Hello,
I am using the Official 4.1.2 on my XT910. Is it possible to have the "quick menu" in the notification panel?

There is a sort of apps which can do it. It won't look exactly like the 4.2.2+ android quick menu but is better than what Motorola stock offers (nothing)
I used to use PowerToggles (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.painless.pc) back on my time with the stock rom. I recommend you to try a different ROM, like CM perhaps... Anyway you can find in playstore some apps that can help you.
Hope it helped

Thanks for the help mate. I will try "power toggles". And maybe later move up to a CM Rom.

Edit:
How to mod Android 4.0.3 to close apps via long-press the back button?
Buuuuuuuuump
You could try out this tweak: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1425612 (credit to super_paws)
It's posted in the Nexus S forum, but the creator states its for stock 4.0.3 OTA, with no mention on which devices it works on. So I suggest making a Nandroid backup before testing this out.
Note that it's not a ROM or a kernel, just a flashable zip that adds a few features, including the force close feature that you're looking for.
Once you flash it, you must go to Settings -> Developer Options, and enable "Stop app via long-press".
Hope that works out for you.
Thanks to you ma friend
Will test this out and give feedback ASAP
edit:
sadly it ends up in a bootloop. i will try to contact the developer and ask him.
Edit: This file is for Nexus S Stock ICS only.
Is anybody able to tell me which file i have to modify for closing apps via long-press the backbutton?
Or where i should start searching. i have absolutly no clue.
Whats wrong with the default Long-Press Home method?

actually this is the main reason for the existence of roms!
most of the sammy based roms come with touch wiz but it is safe to remove once you installed another launcher (this is absolutely necessary(!)) but it does not use any resources when deactivated so this should be enough.
if you want to have a concrete recommendation I would definitely name the great NeatRom! You have the option to flash it and leave every checkbox in aroma unticked. I guarantee you, this will be absolutely slim and debloated! Have fun
Cheers
Without Touchwiz ?! Touchwiz can't be deleted so any ROM you flash to your phone is either based on an edited version of Touchwiz, or based on AOSP (Stock Android).
If you don't want bloatware or the Touchwiz UI go for Cyanogenmod, otherwise there're plenty of ROMS based on Touchwiz except without all of the bloatware and useless crap.
So for a while now, my i9100's physical navigation buttons don't work anymore (I have dropped it and the flex connector was cut), and instead of fixing it, I was thinking if maybe there's a way to add a navigation bar in the bottom of the screen, like flashing something that would resize the screen and add the nav bar in the bottom.
I've looked up online and I only found zip files for ICS and JB, which reminded me of how the CM ROMs for JB and KK had the "Navigation Bar" option in the Settings menu. How come that's not a thing in L and N?
I also tried SoftKey Enabler, no luck.
Android version: 6.0.1
CyanogenMod version: 13.0-20160930-NIGHTLY-i9100
Kernel version: 3.0.101-CM-g43c083a

Found this on the GB thread: - DO NOT USE WITH CUSTOM ROMS LIKE CM,AOSPA,ROOTBOX,AOKP,SLIM,CATACLYSM,OMNI AND THEIR OTHER CLONES... IT MAKES NO SENSE AND CAN CAUSE CONFLICTS AND UNEXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
And since I'm running a CM ROM, it may break it or something :/

All you have to do is add or edit a line in build.prop
Do a google search for:
"How to enable softkeys on android"
That will give you many links to do what I mentioned.

It does say that but i have been able to run gravitybox(MM)on cm13.0 without any problem till now and it works well, so its totally your decision whether you want to use it or not ignoring the warning as there may be a risk,i thought you should be aware of the possibility. All the best for any other workaround to get navigation bar :good:

That surprisingly worked, although I didn't expected to, as I only found the thread on Samsung Galaxy SIII forum and avoided it. Thanks a lot

It's a universal android thing that can be used on any android device, remember that in case you need it in the future.

Does it also work on stock Android? It doesn't require a custom ROM or some root, right?

Typically you want root to do it because you can do it directly from the device that way.
But there is the option of installing custom recovery without rooting and then using adb while in recovery to adb pull a copy of build.prop from /system, edit it then save it and adb push the edited build.prop back to /system, wipe cache while in recovery then reboot and you're good. On stock, without root, only custom recovery, it works on custom ROMs also.
Not all devices will have this option because some devices will need to unlock bootloader before they can flash custom recovery, some devices also have a secured kernel and will not allow adb to work unless you find an insecure kernel for the device. Also, not all devices have a custom recovery available to use for this method.

The rom is smooth! The launcher has a problem! If you create a shortcut or put a widget to the screen, no way to remove them! Had to use Nova launcher. You can build again to add old cm or slim launcher. No settings to change dpi, i had to edit builf.prop . Flashed latest kk dorimanx kernel! by @Saber, is stable for now and i'm testing the new battery that arrived today!

the launcher truly have a problem, but it isn't "can't remove them",but after installing google app,the search bar will cover the delete button, which was locating in the top of screen.but it can detele still, you can hide search bar or just move shortcut to the place above search bar,it should be deleted.the bug existed for many years,Carbon dev didn't fix it,and i amnot able to fix it too.i use this launcher because it can use icon pack.for dpi,it always can't change dpi,for example cyanogenmod. the performance should be better than cyanogenmod,i think,so i built this
I disabled the search bar, I never use that thing! I try to move the icons on top screen but didn't work for me.

i am sorry.but i can do this.please try "show search bar",you will find delete,if you disable search bar,the delete option will disappear.look the two picture below.first picture, the search bar enable, the second don't.you will find no delete option, but it can be removed
thanks for the tip! dorimax kernel give me headaches some times! after a reboot, stuck at dorimanx logo, errors in data partition of course! not even twrp not able to fix it! had to wipe data and restore my backup.
