by myself (I revived an almost dead Galaxy S3 some months ago) but at the moment I'm panicked because the tablet is not mine and cannot find much informations.
On another thread I read that it could be a recovery problem (?) or a kernel problem. Somebody could point me on how to check/fix/workaround those problems?
Thank you.
Somebody with this tablet could please make a rom dump? I flashed it without backing up
thank you for the rom. it works well, except for the wifi. might have something to do with the drivers perhaps? i'm not very good with android.
I tried a lot of custom roms and they either worked fine and the wifi wasnt working, or the wifi was working but a lot of other things didn't work. Yours seems to be the best and smoothest, but the broken wifi makes makes the tablet useless. Please help
pls can you help me with the link to get your tab working again, I have an audiola that needs recovery
mess up with tablet, and it end up with unresponsive touch
installed faaastJB v2.5, installed correct touchdriver but still touch failed to work.
what should i do? finding original firmware as hard as f**k. please help me fixed my tab... im new in Allwinner environment and still noob here.. Before you guys said why not restore my rom dump? yes i have tried almost ten times per day and results to stuck in CWM loops... Tries many version of CWM but nothing good happens yet.
