Bluetooth Anomaly. - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have both PowerAMP and Neutron Music Player installed. Now on PowerAMP my Bluetooth speaker stutters as much as three times during playback. Not on headphones though. Yet on Neutron Music Player it is flawless. Anyone care to enlighten me as to what's going on? I'm running a Samsung Galaxy S4 with KitKat.
Thanks,
Chris.

Music has little stops.

When i hear music on my sgp 5.0 i get little stops in the music. I have 3 music players and it happenes with all of them but with my video players its not happening at all so there is no problem with the headphones or with the connection of the headphones in the device.
The players that i have are:
1. The player that i got when i bought the device.
2. The player that came with the rom
3. Poweramp
How can i stop this little stops when i hearing a music?
Thanks for all the helpers!

stops...
it happened to me after i adquired GP50Int...
i noticed that if i use an equalizer like DSP Equalizer, Equalizer, etc... the music sounds choppy... like it was stopping for a few seconds...
i also noticed it happens when i activate Treble and Bass Bost...
my solution uninstall any Equalizer and just use power amp and the samsung presets...
now sounds even better!
Thanks it works!

System-wide(!) equalizer for CM10.2?

Since DSP still doesn't seem to work properly on our device on CM10.2, does anyone happen to know of a good EQ to use as a substitute? I'm currently on Viper4Android, which works fantastically with Shuttle music player. However, it doesn't seem to pick up audio from any other apps, such as Pandora or YouTube. Any input is appreciated!

[Q] Annoying Headphone Beep/Noise

Everything is working fine in my galaxy S3 I9300.But when I listen to music with my headphones, after I while, an annoying high freacuency noise starts to be heard over the music, making it impossible to be listened.I'm using poweramp music player, and I've tried so many others such as N7 player, Player pro etc. but the problem persists. The noise appears randomly and I don't have any idea of what is causing the problem, maybe wolfson audio chip drivers, don't know.I'm running Carbon Rom 4.4.4 20140824-0203 nightly with googy max 2 kernel V2.3.1
Thanks in advance

[SOLVED] LG L7 II plays music in mono

I'm using JVC headphones to listen music on my smartphone.

I noticed that the sound is playing in mono. No matter what I'm using music player sound in headphones always is in mono. This is not problem with headphones, on other hardware plays good.
My OS is Android KitKat 4.4.2, stock ROM with root and xposed. Anyone noticed that issue?
I found it!! Enabling OK Google option in Google Search makes audio play mono. After disabling OK Google need to reboot.

V10 and Poweramp Alpha

Sooo, I'm a bit of a maniac of music listeningk, I hate listening to low quality music, and most of all, I hate listening music in the wrong way
Default music app just couldn't scan all of my music, I don't know why, so I put Poweramp on my V10, and everything was sitting in my library, seems good.
Without even installing the DAC fix, Hi-Fi was shown as active, and music playback was pretty nice over QuadBeat 3. Could be a placebo effect, but it worked good.
So I joined beta testing, and if someone out there is trying it out as well, he'll be aware of brand new audio optimizations built into the app. So... What is, on your opinion, the best choice to make? OpenSL? Experimental Hi-Fi? Do they really use our ESS DAC, or will they break it? Do you find any differences between Poweramp and stock player?
And also, are you happy about audio playback? (e.g. Music into a BT car) How did you optimize it?
i was using stock app till they fix hifi dac. b4 MM update hifi were only active with stock player. so i was kinda forced myself to use it. but when i update to MM and installed powerAmp right away(paid version). and Boom sound were great. i compared stock app with power amp and i can say that either stock app is CRAP or PowerAmp is so awesome. it rly worth using power amp
disregard
I've been using Poweramp paid for a long time (pre getting my V10). And in ALL instances Poweramp produces far better sound quality than any stock player, and some of the other after market players too. I using a BT headset lately so the quality is a bit lower
I've connected audio to multiple vehicles, and I honestly didnt mess with any optimizations at all. The sound quality was pretty good, I suppose I could've made some changes but they were rentals, and well, I didnt care that much
