Follow the guide in general forum, sticky thread to flash full stock rom with odin. Factory reset then test usb again.
Microsoft windows causes most connection issues.

Your post makes no sense .
You cannot flash firmware without a PC .
Hold buttons as described do you mean via CWM recovery ???

Man you seem desperate.. Why don't you dl the cwm flashable rom and flash it.. For tar files you will need either pc or mobile odin..

Hmm.. That is a tricky question.. Why don't you use Google search..
Anyways head over to the original android development section.. Find the cf root thread and use it..
You will need a PC though..

I used Mobile odin pro flash XX.zar
but it can not open XX.zar maybe it only can flash.tar
you need root to use mobile Odin
Edit.I'm guessing you used the new root only cf?
Flash a recovery using mobile Odin pro and you're done.

I had the same problem once. I backed up the original rom fine using CWM but when trying to restore it, it failed.
I then had to flash Stock rom to get the phone working.
From this reason I have flashed TWRP, although I always preferred CWM
Backup on TWRP is working good ?

Did you download the stock firmware from sammobile.com. Just go to sammobile.com and download the official firmware according to your country and flash it from odin.

Hopper8's 'Odin troubleshooting' thread stickied in the General section, find it, try the stuff in the thread as many times as you have to in order to get a successful flash of stock to get a 'clean slate'.

Enable USB debugging, plug your device in a computer and try this:
Code:
adb reboot download
You need to download adb for this to work.
