I am not sure if there's an option in the paid version. But in the free ver you can only set it t transparent so it looks like its not there

In settings you can select transparent notification, which means no (visible) notification You can change priority to lowest, then there is no notification symbol at all. The problem then is that it maybe gets closed by android system, so transparent is better..

If you're looking for different icons for the notification toggles, other than the ones supplied with the app itself, then there's lots of good ones to choose from here :
http://icondatabase.net/icons/black-bear-blanc
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1983788
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=34087763#post34087763
With a bit of time & some GIMP work, you get what's in the screenshot below ( thanks to BlackBearBlanc for the base icons )

The 'off' icons are Dark Buttons 2
The 'on' icons are Dark Buttons 2 with the matching JBBlueGlow icon overlayed in GIMP, Photoshop,etc...and saved out.
I use SwitchWidget Pro and can change icons directly however I find there aren't enough of the system icons to complete my set:
Vibration Mode
Silent Mode
NFC
Flashlight
GPS
Auto-Sync
All the brightness options
I hope we can get them added??

Did you check all the options? With notification toggle you can have all what you mentioned, you can define what brightness changes should be available with every click (or have a menu to do it manually) etc.
What exactly are you missing there?

Am I the only one who thinks Google messed up many android features in 4.2?
1) Notification power widgets . now you need a 2nd panel for that.
2) AOKP allows revert to old style power widgets, but they are laid out poorly and less elegant compared to <4.2
3) Lockscreen widgets. Can someone PLEASE explain how this is faster/,more efficient than simply setting a lockscreen target? For example, soundhound ID now can be a lockscreen target. If you set it as a lockscreen widget, it takes more swipes/effort to get to.
.if you agre e or have any helpful workarounds for googles ridiculous decisions, I'd love to hear. Much thanks, all.

I 100% agree.
The lock screen widgets, very sadly, remind me of windows 8. There is no need to have x amount of lock screens. Press the power button and move the lock ring to what ever app you wanna open.
Aren't the notification toggles CM based tho?

You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but if using cm10.1 you can enable the old style toggles in settings/system/notification drawer, check power widget and configure. You can also disable lockscreen widgets using an app from the Playstore named lockscreen policy. That pretty much solves your issues. Also, as mentioned those toggles were from cm not Google. 4.2+ are the first builds to have toggles.
Sent from my LTEvo
At first I preferred 4.1.2 but after using 4.2.2 for awhile I really like it. I ignore the lockscreen widgets and with the toggles set to pull down from either right or left on the status bar it works really well.
I figured I had to adapt to stay current and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. :victory:

i just use CMs notification widgets its the same as the old one and i make sure the other ones dont pop up. as for lockscreen widgets. i dont use them much but i do like widgetlocker. that thing has so many different addons for notifications its pretty badass. better than the old one of just clock and weather and calendar. i dont use much of the other widgets for anything else though. you can set the lockscreen to always have targets as the primary when waking up so you dont have push the lock button then target what you want to open. then it ends up just working like 4.1.2 just you have a better lockscreen clock/notifications display.
Mods, please change the title of this thread to "First World Problems"

Yeah, I'm liking it better. Also, I just noticed, in the 4.2 gallery (which I've used for a long time, but never noticed this,) when you're in filmstrip view, you can just sweep up to delete pics. Very convenient. :thumbup:

Yeah there's cool swipe features thru out. I love swiping the bottom of the notification pulldown to toggle between that and your tiles. I like the way Google is going with swiping instead of pressing for said action
checked out gallery. I like it

Re: 4.2.2<4.1.2?
I must have some setting wrong, cuz sweep in my notification drawer just closes it. If I pull down from right edge, it does open tiles, though. Honestly, I haven't dug into the settings as much as I ususally do. There's just too many, it's overwhelming lol. Running mikeshepards release of rootbox. Hell, the pie settings, haven't even looked em hahaha

But it's in rootbox and PAC, too, I just messed it up somehow, it was working the other day. I'm guessing dastin just means it's not in stock android/AOSP.

I prefer 4.2 to 4.1
Honestly i feel as 4.2 simply added more "sweets" to 4.1, and we have the choice to ignored these features.i love the toggles, one of the features im impatiently waiting for in the Evo 4.2 Sense 5 update. As far as lock screen widgets go i use one and only 1 widget, daily motivational quotes widget i disable all other ones (Even the camera widget), but for each their own. we could have updates like IOS where we get little to no new eyecandy to play and show off *Shurgs*
This is in no way a mod or anything. I've customized my phone just a tad, and figured I'd share it with you guys!
So.. What is this? This is just a few color codes for your status bar. This will make your status bar different colors per app. Screenshots are at the bottom.
Global Color (Seen on the AT&T Screenshot) = FF222323
XDA Brown = FF342500
XDA Orange = FFCA7B01
Chrome = FFE2E1DE
Messaging = FF222323
Infinite Campus (For College and High School students) = FFA0CF35
Gmail = FFDEDEDE
If you've never used ParanoidAndroid (Hybrid Settings)
RootBox: Menu>Settings>Hybrid Settings>Apps>(Choose App)
If you need to know more just ask, also I've only used on houstonn's Vanilla RootBox, the best ROM out there of course. If your running SnowJB, hit the back button, your out of luck, Sorry.

As a somewhat new user to a ROM with Paranoid Android features, I finally got around to setting up some custom colors. thanks.
A tip for anybody trying to set custom status/nav bar colors:
I take a screenshot of the app and open it in an app like THIS to find the hex value of the topmost color in the app.
Probably an old tip/easy to figure out but I haven't seen it before. :laugh:

I have a question, so I'm on Bajee's rom Vanilla RootBox 4.2.2 JB with hybrid settings and I've tried ur technique to change my status and navigation bar. But everytime I try to change some other setting then the two revert back to what they were originally. But when I go to look y the color has changed my colors that I picked r still there. I'm using a theme made by Kroz if that makes a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
