Introduction
First time,I want to say THANKS !!!! to @Tasssadar because he's the creator and he helped me a lot !!!MultiROM is one-of-a-kind multi-boot mod for HTC One (international). It can boot any Android ROM as well as other systems like Ubuntu Touch, once they are ported to that device. Besides booting from device's internal memory, MultiROM can boot from USB drive connected to the device via OTG cable. The main part of MultiROM is a boot manager, which appears every time your device starts and lets you choose ROM to boot. You can see how it looks on the left image below and in gallery. ROMs are installed and managed via modified TWRP recovery. You can use standard ZIP files to install secondary Android ROMs and MultiROM even has its own installer system, which can be used to ship other Linux-based systems.
Features:
* Multiboot any number of Android ROMs
* Restore nandroid backup as secondary ROM
* Boot from USB drive attached via OTG cable

Warning!
It _is_ dangerous. This whole thing is basically one giant hack - none of these systems are made with multibooting in mind. It is no longer messing with data partition or boot sector, but it is possible that something goes wrong and you will have to flash factory images again. Make backups. Always.

Installation
Note 1: Your device must not be encrypted (hint: if you don't know what it is, then it is not encrypted).
MultiROM has 3 parts you need to install:
[*]MultiROM (multirom-YYYYMMDD-vXX-m7ul.zip) - download the ZIP file from second post and flash it in recovery.
[*]Modified recovery (TWRP_multirom_m7ul_YYYYMMDD.img) - download the IMG file from second post and use fastboot or Flashify app to flash it.
[*]Patched kernel - You can use either one of the stock ones in second post or third-party kernels which include the patch, you can see list in the second post. Download the ZIP file and flash it in recovery.

You current rom will not be erased by the installation.

Adding ROMs
1. Android
Go to recovery, select Advanced -> MultiROM -> Add ROM. Select the ROM's zip file and confirm
Click to collapse
2. Other Systems
Unfortunately, no other systems are available as of now. But, MultiROM _theoreticaly_ supports them - the principle should be the same as on grouper, we just need the systems. That's why the options in "Add ROM" menu in recovery are there, but do not flash systems for old Nexus 7 (grouper)!

Updating/changing ROMs
1. Primary ROM (Internal)
Flash ROM's ZIP file as usual, do factory reset if needed (it won't erase secondary ROMs)
Go to Advanced -> MultiROM in recovery and do Inject curr. boot sector.

2. Secondary Android ROMs
If you want to change the ROM, delete it and add new one. To update ROM, follow these steps:
Go to Advanced -> MultiROM -> List ROMs and select the ROM you want to update.
Select "Flash ZIP" and flash ROM's ZIP file.

Wait, this is just for the International HTC One ?.
I've just installed the MultiROM modded recovery, but on my HTC One, the resolution is wrong. The recovery cuts off at the right side, so the back button in TWRP is almost completely off-screen and the second column of icons is more or less right-justified. This is a big problem when naming backups, for example, because the keyboard is also cut off and the rightmost keys are beyond the screen's margin. Currently making a backup, so I'll test the actual MultiROM functionality soon.

I try it and dont work. I think it was a kernel issue. Your Kernel dont work with EragonRC4.
My first rom is EragonRC4 (Sense based).
First I install EragonRC4 than I Flash your Recovery than your kernel and your multirom.zip. After that I boot up Eragon and wifi is gone

Okay this rom originally found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2525542
And then my beloved friends from indonesian facebook lenovo p780 group port it to our device, you can download .zip file here:
ROW/EUR:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9nzOZlbvjE0UHcwb2hiaTRjRzg/preview
1. Flash it via custom recovery and should work for booth for 4gb or 8gb devices, please remind which base you came (China or Europe).
2. I dont take any responsibility and this rom not ported by my self. I just share it here because i think this promising rom.
3. Do with your own risk, if your device blown its not developers fault.
4. Its ported rom, if you need screenshots you can find it at real forum, its identically same.
5. I found clock&time setting is FC, but it can fixed using gravitybox.apk.
6. This roms just feel like SLX rom, pure aosp for performance, Battery life is same with slx v23.
7. This roms made for 2013 board device, if your device have 2014 board, please consider read about preloader first.
8. Bugs is unknown, but it still good for daily use.
9. Sorry for my bad english.
UPDATE
now SLD Ultimate V3 is available for China/KIT Based. thx to my friends "Luthy Apriadi"

i think im stuck at nexus logo... im from 4.4.2 row 226. flash with cwm with factory reset and on and on..

Since it is overclocked ROM what is impact on battery life ?

I dont really find the impact for battery. Because this phone is 4000mah, its should be enough for 18hours without charging. And for extremely gaming without sleep its can reach 10hrs without charging.
Still, you can set the cpu clock use 3rd apk.

What do you mean by 8gb?
There is different partition for jb and kk official, you just can See the true 8gb just from official kk (exmp:226). For jb official rom, lenovo divide your internal memory into 2 parts, internal storage(like sdcard) and internal memory(storage for apk).
If you still dont get it please share your storage screen shoot here...

If I understand correctly, the difference between True Dual Boot and the normal Dual Boot that comes stock is that stock allows only the same firmware to be installed in both partitions, while TDB lets you have, say, MIUI in System1 and AOSP-based ROM in System2.
Is that correct?

Yup.
The other difference is that both the systems have a common data partition before the tdb
@arnabbiswasalsodeep
Does enabling this features wipes data??
That depends
If you choose to wipe data then it will wipe it
I moved my data
But beware! Once enabled then disabling it might cause some problems (you should have the same os installed on both systems)

Thank you @mv2007 for this recovery. I have two questions regarding this recovery. Hope you'll clear these issues.
1. We used the format option of earlier recovery specially for fixing the lagginess problem, though that usually took longer time but was effective too. Will this recovery be able to do same like the previous one?
2. "must emmc lags fixed with new format without rm-rf" --does this mean that this recovery will permanently fix the native lagginess problem of rooted core prime devices? Or temporarily? Or anything else?
Update: Though this twrp takes lesser time to format but unfortunately it is unable to fix the lagginess. (tested)
To fix that native lag problem use the old twrp.

afaik, there is only way to fix this lagness is using dreamstar's old twrp, i did successfully recover this old pal by wiping again and again like 20times (one take half an hour). So yeah, its not easy and need to be patient, a lot.

For A1 Oreo firmware: here
What will happpen if i dont flash the a1 firmware? It said "optional"?
a1 firmware and ‘a1to5x’ is not necessary ,just flash rom does work
A custom rom or maybe something remarkable?
Is that the truth if I understand that a terminal with android stock needs that something else that provides a custom rom, but I see that there are not many differences between them.
Is this more advisable?
Thanks

Really? I don't think it can boot if you do not convert kernel with "a1to5x"

How to install? I followed every thing and flashed A1 Firmware... When i tried the Oreo Modded TWRP to flash the Rom zip, It says Zip Error... I cannot flash any rom or kernel of A1, when i try to flash zip it detects my device is not A1 so it shows device error... How to fix that?

Maybe you should format your system partition and flash rom immediately

You shoud check system partition because wiping makes it blank and 0 MB.
Check and re-format system partition with ext4
