How to Install :
1. Reboot into Recovery
2. Wipe Data
3. Wipe Cache Partitions
4. Go to Advanced, Wipe Dalvik Cache
5. Go to mount and storage, Format System
6. Install Zip from SD Card
7. Reboot

Tested on ICS 04 and KK04 u.u

I disable debugging notify icon on statusbar but debugging work.
No , ROM dont have any new features because it is a pure unmodified CyanogenMod
