Flash Missing Link too many times?
Things are being left behind and new things not working?
Use the zip files posted below to start over without flashing a while ROMs or backup. I listed which version of two ROMs (Jellyverse coming soon) The zip file is flashable via recovery where it deletes and replaces the apk/apps that Missing Link modifies during its use and wipes caches. I have tested them and reflashed Missing Link in the same recovery session without issue.
Flashback to ReCaulked v1.4 to start over fresh.
Flashback to Project X v3.6 to get a fresh clean start.

*fixed so you can get an install log at the end of the install. Helpful to me for troubleshooting
*pretty much the same as usual, added more of everything
*Enable custom Boot Animations is now an option
*ML is too fat for Dev-host now. Any updates from here on out will most likely be trimming out bootani's to make room.

First off I have to thank all the hard working creative mind here on XDA! I especially have to thank Tdunham for his contribution to keeping the E4GT alive and kicking! Without his AIO mods my mod wouldn't exist! I am very new to this so go easy on me. I will be adding and updating this. Now to what this mod offers;
It is meant to work with TD's AIO mods, or without if you choose. I absolutely love the control his mod, along with the 3minit mod by Gharrington, give you to customize your Theme. The one thing to that always looked incomplete to me was the 4G icon always stayed the same? That's where The Missing Link comes in. Then I just got a little carried away, with more, much more to come
Again thanks to,
Tdunham for continuous knowledge and endless mods
Gharrington for porting 3minit to our device
amarullz for creating the incredible Aroma Installer
Morphology Society for tons of icons and images
and the creative minds here on XDA
and of course my awesome girl "B" for putting up with me and my phone
Can't forget my mom, if not for her not only would I cease to exist, but I would not have this awesome phone to use and explore my creative mind! Thanks mom

I'll give it a shot. Downloading now. I have on/off success with other things like ROM Toolbox or certain Xposed modules. This looks interesting so I figured, why not?

First test of it this evening and nothing changed. Is it possible to need to do any cache clearing or permission fixes before or after flashing? I'll play some more tomorrow and see if I can get it to stick. Love the concept of it though. The installer itself is nicely done and easy to navigate and use.

First off, thank you for your feedback and sorry in my delayed response. I would like to figure out what's happening over here. First off are you running TW or aosp? Second which mods did you choose? I am uploading an update that I did change a couple or vrtheme files to be more compatible. I'll post the link as soon as it's uploaded. Thanks again

Sorry for the delay as well. I was running a TW base at the time (ShoStock3). Have been running an AOSP for a few weeks but about to switch back. I see you've done quite a bit of updating.
I'll check out your newest version tomorrow and let you know how it goes. Appreciate the work you're putting into this. So many options it's outrageous! I love it.

HOLY ****! Flashing... Major thanks to Chingy and Newt
I hate/love you for this. I JUST got done flashing a new ROM with Ziggy's kernel. Finally have everything set up and then I see this.
I'll be sucking it up and flashing this but is there any hope for a hotspot fix in the future? If that gets fixed I'll be jumping on this in no time. Thanks so much for the hard work!
I'm living on a yellow submarine
Yes
Thanks for the stock kernel btw.

Wow! HTC hub? There are a lot of people that have been wanting this. Can it be extracted and used in other ROMs should they wish?
I am running senseless, but some may wish to keep stock and gain HUB.
jus flashed it and its awsome love the tweaks...keep up the good work always loved yur guys roms back from when i had the OG EVO
The tweaks are what make this ROM shine, newt and chingy have outdone themselves. Loving the notification transparency and centering of the clock. Looking forward to the CRT animations also. IMO best modded ROM out yet.
Hey Chingy one quick request, but can you make a zip of missing programs/widgets such as footprints, mobileIM, etc sorry I actually use these widgets and apps from HTC thanks if its not too much trouble

This ROM looks AWESOME. But I MUST have wifi tether and the non-VZW one doesn't work with my tablet. Will be watching this ROM for updates.
Nice work!
Let the flashing begin Thank you!
Blown away by this rom. This is how a rom should be. Loved gingeritis on my Tbolt. Thanks chingy and newt

Verizon put a block on the hotspot because of 4G so its useless unless another dev wants to crack it open... Our Rom will never have it sorry

So far, I am having a fun time with this Rom. Its great but, I have a couple of feature requests already
Some of these might be in future Rom plans already. Im not a big fan of the gray color of the bar in the apps drawer, black would look nicer. Inverted colors of the sense analog clock widget would be awesome. One more request....well two...colored settings icons on soft button press, and colored hourglass/downloading circle thingy, or whatever its called.
Again great Rom, having a blast tweaking it, thanks for the great work
How do I toggle haptic feedback on soft keys? Vibration tweak doesn't work

AllianceROM i9100 JB V9.0
AllianceROM intends to give the user what THEY want. Tired of flashing Roms and having to ask for little changes to suit your taste? Tired of having to manually change colors of the toggles or the battery or move your clock or make statusbar transparent or any of the other multitude of other little color and style tweaks that Android users love? Tired of flashing AROMA installer for every little change you want to make? Tired of having to add your favourite images everytime a new rom comes out?
If you answer yes to any of these then AllianceROM is for you! We have a huge array of "on the fly" options for you to play with. Make your phone to YOUR style. YOUR color. YOUR perfection.
Send us your favourite icons for us to add to OTA so they are only a button press away when you install a new version. Remove/Install system apps with ease. Use Rom customizers built in root browser and install and queue zips direct from the app. No more fiddly recovery or manual wiping.

[AllianceROM][V7.02][15.03]LSD-Color it your way-Over 40 Options in Custom Settings!!
9.0
V9 sees a rewrite of the rom from pretty much the bottom up. The rewrite was prompted as something made me realise that having 50 pickers to set when changing colors is damn annoying. So I thought about how to fix this as not everyone wants to set every color themselves whereas some people do. The upshot is advanced and simple mode.
Check the advanced colors option and the advanced colors menu is unlocked letting you individually set things just how you like it.
Uncheck it and you have one color picker which colors everything. So you can change your phone from red to blue to yellow on a single click!
Both modes have background pickers for toggles, dropdown, status bar etc. The Simple color mode links everything thats not a background.
New additions in V9.0 are in Red

Note that with s-on, TWO things must be flashed separately: the ROM ZIP and the kernel inside that ZIP. The built in kernel installer (thanks Haus) will take care of this without any extra work on your part: just flash with TWRP! Follow the instructions below, however, so you'll know what to expect because there are some pauses and an extra reboot involved whenever the kernel in the ROM is updated.
Boot to TWRP recovery (hold vol down and press power for 1 second while you continue holding vol down until you see the bootloader, then choose "recovery")
Always make a Nandroid backup before installing anything on your phone!
On first install of MeanBean, do a full wipe (at least a factory reset)
Subsequent updates: no wiping necessary BUT...
If you have any trouble at all, do a full wipe and then reinstall
In TWRP recovery, choose "Install" and locate the ROM ZIP you downloaded and begin the install.
The installation will usually complete relatively quickly but if a new boot.img is included in the ROM, it may take 5 minutes or longer to flash: please be patient!
When the installation is complete, if you see the word "Look!" in large text, a new boot.img was flashed and you are not done yet! In that case, continue to the next step. If you do NOT see the word "Look!", you can reboot and you are done flashing.
When the word "Look!" appears, simply "reboot system" normally from recovery. Your phone will begin to boot but will reboot during the boot animation and then boot back to recovery. At that point, simply flash the ROM a second time from recovery to complete the install. This process is required for the s-on installer to do its job. Once you install the ROM a second time and reboot, your phone will boot normally.
After the first boot on a fresh install, go to "Menu", "Settings", "Power" and UNcheck "Fast Boot". When you reboot or power off the phone, you really want it to reboot/power-off. This can save you a lot of headaches.
s-on additional notes
If you have a new phone and are starting from scratch, use these instructions to unlock your phone and install TWRP recovery. These instructions work for all current software including the latest 3.15. Follow all steps up through and including step 28, except in step 25, use the latest openrecovery*.img file from here instead of the old 2.1.8 version listed on the page. Once you successfully complete step 28, you can boot to recovery and install MeanBean.
If you've already unlocked via the HTC method above and you already have TWRP recovery installed, use the above instructions but if you have any trouble, here are instructions on how to manually install the ROM and kernel separately.
Have trouble after trying to flash s-on: reread the s-on instructions above and be sure to follow each step. If you have done that and still have trouble, try this info.
Updating your firmware to the 3.15 RUU is another story altogether so I'll leave the firmware/radio updates to other threads.

Bareback_M_4
This is a senseless version of Super LTE
Goal: To create a low resource use rom with an AOSP feel while, retaining major functionality of the device.
Not quite AOSP and not quite Sense
Based off of SuperJelly SVN commits
Huge thanks to fellow Team d3rp members
Please see first post for full credits
Bareback M4
Again, there aren't any Bareback specific changes with M4, it's just getting it caught up to all the changes and tweaks to match up with SuperJelly M4. Read over Ducey's changelog for the specifics and ignore the ones that deal with Sense
Bareback M3
Not really any Bareback specific changes to this one, it is mostly just getting it up to date with SuperJelly M3. I'm pretty satisfied with Bareback as it is now to be honest, and as long as these guys keep killing it on SuperJelly, I'm happy to just keep testing to make sure there changes work on Bareback and keeping it updated for me and everyone. Ideas are always welcome.
I had a much longer OP filled out with thanks to the people I love and hate, but apparently I do not know how to work the internets and closed out the tab I was typing everything up in, so just make sure you thank everyone mentioned in the old changelogs, because they are still all awesome, mostly.
Bareback M2
Noteable Changes in M2 (Read il Duce's awesome OP for the laundry list of Winning:
-Added back in HomePersonalize with a custom lightweight skin as default done by Gumby63 -It's awesome and thank him!
-----Live wallpapers can now be used, but all have been removed from ROM. You can pull them from Super if you need any of the stock or just use your own battery suckers
-----Skins can now be used for some added theming. Any skins that work on Super will work on this.
-Touched up SystemUI also by the above mentioned awesome Gumby63 (Although I ended up having to add a little something because he kept forgetting )
-Added Bareback updater by Steal25. He's amazing, seriously. Set it up the same as Super updater from post 1.
-----PRL update is all that is in there now. More will come.
-Removed Telenav.
-Removed a few other files here and there to trim down some more fat.
-Battery icon is removed by default, to add it back just toggle off/on in Extended settings. Same with SMS popup.
-Probably more that I am not remembering at the moment, be sure to look at the end of the updater script when flashing
-Big thanks to mrrogers1 for doing tons of testing for me.
-Thanks to v01rider for doing additional testing and for some brainstorming.
-Always, ALWAYS be sure to give Hockeyfamily737 a thanks whenever he gets off his high horse long enough to stop by and post. He's Boss turned up to 11.
Noteable Changes in M1
-Added Nova launcher as the default
-Added AOSP Desk Clock app (Tons of thanks to Steal25 and NineInchNails for helping bounce around ideas and getting this working correctly
-Added AOSP Calendar
-Added AOSP Email/Exchange
-Added AOSP Calculator
-Added Custom AOSP SystemUI (Thanks to Gumby63 for his great work on this, find him and thank him)
-Added Customized Settings(Nova settings option in place of Personalize (Thanks again to Steal25 for getting this sorted out and for letting me bug him for troubleshooting and help and all kinds of junk. He's crazy patient with me and you need to give him heap big thanks. )
-Removed Rosie and all HTC Sense widgets
-Removed "non essential" HTC Sense apps (There is a ton I took out of here and most can be added back in from the base rom, I did a lot of trial and error with removing things and adding other things so feel free to ask questions)
-Removed HTC Lockscreen
-Removed all Home Personalize entries
-Removed HTC Wallpapers, Live Wallpapers, and Wallpaper Preview images
-Removed Misc. bits of Sense framework and underlying Sense files
-Big thanks to mrrogers1 for doing tons of testing for me over the past month or so, please find him and give him a thanks
-Thanks to v01rider, saboture, and Ashkerlon for some extra testing over the past couple of days.
-Thanks to our fearless il Duce for being a great dude and all the work he does on this ROM and his willingness to always help and also tell me "here flash this, it probably won't work so make a backup". Find him and thank him somewhere you haven't already because he is dreamy.
-Lastly, PLEASE PLEASE give thanks and man hugs and beard kisses to hockeyfamily737. He started this without even owning the device and I just hold it above water. He's a linux and script wizard and I would help him shovel his horse's crap any day, as long as he didn't make me listen to Dave Matthews Band.
Lockscreen Mod
Ok you people that insist on having more Sense stuff added back into BareBack (you know who you are! ;p). Here is a zip that brings back the HTC Sense lockring with working music controls/caller ID with out the arduous task of swiping right to unlock your phone/and working security and shortcuts:
Lockscreen.zip
After you flash you need to go into your app drawer and open up the Lockscreen shortcup app and you can assign whatever shortcuts you want. Back out of the app, then go into Personalize and check "Enable Lockscreen Shortcuts".
The app itself is by itandy, and his thread for his app can be found here:
Lockscreen Shortcut App
so be sure to go give him a thanks.
I will be adding this to the updater once I get a different lockring in place, but this should sate those of you who have been clamoring for this.
Intermittent Builds
you keep throwing bricks, and i'll pretend you're building
ROSIES REMOVED UNTIL UPDATED TO M1 AND WILL BE IN THE UPDATER

Q: How do I install the rom?!
A: (Thanks to anarchychris for putting these together)
Download the ViperXL 3.0.0 from the download section
Confirm the md5 checksum is correct on both files (it will be noted on the dl page)
Place the file somewhere on your phone storage
Reboot to TWRP recovery
Backup current ROM
Install ROM using twrp and select wipe during aroma install if coming from another base
You will need to extract this from the ROM zip. I have found the following tool useful: [TOOL] HTC Auto Boot.img Installer (One Click Tool)
Reboot and Enjoy
Some people flash the boot.img before flashing the ROM but in my experience it works either way

Q: I have a problem with the ROM (FC, Boot Loop, apps closing automatically). How can I get my problem resolved?
A: First things first. Try wiping data and replicating the issue:
Rebooting into Recovery
Perform a Nandroid backup (of just Data if you wish)
Flash the ROM and select the option to "Wipe Data"
Try replicating the issue
If the problem persists, capture a logcat and send it to me.
To capture a logcat, If you have fastboot setup, you already have the drivers installed and probably already have adb.exe in the same folder as fastboot.exe:
Open the Command Prompt (run it as Administrator if UAC is enabled in Windows)
run adb logcat >c:\logcat.txt
If it's just not booting, let it run for about 20 seconds. If it's a FC, replicate the FC in this step
Press Control-C to stop logging
Paste the contents of c:\logcat.txt into http://pastebin.com
Post the link here with the problem being experienced
Hopefully, I'll have a fix available (assuming I'm not too busy) that others can benefit from.
Q: Whats the md5 sum thing?
A: It ensures, that the rom is downloaded correctly and completly to avoid weird issues when installing/using the rom. Google for "md5 sum checker" and you should find what you need.
Q: I found a theme or mod, will it work on this rom?
A: It's NOT recommended to use mod/themes that dont clearly state, that they are compatible with our rom. Thems/Mods always use framework files which will brake mods/stuff in our rom.
Q: My question is not listed here, what to do?
A: Ensure you used the xda search, google and your brain before asking a question in the thread. If you cant find an answer yourself we will answer your question for sure! (-:
Q: Whats that cm statusbar brighntess mod?
A:
Q: The cube effect isn't working on the app drawer
A: The cube effect just appears when you swype from the all over the frequent to the download tab.
Q: What are the correct sizes for the App drawer and notfication pulldown background?
A: Try 720x1280.
Q: What are the correct sizes for custom carrier logo?
A: Try 100x100
Q: Several HTC Widgets are missing - can't add them to my homescreen.
A: Settings->apps->all apps: choose "HTC Sense" and Clear Data. WARNING: This will reset your launcher/homescreens to the default values.

The best ROM for the AT&T HTC One X+.
No more hctclinkify sh**t ( So now when you click a youtube link, gives an option to open it with the Youtube app as it should be)
Personally I like the button back option to kill foreground app.
Awesome job Turge!

Probably not.. Those are most likely for ICS.

Can we put cwm back on to flash themes (ect) instead of twrp once the rom is installed because twrp doesnt charge with the phone off so I'd prefer cwm being on here just in case of an emergency

Can we put cwm back on to flash themes (ect) instead of twrp once the rom is installed because twrp doesnt charge with the phone off so I'd prefer cwm being on here just in case of an emergency

Problem is my ViperXL rom was released tonight and that's at almost 1000 downloads in 4 hours so they're hitting the server pretty hard! Sorry

I just got my N5 this week, so I'm not up to speed on everything yet.
What's the problem with Sprint data?
I'm not sure what people are mentioning sprint data problems for because I've had none myself. Every ROM I've flashed has worked for me so far.

Did you check your MD5?
I use TWRP, and no issues here. Do you have signature check enabled?

Not sure this will help but some people who got this type of fail, had better luck by rebooting recovery after wiping.
Good luck.

Sammy makes awesome hardware, but locked bootloaders and Knox ruined everything. I will never buy a device with an unlockable bootloader again.
Can't wait to hear some feedback on the ROM.
Glad to see you here upndwn
Loved what you did on the S3
Flashed with cwm. Works good. Running bricked kernel.
nevermind
