[Q] flashed P7500XWKK4 and it is not kies updateable

I just flashed my 10.1 p7500 with the kk4 stock firmware I downloaded from the other post, thinking that when the samsung ICS comes out, I can update it using KIES. But KIES said that it wasn't updateable thru it.
Does anyone have a firmware that would be updateable thru KIES?
Hello,
I cannot answer your question, as kind of a newbie as well...
So hoping someone reads, maybe can also help me, as I have same issue.
I installed stock firmware "P7500OXAKI1_P7500XXKI1_P7500XXKI1" downloaded from SamMobile.
This to get my Singapore model become a Europe model with all languages there.
I did not root the system first, so hope that is okay.. Everything seems to work fine.
But, if I try to update on the Galaxy Tab itself, it says there is a 99Mb update available?? Is it safe to download and install this on the tablet directly? Or will it like block my tablet?
Thanks guys

[Q] OTA updates with mwakiousrom

Hey guys, i have a couple of questions considering the upcoming official ICS update.
At the moment i'm running the Mwakiousrom v6.0. everything works great and i'm really happy with it. the thing is that i'm s-on so i didnt install the new baseband (radio 1.77.3504.00U_11.25.3504.06_M). I dont have a windows pc around so getting s-off is hard for me at the moment.
My question now is if the the official ICS updates gets out will i be able to install that one and will that also give me the new firmware.
sorry if my terminology is not correct, i dont have it completely clear whats the differene between firmware, baseband, and radio.

Official Update For Atrix 4g

Guys i've one simple question.
MY Atrix is already unlock and it under stock rom.
my question is,
is there any side effect when ever i try to update my device via Over the air update, when ICS Come?
If you are on a stock rom then it should update just fine.
unlocked boot loader probably won't help, thats why when I updated mine to .141 and it relocked it,I just left it that way.
If your bootloader is unlocked and your are running a custom rom then you shouldnt get OTA updates and if you do they will probably lead to issues. If you want the stock motorola ICS i suggest waiting till it comes out flashing back to the stock 2.3.6 and the manually upgrading to ICS

Check for "unlocked" at top left of the boot image screen, download and run "root checker" from playstore, it will let you know if the device has been rooted. android version should be 2.3.6 and build ends with 141. Sorry, it's been a while since I've run stock ROM.
sir my version is gb si 2.3.4 T_T but when i check the Software update via On-the-air-Firware no update available. T_T
sorry i've so many question

[Q] Root to update HTC One to 4.2.2 with Sense?

Hey everybody. I just purchased an HTC One ( a little late, but it wasn't available in my country, Mexico until about 2 weeks ago) I checked what version of Android I was running and I was unpleasantly surprised to know that I was running 4.1.2... I tried to update the software but the phone told me that I was running the latest version available for my phone... I wasn't planning on rooting but know that i'm stuck in 4.1.2 I might try to. Is there anyway I can update to at least 4.2.2? I would really appreciate some help.
