Previously every time I opened play store it shows me its regular screen and contents. But today when i opened it shows only apps section and in that free apps only, no paid apps. What's the matter? And why is that happening?

You can try and delete cache for the store or maybe its just an update of the google play store.

Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Google Play Store and then clear the data and cache. Try that, it might work
If the above directions don't work, same steps, bit uninstall. Then google android market apk (sorry, on my phone at the bar, don't feel like looking for the apk file) then download and reinstall.

I tried
as per your instructions but didn't work. So I installed the app and reinstalled it. It solved the problem.
Thanks for your consideration.

As far as I know at the play store you can see only "official" installed app that means using the google play app not "manual" installed
I don't see apps in Google Play "My apps" that I've installed using a .apk file.
I do see it under "Application manager" in Settings though.
Yeah it is in application manager. But then how do I update it

if you installed an app outside the market resource, it will not shown the update notification. but it will appeared that u have that app in your device as 'installed' in the market apps list. If u can't see the 'installed' word while u have that apps, try to clear cache of your Play Store application then re open

u cannot update any app that u installed outside the market source. It just simply show that u have install that app, but u have no rights to update it since u didn't installed it from Market.

you are questioning? or just saying buddy? if questioning, i guess you are rooted as it can be said from your screenshot, greenify the app(donation only). or stop it from starting at the boot using es task manager(i use it) or any others.
